In this study, it examines children with special needs and their problems. The problem experienced by one crew member was that parents did not provide education to ABK, parents abandoned ABK and also parents did not provide good service to ABK. Although parents receive ABK in the family, parents do not provide education for various reasons. One family does not provide education on the grounds that the school specifically ABK does not want to accept children with ABK with Palsy. The schools that want to accept children with special needs are far from their homes. This study aims to determine the problems experienced by ABK in the Water Fence Settlements of Ingin Jaya District, Aceh Besar District. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study the problems experienced by ABK are not properly educated, not taken care of as other children and neglected. But on the other hand, ABK has the potential and expertise even the potential it has exceeds other normal children. Parents in Islam are required or make sure their children are normal or not normal to not be weak children. In the current era of technology and information, digital literacy is a critical factor for life and career success, but it has received less attention in schools. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Autonomy-Based STEM learning (A-STEM learning) in improving students' digital literacy. This research uses the ADDIE development model. The implementation test used a one-group pre-test post-test design on 29 students in class XI MIPA in one of the high schools in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. Data collection used a digital literacy questionnaire that emphasized indicators of the intensity of application and utilization of digital literacy in learning activities; the number and variety of teaching materials and digital-based teaching aids; the frequency of accessing digital teaching materials; having operational skills in using ICT for learning and learning outcomes tests. The results obtained the n-gain value of digital literacy and learning outcomes of 0.74 and 0.85, respectively, with a high criteria. Thus, the developed A-STEM learning effectively improves students' digital literacy in physics.

The aims of this research are to study and analyze the legal relation in electronic trading transaction using electronic certification and find the forms of electronic certification system which can be applied in electronic commercial transaction in Indonesia. The presence of internet has become the supporting facility for the existence of sale and purchase agreement between the Seller and the Buyer. Since this is performed through internet world of course the Seller has the obligation to secure their situs web and at the same time to actualize the protection to the Buyer (consumer) who is entitled to comfort and security at the time of the process of electronic trading transaction. The Seller uses the services of Certification Authority to issue the Electronic Certificate with the type of Server Certificate called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate in order to authenticate the identity of the situs web and to secure the space of the communication channel integrated to the said situs. This certifies that the situs web of shopping owned by the Seller has used a form of security. Based on that matter, it is deemed necessary the presence of domestic Certification Authority (owned by Indonesia) and the detailed legal regulations concerning the authorities of Certification Authority and the functions of SSL Certificate as one of implementations of Electronic Certificate as well as the obligation of the Seller to use the domestic SSL Certificate.

This Study aims to determine the influence of the style of leadership on the school culture, the influence of headmaster professionalism of the school culture, The influence of the style of leadership and the headmaster professionalism of the school culture at SD IT AULIA Muara Bulian. This research uses a quantitative approach by determining the sample using survey technique. Data collection techniques were done by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity, linearity and path analysis. The result of research shows that shows that the influence of the style of leadership (X1) on the school culture (Y)  is 68,7%, The result of headmaster professionalism (X2) of the school culture (Y) is 9,07%, Then the influence of the style of leadership (X1) and the headmaster professionalism (X2) of the school culture (Y) is 64,4%. This shows that the influence of style leadership (X1) and headmaster professionalism (X2) school culture (Y) have a positive effect. Because of the influence of exogenous variables (the style of leadership and headmaster professionalism of the school culture) is almost close to100% only 35,5 % influenced by other variables not investigated in this study.

The existence of meurukon traditional art has practically become endangered due to the lack of skill and knowledge transfer from older to younger generations.  This phenomenon caused the lack of awareness of many Acehnese societies on the Islamic values (dawah) contained in the meurukon tradition. This study employed a qualitative approach. The result of this study shows that there is a relation and reciprocal relationship between the culture of meurukon and dawah values based on the Islamic teachings. The dawah values within the meurukon traditional art are as follows; 1. The value of Tauheed, 2. The value of Amar bil Maroof wa Nahi anil Munkar, 3. The value of truth, 4. The value of worship, 5. The value of silaturrahim, 6. The value of Akhlaq, 7. The value of Tabligh, 8. The value of art integration. Hence, it can be concluded that meurukon is an art of dawah in the form of mujadalah. Meurukon plays an important role in transferring knowledge and dawah values to society by using 2 approaches. Firstly, by using the media such as; meunasah, mosque, and pesantren. Secondly, the integration of art and culture, which tends to use the aesthetic value in the society through stanzas and poems delivered in the form of dialogue (mujadalah). As a solution, some regencies in Aceh province have actively re-promoted meurukon by regularly organizing the competition of meurukon in the sub-districts and regency area.
