This study aims to determine the effect of Competence, Emotional Quotion, Self Efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and employees Performance in Indomobil Group in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) based on empirical theory which correlate between the variables in this study and then data was collected by an instrument Questionnaire, while sample used in this study is total population sampling by involving all employees as respondents. The results of this study indicate that Competence of the employees and Emotional Quotion did not significant effect to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), while employees Competence also did not significanlyt effect on employees performance. In addition Emotional Quotion was significantly effect on performance, Self-efficacy also significantly influence to the OCB and employee performance, and OCB significantly effect to employee performance in company Indomobil Group in Surabaya.
This This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, emotional quotient, and financial quotient on the business performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Surabaya, Indonesia. The study was conducted on 75 SMEs in Surabaya that run food and handicraft businesses, have about 10 to 50 employees and been operating for more than 5 years. The research methodology used in this research was descriptive explorative and data collected through the survey method with a questionnaire instrument. The result of this study is that competence, emotional quotient, and financial quotient simultaneously had a significant effect on business performance, while competence and emotional quotients partially had a significant effect on business performance, but financial quotient has no significant impact on business performance of SMEs.
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena perkembangan fashion pada saat ini yang semakin menarik dan menjadi suatu bagian dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, apalagi fashion saat ini di anggap sebagai identitas diri dan kebutuhan yang wajib dipenuhi, salah satunya adalah tas. Tujuan penlitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian tas Sophie Paris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantatif dengan sumber data yang diambil secara langsung dari mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 yang memakai tas Sophie Paris. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada seratus responden dengan menggunakan tekinik Simple Random Sampling. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah persepsi kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada keputusan pembelian, persepsi harga berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan persepsi kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel promosi mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan dalam keputusan pembelian tas Sophie Paris. Dengan melihat variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian tas, harga merupakan varaiabel yang pengaruhnya paling rendah oleh karena itu shopie paris disarankan pihak perusahaan disarankan untuk memberikan variasi harga sesuai dengan segmentasi pasar yang dituju mulai dari kelas atas, menengah maupun kelas bawah.
The purpose of this study is to analyze The Influence of Self leadership, Social intelligence,Employee ability influence on organizational commitment and Employee Performance of DinasPengendalian Penduduk, Pemberdayaan Perempuandan Perlindungan Anak Surabaya. Respondents ofthis study were 80 employees. he method of data collection in this study is a survey method with aninstrument questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data was analysis used SmartPLS package. This study aims to find an effective strategy in the development of Hinterland Tourism Village in Mount Bromo area. It is a descriptive explanatory research to build a model of grand design for rural tourism development. It took three tourism villages around Bromo Mountain and the data were collected by survey or interviews on both local and interna-tional tourists and by cross checking among the interviews on rural principles for the data validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using SWOT analysis to determine the strategy and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the ranking of objects and tourist attractions/obyek dan daya tarik wisata (ODTW). The results of SWOT analysis was based on the weight and value scores of respondents indicating that the development of rural tourism was scored in the first quadrant for a strategy to optimize the strengths and opportunities. It shows that the AHP Wonokitri village has the highest number, the second is Ngadisari, and third village is Ngadas. The model of strategy of rural tourism can be developed when the program are supported optimally by the com-munity and the government such as the Center Government for Taman Nasional Bromo, Tengger, Semeru (TNBTS), Department of Tourism, Public Works (PU), Cooperation, and Society Empowerment Department, while also support by private sectors, SMEs and local investors and also education institutions.
