Conocer las concepciones y representaciones que tienen las adolescentes gestantes es una herramienta fundamental para fortalecer la toma de decisiones y las redes de apoyo social. Objetivo: Identificar las concepciones sobre el embarazo, las características sociales, económicas y de redes de apoyo en un grupo de adolescentes gestantes de Bucaramanga. Materiales y Métodos: Se realizó un estudio cualitativo (estudio de caso) mediante las técnicas de grupo focal, observación participante y elaboración de diario de campo. Se incluyeron 15 participantes de las 100 adolescentes beneficiadas por el Programa Plan Padrino de la Secretaría de Salud y Ambiente de Bucaramanga durante el año 2014. Resultados: La mayoría de las participantes refirieron que, aunque el embarazo fue no deseado lo han aceptado y asumido con grandes cambios en sus vidas, especialmente la relación con sus amigos y con su familia. Identificaron como red de apoyo fundamental la familia. Discusión: Las concepciones sobre embarazo en las adolescentes coinciden con los estudios reportados en Colombia en el sentido que lo asumieron con responsabilidad, pero les representó un doble reto en especial para continuar con sus estudios. Conclusiones: Fortalecer la red de apoyo de las adolescentes en especial la relacionada con procesos educativos y de familia. Palabras clave: Embarazo; Adolescente; Conducta Adolescente; Red Social. Abstract Introduction: Pregnancy in adolescents is a problem that brings consequences to the lives of adolescent girls and their families. Knowing the conceptions and representations the pregnant adolescents have is a fundamental tool to enhance decision-making and social support networks. Objective: The work sought to identify conceptions about pregnancy, along with social, economic, and support network characteristics in a group of pregnant adolescents from Bucaramanga. Materials and Methods: A qualitative study (case study) was conducted through focal group techniques, participant observation, and elaboration of a field diary. The study included 15 participants of the 100 adolescent girls benefiting from the Plan Padrino program by the Health and Environment Secretary in Bucaramanga during 2014. Results: Most of the participants stated that, although the pregnancy was not desired, they have accepted and assumed it with big changes in their lives, especially the relationship with their friends and family. RESUMENIntroducción: En Colombia, a partir del año 2011 ha resurgido el interés por la incorporación de la Estrategia de Atención Primaria en Salud (APS) en los servicios de salud y en los debates académicos. A partir de la promulgación del nuevo Modelo Integral de Atención en Salud en el año 2016, este interés es explícito por los distintos actores del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud. En el marco de la Alianza por la Atención Primaria en Salud para Colombia, se promovieron encuentros regionales que permitieran identificar potencialidades y limitaciones para la implementación de la estrategia de APS en el marco de la nueva política de atención. Objetivo: Socializar las reflexiones que tomadores de decisiones y representantes de la academia realizaron frente a la implementación de la nueva política de atención en el oriente del país. Metodología: Se realizaron tres mesas de trabajo con 30 actores de 11 Instituciones de Educación Superior y 17 tomadores de decisiones de cuatro departamentos del oriente del país. Se utilizó la estrategia de investigación de grupos de discusión. Resultados: Tanto la academia como los tomadores de decisiones identificaron desafíos relacionados con la comprensión de los aspectos conceptuales del enfoque poblacional del modelo, así como la necesidad de hacer una mirada crítica a las competencias y currículos de los nuevos profesionales. Conclusión: Los distintos temas que emergieron del debate incluyen aspectos estructurales y de funcionamiento del sistema de seguridad social en Salud que le plantean a la autoridad sanitaria retos que superan la mera instrumentalización del modelo.Palabras clave: Atención Primaria de la Salud; sistemas de salud, gobierno local, reforma de la atención en salud, Colombia. ABSTRACTIntroduction: Since 2011, there has been an increasing interest to re-incorporate primary health care (PHC) strategy in healthcare services and academic debates. After the promulgation of the new healthcare model (MIAS) in 2016, this interest has been made explicit by all actors involved in the health benefits program of the Social Security System (SGSSS). According to the guidelines proposed by the Colombian PHC Alliance, regional meetings have been held to identify potentialities and limitations for implementing the PHC strategy within the framework of the new healthcare policy. Objective: To socialize the analysis carried out by decision-makers and academics related to the implementation of the new healthcare policy in the east of the country. Methodology: Three workshops were held with the participation of 30 representatives of 11 higher-education institutions and 17 decision makers from four departments of the east of the country. Qualitative research methodology based on focus groups was applied. Introduction:The main objective of the research was to describe the degree of job satisfaction of nurses Bucaramanga Clinics and Hospitals and the Metropolitan area, for it identified the sociodemographic characteristics, and identified the characteristics of nursing work. Material and Methods: This is a multicenter descriptive study whose sample consisted of 218 nurses working in the public and private sector clinics and hospitals in Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area. The following questionnaire of job satisfaction and S10/12 Meliá JMPeiro JL (1998) modified to include some descriptive and intrinsic aspects of the theory of Herzberg. Results: As the educational level a large percentage 47.2% have not done any further study of its undergraduate, 25.7% have some specialization and 24.8% graduate; also only 1.8% have master's and 0.5% have PhD. 67.9% in the job category is 27.5% overall and is a specialist. As to the hierarchy the 88.1% work as nurses and 0.9% service exercise supervisory duties. The results also show that environmental factors and monitoring are within an average of 5.2 and a standard deviation of 1.3 which is equivalent to saying that the nurses are satisfied, on the other hand, the factor that generates the most disagreement is the social benefits half of 4.7 and a standard deviation 1.6. Discussion and Conclusions: Since the results of the study as most items show that people are satisfied, however despite this it is striking that a high proportion wants to work abroad.
