Higher education institutions should guarantee student satisfaction, not only in academic services such as the teaching and learning process, but also include administrative services, administrative and academic processes. This study aims to determine and analyze the quality of service, determine and analyze the performance of academic administrative employees, determine and analyze the level of student satisfaction, determine the effect of service quality and academic staff performance on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Social Sciences. Science and Law, Universitas Negeri Makassar. The research method used is causal associative quantitative type, the total population is 4. 588 with a research sample of 98 respondents. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, observation, and documentation with data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The effect of service quality and performance of administrative staff on student satisfaction is 53.10%. The magnitude of the effect is 53.10%, indicating that service quality and performance affect student satisfaction at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law (FIS-H), Universitas Negeri Makassar, other factors contribute 46.90 percent to student satisfaction.
This study aims to determine the implementation of local government policies in the procurement of goods and services based on e-government that has occurred in 2018 and determine the inhibiting factors and factors driving the implementation of government policies in the procurement of goods and services based on e-government in Buol District. This study uses the Van Meter and Van Horn Theory explains that in the implementation of procurement policies based on e-government is influenced by each interrelated variables, these variables are: 1) Target Standards, 2) Resources, 3) Relationships between Organizations, and 4) Characteristics of the Implementing Agency. The results of the research on the implementation of local government policies in the procurement of goods and services based on e-government in Buol District, of the six variables used as a basis for research, some of them still found an unsynchronization between egovernment concepts and what happened in the field. As is still found in the tender process that is not transparent and the determination of tender winners still uses a kinship approach.
In order to realize the demands of the community in service, the government will seek several things to improve the quality of services provided by bringing up a policy. To produce a quality policy requires good cooperation by the local government. Improving public services to optimize services in the regions can be done by reforming the administration at a level that is directly dealing with the community, namely at the sub-district level and implementing innovation. The innovation in question is the sub-district integrated administrative service system (PATEN). PATEN is held with the aim of realizing the sub-district as a community service center and becoming a service node for the one-stop integrated service agency/office (PTSP) in the district for sub-districts whose geographical area will be more effectively and efficiently served through the sub-district. With a qualitative method, this research on the implementation of PATEN in Polewali Mandar was studied based on the concepts of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Obstacles encountered in communication due to limitations in providing patent services to the public during the covid 19 pandemic, PATEN service providers were provided with training, related to disposition, clearer supervision standards were needed regarding the use and supervision of budgets by districts so that achievements and obstacles could be evaluated on a regular basis ; and simplification of standard operating procedures on aspects of bureaucratic structure.
Covid-19 merupakan wabah pandemi yang sangat berbahaya bagi setiap manusia. Pemerintah membuat kebijakan tentang Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar, seperti yang diterapkan oleh Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pimpinan dalam implementasi kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar untuk pencegahan virus Corona 19 di Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif, teknik pengambilan informan yaitu purposive sampling dan analisis data berdasarkan pandangan Miles dan Huberman (1992) yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunikasi merupakan proses penyampaian pesan baik secara langsung dan tertulis dari pimpinan Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah kepada seluruh pegawai di lembaga tersebut. Pesan yang disampaikan berkaitan dengan penerapan kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar yang mewajibkan sebagian pegawai bekerja di kantor dan bekerja di rumah (work from home). Saat menyelesaikan pekerjaan atau melakukan hubungan sosial, setiap pegawai dominannya berkomunikasi melalui whatshap group, email dan aplikasi Sistem Naskah Dinas Elektronik (SINDE).
This study aims to analyze the use of culture in the communication process in learning among elementary school students in Poso district. This study used a qualitative method. The informants of this study were teachers and students who were determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through direct observations, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using interactive techniques covering data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study showed that the cultural use of the "mompau mpodago" strategy in teachers was an indicator of ethics, politeness, and respect as reported by 2 teachers (66.6%). Then, the cultural use of the "mompau mpodago" strategy in student learning was an indicator of ethics as responded by 35 students (79.91%) and 13 students did not respond (27.08%).
