ABSTRAK"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) Kurikulum 2013" di MTs. Baitul Arqom. "Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fenomena, peristiwa, aktivitas sosial, sikap, kepercayaan, persepsi dan orang secara individual dan kelompok, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan guru PAI dalam penyusunan RPP kurikulum 2013" di MTs. Baitul Arqom dikategorikan "sangat baik" dengan 4 tahapan observasi oleh peneliti di lapangan bahwa ketercapaian kemampuan guru ini terlihat dari kelengkapan RPP yang dibuat oleh guru yang bersangkutan. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Guru PAI; RPP; Kurikulum 2013 ABSTRACT "This study aims to analyze the ability of Islamic religious education teachers in the preparation of the 2013 Curriculum Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) at MTs. BaitulArqom. "This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely research used to describe and analyze phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions and people individually and in groups, with data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the ability of Islamic Education teachers in the preparation of RPP curriculum 2013 "in MTs. Baitul Arqom is categorized as "very good" with 4 stages of observation by researchers in the field that the achievement of this teacher's ability can be seen from the completeness of the lesson plans made by the teacher concerned.
Membaca menjadi hal utama di segala aspek pendidikan. Proses belajar dan mencernainformasi yang menjadi bagian dari pendidikan membutuhkan minat baca yang tinggi. Diera digital ini, minat baca masyarakat, terutama siswa siswi terlihat sangat kurang. Untukmengatasi minat baca yang kurang tersebut, kami berusaha melakukan pendampingankepada anak-anak siswa siswi TK dan siswa siswi SD di Desa Ajung Kecamatan Kalisat.Pendampingan ini dengan memanfaatkan buku-buku yang diseiakan oleh kantor desa danmengundang perpustakaan keliling untuk menambah literasi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan setiap1 minggu sekali selama 1 bulan kerjasama antara desa ajung dan perpustakaan keliling.Perpustakaan keliling ini disebut dengan “Smart Car untuk Pelajar Pintar” diadakan untukmembantu peningkatan minat baca masyarakat, khususnya siswa siswi di desa Ajung.
In an attempt to strengthen inherent values in this era of development and globalization, Mu'adalah Islamic boarding school is always struggling to maintain its identity by being open to systems which come from outside influence. By providing reinforcements in its educational system, Islamic boarding school has successfully maintained its existence over time. This is usually characterized by both shifts and changes that take place in line with current ages. There are two aspects that undelie the success of the performance of Mu'adalah Islamic boarding school: First, its legal status, by which it refers to the state whereby Islamic boarding schools are able to maintain their legal status every four year. Second, the quality of its graduates, by which it refers to the condition where the graduates of certain Islamic boarding schools conform with the standards set by the internal organization as well as those derived from the demands of more general community. In general, all of these are done on the basis of three renewals, namely: the curriculum, methodology and by optimizing Islamic boarding school as a community development center.
One from of ability to tell stories is the listening process.in general, older brothers still have difficulty listening to and unerstanding the stories that the teacher conveyed, one of conditions is the influence of the teacher’s low creativity in determining the medium of learning to tell childeren. On the other hand children are still less focused and often talk to themselves with their friends so that children do not concentrate and listen to the explanation from the teacher, this happens to the child and during the learning process. This phenomenon is a problem that needs to be found as an alternative solution. One methode that can be used is the storrytelling methode using hand puppet media. This study used a classroom action research methode which numbered 12 children. The results obtained from 12 children are significant, no children are undeveloped, if the value is obtained, it is 0 percent, 1 child begins to develop, if the value is obtained, it is8%, 4 children have developed as expected or if the value is obtained, it is 32%, and 7 children develop very well or if the value is obtained, its is 60%. From the percentage accumulated there was an average increase of 33%. According to the results of improvement in each cycle, the use of hand puppet media on story telling techniques can influence the listening skills of group B children in this kindergarten. From tehe data obtained it can be concluded that the media of hand puppets can improve the listening skill of children.Keywords: Listening Skill, tell stories, Hand Puppet
