<p><em>The city has a problem that often arises due to the construction of their own city. To prevent that, city management needs through a sustainable approach to the concept of planning. Now, the concept of smart city is developing, where several major cities in Indonesia have started implementing the concept. Surakarta be a pioneer in the use of technology of transportation commonly called Intelligent Transport Systems(ITS). Surakarta indicated to apply the concept of smart city. Together with Indosat, subsidiary of PT. Starone Partner Telecommunications (SMT) cooperate to apply the concept of smart city in Surakarta for example, e-transportation. E-transportation similar to the principle of smart mobility in the theory of smart city. Howerver not only the application of smart mobility technology, but also need to look at the aspects that provide comfort, security, and sustainability.</em></p><p><em>This study wanted to see the level of readiness of Surakarta to smart mobility dimension as part of the smart city concept. The aspects of this research are local accessibility, international accessibility, multi-modal access, information and communication technology infrastructure supporting urban mobility, sustainable transport and safety. The analytical method used in this research is the analysis technique of scoring which assess the readiness of each aspect and the overall readiness. The results showed that Surakarta belongs to the category ready but conditional on the application of smart mobility. This means Surakarta need to do several requirements either repair or procurement in some aspects. Aspects that have been prepared but has some requirements which need to be done are the aspect of local accessibility, international accessibility, multi-modal access, and information and communication technology infrastructure supporting urban mobility. Sustainable transport and safety aspects belong to the category not ready to support the implementation of smart mobility in Surakarta.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: smart city, smart mobility, smart transportation</em></p>
<p><em>Solo Baru </em><em>region</em><em> has a very strategic location and were originally intended for residential areas, but then experienced a rapid development of economic activities. The development of economic activity is the most visible trade activities and services that continue to increase precisely since 2002. The development of trade and services activities is of course have an influence on land use changes that occur rapidly in Solo Baru </em><em>r</em><em>egion. Based on these issues, the formulation of the problem in this research is how the influence brought about by the development of the activity of trade in services to changes in land use. In line with these problems, this study aims to determine the effect of the development of trading activities and services to changes in land use Solo Baru Region. The method used is quantitative descriptive to determine the level of development to later described spatially. These results indicate that the development of trade and services activities has encouraged the development of other activities either similar activities (commercial) as well as supporting activities (housing, public services, and industry) so the impact on the provision of land. The need for this land that drives the changes in land use, both in terms of area, intensity, and land use patterns are formed. Developments are vertically making it more influential in the development of land compared to the intensity of the land area. Besides land development patterns that are formed are random pattern of development as the region woke formed does not have a specific shape (sporadic) and develop segmental.</em><em></em></p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Activities Development, Trade and Services Activity, Land Use Change</em></p>
<p><em><em>Industri merupakan suatu aktivitas ekonomi yang mampu memicu konsentrasi spasial. Terkonsentrasinya industri pada suatu kawasan tidak terlepas dari pemilihan lokasi yang didasarkan pada faktor kebijakan, sarana prasarana, pasar, serta dampak yang ditimbulkan. Salah satu dampak yang menjadi pertimbangan dari terpusatnya aktivitas industri adalah peristiwa aglomerasi. Berdasarkan observasi lapangan tahun 2018, aglomerasi industri Gondangrejo berada di sepanjang jaringan Jl. Solo Purwodadi guna mendapatkan kemudahan aksesibilitas. Konsentrasi industri Gondangrejo semakin berkembang dengan adanya dukungan peruntukan ruang di dalam RTRW Kabupaten Karanganyar tahun 2013-2032. Penelitian ini membahas dampak perkembangan aglomerasi industri Gondangrejo, Karanganyar terhadap perubahan spasial. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa observasi lapangan dan wawancara serta data sekunder. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis skoring, overlay, korelasi, dan deskriptif. Perkembangan aglomerasi industri Gondangrejo dapat diidentifikasi melalui perkembangan jumlah industri, kedekatan lokasi industri yang mengelompok, dan peningkatan jumlah tenaga kerja industri. Hal ini berdampak terhadap perubahan spasial yang dapat diidentifikasi melalui perkembangan sarana prasarana seperti penambahan jaringan jalan, penurunan tingkat pelayanan jalan, perubahan sarana transportasi umum, perubahan guna lahan, peningkatan sarana permukiman, dan peningkatan bangunan permukiman. Perkembangan aglomerasi industri Gondangrejo berdampak bagi perubahan spasial yaitu memunculkan pusat-pusat pertumbuhan baru di sekitar kawasan industri, sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang jelas antara zona kawasan pertumbuhan dengan zona kawasan permukiman pedesaan.</em></em></p><p><em><em><strong><em>Kata Kunci:</em></strong><em> Aglomerasi; Dampak;<strong> </strong>Industri; Konsentrasi; Spasial;</em></em></em></p>
<em>Regional economic growth can not be separated from the contribution of economic sectors, one of them is industrial sector. Development of information and technology change society becomes more critical creating creative and innovative human resources including in the industrial sector, known as the creative industries. On the other hand, efforts to accelerate economic growth through local economic development (LED) can be supported by the activities of industrial centers. Therefore, the application of the concept of the creative industrial centers can support the region's economic growth, especially through economic development locally owned by an area. Masaran Batik Industrial Center is one axis of the local economy in Sragen. This industrial centers has contributed greatly to the Sragen District is in employment and increase in revenue. Local economic growth of Masaran Batik Industrial Center can be increased by applying the concept of creative industries center in particular craft subsector. To that end, the purpose of this research is to find out the conformity ofMasaran Batik Industrial Center as a creative craft industrial center, as a whole and based on 14 criteriasof creative craft industrial center. The method in this study using quantitative analysis techniques, which consists of the scoring method, Analytic Hierarchy Process and the ssubstitution of equation. The results of this study stated that Masaran Batik Industrial Center included in the appropriate closer classification as a creative craft industrial center. It is caused by two criteria thataren’t included in the appropriate classification, such as accessibility and infrastructure. Therefore, these criteria need to be upgraded to fit creative craft industrial center in Masaran Batik Industrial Center</em>
