Purpose: This study aimed to determine companies’ vision, mission, and core values focus on human resource management. Research methodology: This study used qualitative method and 14 companies’ website has been used to identify their mission, vision and core values. Results: From the total of 14 FMCG companies that had been used in this study only five (Akij group, Marco Bangladesh Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (RB), Eskayef Pharmaceuticals Ltd, and Danish) of them showed that they have no mention about the human resource management and nine of them showed their concern towards human capital in their vision, mission, and core values. Limitation: This study is only confined to identify the mission, vision, core values, not their impact. Besides that, it is only limited to the small number of FMCG companies in Bangladesh. Contribution: This study’s results contribute to understanding the importance of focusing on human resource management on the companies’ vision and mission and explaining the reason for modifying the existing statements. For this present study, COR and SCT theory was used firstly to examine the factors related to academic burnout meanwhile, secondly, this research also attempts to examine the factors related to academic self-efficacy and Finally, to identify the relationship between academic self-efficacy academic burnout in Khulna city, Bangladesh. For this present study data was collected via both E-mail and self-administrative questionnaire from 272 university students. From the research findings and analysis, it was found out that all the p-values for all the variables were found to be less than 0.05, an indication that was statistically significant for all variables especially. The relationship between Academic self-efficacy and Academic Burnout is (?=.506, Sig. =0 .00) which was statistically significant and all the results are supported by the previous studies.
Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the influence of factors affecting entrepreneurial intention and finally show the relationship between those factors on entrepreneurial intention. Research methodology: This study used explanatory and inferential methods. Data was collected using a closed-ended questionnaire. The program used was SPSS Version 16.00. Results: We found a positive and significant relationship with all the factors besides entrepreneurial education and gender differences. Limitation: The study is limited to the respondents’ bias and restriction to only one particular university. Contribution: This study’s results contribute to understanding the importance of entrepreneurial education to the university and arranging more seminars and case study and introducing some inspired entrepreneurs for the student’s betterment. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of fringe benefits on employee loyalty in the context of university teachers. The study sample consisted of 100 university teachers who were randomly selected from both private and public universities situated in Khulna city of Bangladesh. Data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire survey. To test the study hypotheses, data were analyzed employing correlation and multiple regression analysis tools. Results of correlation analysis reveal that fringe benefits (insurance & retirement benefits, payments for time not worked, education & development opportunities, flexible working hours, and employee welfare benefits) are positively related to employee loyalty. Regression statistics shows that 25.6% variance of employee loyalty can be explained by the fringe benefits. The study findings also indicate that flexible working hours (β = 0.296, Sig. = 0.001) has the most significant contribution in explaining employee loyalty among the university faculty members employed in Khulna city of Bangladesh.
