Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, proactive fraud audit, whistleblowing dan pengendalian internal terhadap pencegahan kecurangan dalam pengelolaan dana BOS. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah sekolah yang ada di Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 113 sekolah. Uji analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda yang pengolahannya dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, proactive fraud audit dan whistleblowing berpengaruh terhadap Pencegahan Kecurangan dalam Pengelolaan Dana BOS. Sedangkan pengendalian internal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pencegahan Kecurangan dalam Pengelolaan Dana BOS
Penelitian dilakukan dalam rangka Implementasi Permainan Konstruktif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif melalui "Model ATIK” (Amati, Tiru, Kerjakan). Tujuan dari jenis penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan permainan konstruktif dengan model ATIK untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif pada anak TK Islam Assyifa Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat Tahun Ajaran 2021 - 2022 semester genap. Objek Penelitian adalah anak yang melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran dalam Sentra Balok melalui Permainan Konstruktif menggunakan Model ATIK. Tehnik dalam penelitian adalah observasi, panduan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan permainan konstruktiv menggunakan balok dengan MODEL ATIK dari siklus I ke siklus II ada diperoleh peningkatan dengan baik. Inilah yang menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan kognitif anak kelompok B meningkat setelah dilakukannya kegiatan menggambar dan menyusun balok melalui media yang diberikan guru dengan menggunakan MODEL ATIK di TK. Islam Assyifa T.A 2021-2022. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian untuk Guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak, guru dapat menggunakan kegiatan permainan konstruktif dengan media balok menggunakan MODEL ATIK sedangkan untuk Sekolah dapat mengembangkan salah satu programnya yaitu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak dengan menggunakan MODEL ATIK.
Knowledge management orientation consisting of existing knowledge (organizational memory), knowledge sharing (knowledge sharing), combining new knowledge with existing knowledge (knowledge absorption), and receiving new knowledge (knowledge receptivity) are important tools and resources for companies to provide sustainable competitive advantage. Knowledge management orientation does not originate from company knowledge but comes from individual knowledge. This study aims to analyze the interdependent culture that has become an inherent culture in Indonesian people towards their efforts in implementing a knowledge management orientation. This study uses an experimental method with a sample of 100 accounting students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau who have worked in a variety of different companies. Data collected from these students were processed by simple linear regression using SPSS for Windows ver 25. The results of this study indicate that the interdependent culture that is owned by students can influence them in applying knowledge management orientation. This happens because someone who has an interdependent culture will always consider the good and bad impacts on others in making decisions. This research has implications for both practitioners and academics to improve the application of knowledge management orientation that can be used in dealing with the development of a competitive business world.
This research was motivated by the problems in the low economic literacy of students in economic subjects are supported by still lack of economic literacy of students based on the results of observations. This research aims to reveal the differences in increasing economic literacy of students before being given treatment and after treatment is given through a learning model of Group Investigation (GI) experimental class and conventional learning (lectures) control class. This research is a quantitative research using Quasi Experimental Design. Economic literacy data obtained from the post-test students in the form of essays. These results indicate that there is a difference between economic literacy of students who applied to the learning model group investigation with the economic literacy of students who applied to conventional models. Based on the research results mengguankan t-test. This matterit can be concluded that the Group Investigation learning model can improve economic literacy.
