The purposes of this research are (1) Knowing the effect of learning motivation on the learning independence of students in the Package C Equivalence Program in; (2) Knowing the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes of the Package C Equivalence Program students. This research uses quantitative research with correlational methods. The number of research samples was 120 students. There are two variables in this research, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variable is the treatment of this study, namely learning motivation. The dependent variable is learning independence and learning outcomes. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and tests. Questionnaires are used to determine the results of learning motivation and learning independence, while tests are used to determine learning outcomes. Hypothesis test data analysis technique is simple linear regression analysis. The results and analysis of research data were obtained as follows: (1) There was an effect of learning motivation on the learning independence of students in the Package C Equality Program.
Current research about instructional leadership and teacher selfefficacy lacked how its variable constructed. They largely treated instructional leadership and teacher self-efficacy as a single construct and ignored dimension inside. Purpose of this research is to investigate effect dimension of instructional leadership on teacher self-efficacy's dimension in Senior High School Kediri with 124 teachers as respondent gathered by cluster sampling technique. Principal Instructional Management Rating Scale (PIMRS) and Teacher Self Efficacy (TSES) are used as an instrument to measure these variables. Partial Least Squares (PLS) is used for data analysis. The result indicate that managing the instructional program and developing the school learning climate predict instructional strategies (R2= 0.31), defining the school mission and developing the school learning climate predict classroom management (R2= 0.29), and three dimension of instructional leadership predict student engagement (R2= 0.30).
This study aimed at investigating the relationship between school improvement and demographic variables such as age, gender, length of teaching, teacher’s employment status and educational background. Involving 400 participants of Madrasah Tsanawiyah’s (Islamic junior high schools) teachers in East Java and using school improvement scale, this study found that the higher teacher’s educational qualification is, the better the performance shown, which subsequently had consequences for school improvement in assisting students’ achievement. Likewise, the length of teaching and teachers’ employment status were found bringing influence on school improvement although their correlation directions vary. Meanwhile, gender and age are not related to school improvement. This study suggested teachers’ professional development to enable assistance for students’ success and eventually lead to school improvement.

The data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study are as follows: (1) school library planning is determined by participatory, appropriate processing of library materials, procurement planning of library materials based on bottom-up need analysis, publication activity, funding, and excellent service for visitors; (2) organization of the school library is determined by the availability of organization structure, job division, authority division, command unity, and definite coordination; (3) the success of school library implementation is determined by participatory, the direction and motivation from leader to subordinates, healthy communication and awarding to librarians; and (4) evaluation of the school library is determined by the availability of complete and comprehensive periodic written reports.
