The chairman of the National Commission for Child Protection stated that Indonesia had entered a National emergency. The data (KPAI) in 2015, the category of children dealing with case law keeps the first cases sequence of sexual violence against children (rape, sexual abuse, sodomy / pedophilia) and so on as much as 18% or 193 cases. Based on the report of the Empowerment of Women and Children and the report from the POLRES Soppeng, the researcher obtained data on sexual violence in children and adolescents, which increased from the previous year. Sexual violence in 2015 was 8 cases while in 2016 there was 15 cases of children with sexual violence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of sex education (underwear rules) on the prevention of sexual violence in children and parents in Public Elementary School 52 Welonge in Soppeng Regency. This research used a Quasi Experimental research design with a pre-post test design approach. This research was carried out at Public Elementary School 52 Welonge in Soppeng regency in July-September 2018. The population in this study were all the students of Public Elementary School 52 Welonge as many as 122 students in the 2016/2016 academic year based on the population, as many as 87 respondents were taken from students and 87 from parents. Data collection used questionnaire. Based on the results of statistical test there is the influence of sex education (underwear rules) on the prevention of sexual violence in children and parents, the result of child prevention (p = 0.002, smaller than the value of α = 0.05) and the result of prevention of parental values (p = 0.003, smaller than the value of α = 0.05). So it can be concluded that there is an effect of the application of sex education (underwear rules) on the prevention of sexual violence in children and parents in Public Elementary School Welonge 52 in Soppeng Regency.
The Indonesian Child Protection Commission confirmed the sexual violence against children was still a major problem. In 2015 the category of children dealing with the law ranked first, namely cases of sexual violence against children (Rape, molestation, sodomy / pedophilia) as many as 18% or 193 victims of the second place violence as victims of physical violence as much as 17% or 182 cases and the third order as children perpetrators of sexual violence 12.9% or 138 cases. The Makassar City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Agency noted that there were at least 1,160 cases of child abuse in Makassar City in 2017. This was due to the lack of efforts of children, adolescents, parents and teachers to early prevention. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of sex education (sanake and ladder game media) on the ability to prevent sexual violence on street children in Savana, Makassar City. The type of this research used a Quasy Experimental research design with a Pre-post test design approach. This research was conducted in Savana Village Bangkala Village, Manggala. District, Makassar on March 27-30 August 2019. The population of the study was 45 children, based on the population, then taken a sample of 40 respondents. Statistical test results showed there was an influence of sex education (snake ladder media) on the prevention ability of sexual violence in children with a value (p = 0,000, smaller than ɑ = 0.05). So, it can be concluded that there was a significant effect on the application of sex education (snake ladder media) to prevention of sexual violence against street children in Savana village, Makassar City.
The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of competence, motivation and work discipline on culture; to know and explain the effect of competence, motivation and work discipline on honorary teacher performance; to know and explain the effect of work culture on honorary teacher; and knowing to explaining the effect of competence, motivation and work discipline as a mediates work culture on honorary teacher performance on elementary school teachers in Makassar City. The study was conducted in elementary schools with a population of elementary school honorary teachers who had a Limited duration contract in 8 sub-districts in Makassar City totaling 1,495 people. A sample of 317 respondents used the Slovin formula. The data from the questionnaire were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model using AMOS 18. The results of the study found that the work competence, motivation and discipline directly had a positive and significant effect on teachers work culture. Work competence, motivation discipline directly has a positive and significant effect on honorary teacher performance. Teachers work culture directly has a positive and significant effect on honorary teacher performance. The three exogenous variables (competence, work discipline and work motivation) have a significant positive effect on honorary teacher performance as a mediating role of teacher's work culture.
Optimal self-efficacy is a key factor in the success of self-management of DM patients. Poor self-efficacy affects many things, such as motivation and adherence, and can lead to poor self-care management by people affected by DM. Learning from the experiences of others through the law of self-help groups can increase self-efficacy.The purpose of this study was to clarify the influence of self-help groups on the self-efficacy of type 2 diabetes patients at the Paccerakkang Health Center in Makassar City. The design of this study was pre experimental and pre-test for one group. The free variable in this study is self-help group, and the bound variable in this study is self-efficacy. Sampling using simple random sampling method. The population includes all type 2 diabetics of the Paccerakkang Health Center in Makassar City, with a total sample of 3 respondents. Search for self-efficacy data using the DMSES (Diabestes Management Self Efficacy Scale) questionnaire. A statistical test by Wilcoxon signed the rating test. This research has been carried out in the Paccerakkang Health Center Working Area, Makassar City from June to July 2022. The population in this study were patients with Type 2 DM who visited data at the Paccerakkang Health Center in Makassar City, a sampling technique using Probability sampling with a simple random sampling type with a total sample of 46. The results of the research obtained were the influence of self-help groups with self-efficacy on patients with Type 2 DM at the Pacerakkang Health Center, Makassar City
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis intermediasi modal manusia atas karakteristik kepemimpinan, komitmen dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian dilakukan secara survei berbasis non parametrik dalam mengambil populasi sebesar 11.143 dan teknik sampel menggunakan Slovin dengan menentukan sampel acak 5% diperoleh 386 responden. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen observasi langsung dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data inferesial yang digunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan komputer menggunakan paket program AMOS 5.0 dan SPSS versi 20.0 untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa karakteristik kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap modal manusia. Sementara sembilan hipotesis lainnya yang diamati secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Temuan penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa modal manusia berperan penting mewujudkan kepuasan kerja sesuai dengan komitmen dan kepercayaan kerja. Rekomendasi temuan ini untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan karakteristik kepemimpinan berorientasi pengembangan modal manusia.
