Mobile learning is the use of technology in the learning process using tablets, PCs or smartphones. Online based mobile learning provides opportunities for students to study anytime and anywhere. The use of a website as a learning media gives users broad access without downloading additional applications that are burdensome to the device. Therefore, the perception of physics education students is needed on the use of mobile learning in basic physics practicum II at Universitas Jambi. This study aims to introduce new learning media that are more effective and flexible in the 4.0 digital era. Based on the results of the study, the perceptions of physics education study program students are in a good category with an average of 74.01 and a median of 75.00 and a mode of 75.00. Distribution of perception scores of physics education students has a minimum value of 52.00 and a maximum value of 91.00

Good science process skills demonstrated by the attitude of students in conducting experiments in the laboratory. This study aims to determine the mastery of science process skills of students of Physics Education in Universitas Jambi, both students who use the printed Guidebook and students who use the e-module as guide in practicum activities by reviewing eight aspects of integrated science process skills. This study uses a quantitative approach with experimental research methods, namely true experimental. In the study sample used was a student of Physics Education were divided into two groups, 35 students for experiment class and 30 students for control class. Assessment instruments used were observation sheet science process skills with a score of skills used in the form of Likert scale. Based on the analysis score mastery of integrated science process skills of students in the experimental class, operationally defining variables have the highest percentage of 51.4% to the category of very good, whereas in the control class, analyzing aspects of investigations has the highest percentage of 53.3% with a good category.
PERCEPTION OF BIOLOGY AND CHEMISTRY TEACHER EDUCATION STUDENTS ON MOBILE LEARNING-BASED BASIC PHYSICS PRACTICUM GUIDEBOOK AbstractGuidebooks are a learning resource that can be used by students. Ease of accessing practical guidebooks can motivate learning for students, so a guidebook through mobile learning is one of the solutions in providing easy access to practical manuals. This study aims to determine student perceptions about the use of mobile physics-based Basic Physic Practicum Guides The research method is quantitative. Using descriptive statistical analysis. In research using random sampling techniques. There are 29 Chemistry Education students and 28 Biology Education students. All respondents will be given a perception questionnaire. Then 10 Chemistry Education students and 10 Biology Education students will be interviewed. The results of the analysis showed the perception of Chemistry Education students about the use of mobile learning-based practicum guides has enough criteria with a percentage of 50%. While the perception of Biology Education students about the use of practicum guides based on mobile learning has Good criteria with a percentage of 58.62%. From the interviews, it was found that 89% agreed with the use of smartphones for academic purposes, with the reason to access educational information, and their use was simple. 100% of students agree that the use of smartphones can help to learn activities wherever and whenever and can provide motivation for students in practical activities. This shows that students of Chemistry Education and Biology Education provide positive perceptions about the use of a Mobile learning-based Basic Physics Practicum Guidebook.
This study aims to determine the relationship between perception and basic science process skills through the use of the m-module in basic physics practicum II. This research is a quantitative study using correlational design. data collection instruments used in the form of perception questionnaire instruments and observation sheets to measure students' science process skills. This study used a sample of 36 physics students at Universitas Jambi. The results of the study will be analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of this study indicate that students give a good perception of the use of the m-module in basic physics practicum II. Flat mirror material is proven from the value of the perception of 63.9% in the good category according to a predetermined range. And the basic science process skills of students are in a good category with a percentage of 50.0%. Pearson correlation results show the number 0.756 and sig 0.05 which is 0.00, this shows that there is a strong relationship between perceptions and students' science process skills in using the m-module. This means that a high perception will result in high science process skills.
