Donor Darah adalah kegiatan atau proses pengambilan darah dalam volume tertentu dari seorang donor, yang nantinya digunakan untuk transfusi darah bagi mereka yang membutuhkan. Pendonor darah adalah seseorang yang berbadan sehat bukan pecandu alkohol maupun obat-obatan dan tidak mempunyai riwayat penyakit yang berbahaya. Pada waktu seleksi awal dilakukan timbang berat badan, diukur tekanan darahnya dan dilakukan anamnesa serta dilakukan pemeriksaan hemoglobin. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah didapatkannya bank darah desa agar masyarakat yang butuh darah dengan cepat mendapatkannya khususnya ibu hamil dapat segera tertolong bila mengalami perdarahan. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan selama 2 minggu diawali dengan 1) persiapan dan sosialisasi 2) pelaksanaan donor darah 3) pembuatan laporan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah pelaksanaan donor darah dilakukan di balai desa dengan jumlah pendonor ada 25 orang.adapun kesimpulannya masyarakat sangat merespon kegiatan tersebut tetapi diperlukan sosialisasi ualang agar bertambah banyak jumlah pendonornya.Kata Kunci. Learning Cycle Model emphasizes the problem of low learning outcomes and encourages student motivation in the classroom. The Learning Cycle Learning can be integrated with the STAD learning in the elaboration phase. This integration aimed to learn the differences in learning outcomes and students' motivation that were taught with the LC 6E-STAD learning and students who were taught with the LC 6E learning. This research used a quasi-experimental design. Participant in this research consisted of two classes of XI Science classes. The research instrument consisted of multiple-choice tests of the acid-base concept and a motivational questionnaire that were valid and reliable. The data of student learning outcomes and motivation were analyzed descriptively and statistically using the t-test at the level of sig. α = 0.05. The results showed that there were differences in learning outcomes and motivation between students who were taught with the LC 6E-STAD model and the LC 6E model. The cognitive and psychomotor learning outcomes of LC 6E-STAD students are better than LC 6E students. Student learning motivation in the LC 6E-STAD class is higher than learning motivation in the LC 6E class.
The business competition for batik in Bangkalan is getting tougher because of the increasing business in batik, to be able to survive one way that can be used is to conduct business development by knowing consumer preferences. This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence consumer preferences of Tanjung Bumi batik in Tresna Art Gallery. Factors that influence consumer preferences can be seen from three things, that is based on product attributes, interests, and customer satisfaction. The sample of this study was 78 respondents with a period of data collection for 4 weeks. The results of the study say there are 3 factors that influence consumer preferences based on attributes that is esthetics, price perception, and price suitability with benefits. Consumer preferences based on interests are also influenced by 3 factors namely, lifestyle, profession, and family, while preferences based on customer satisfaction are only influenced by one factor, is the suitability of expectations. If viewed thoroughly, the factors that most influence consumer preference are conformity of expectations. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there are 7 factors that influence consumer preferences of Tanjung Bumi batik in Tresna Art Gallery, that is esthetics, price perception, price suitability with benefits, lifestyle, profession, family, and suitability of consumer expectations. Persaingan usaha batik tulis di Kabupaten Bangkalan semakin ketat karena bertambahnya usaha pada batik tulis, untuk dapat bertahan salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan adalah melakukan pengembangan usaha dengan mengetahui preferensi konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi preferensi konsumen batik tulis Tanjung Bumi di Galeri Tresna Art. Faktor yang mempengaruhi preferensi konsumen dapat dilihat dari tiga hal, yaitu berdasarkan atribut produk, kepentingan, serta kepuasan konsumen. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 78 responden dengan jangka waktu pengambilan data selama 4 minggu. Hasil penelitian mengatakan terdapat 3 faktor yang mempengaruhi preferensi konsumen berdasarkan atribut yaitu keindahan, persepsi harga, dan kesesuaian harga dengan manfaat. Preferensi konsumen berdasarkan kepentingan jugan dipengaruhi oleh 3 faktor yaitu, gaya hidup, profesi, serta keluarga sedangkan preferensi berdasarkan kepuasan konsumen hanya dipengaruhi oleh satu faktor saja yaitu kesesuaian harapan. Jika dilihat secara menyeluruh faktor yang paling mempengaruhi preferensi konsumen ialah kesesuaian harapan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan terdapat 7 faktor yang mempengaruhi preferensi konsumen batik tulis Tanjung Bumi di Galeri Tresna Art, yaitu keindahan, persepsi harga, kesesuaian harga dengan manfaat, gaya hidup, profesi, keluarga dan kesesuaian harapan konsumen
Background: Changes in unhealthy lifestyle and behavior, such as changes in patterns of food consumption and lack of physical activity, may increase the risk of metabolic syndrome. In order to reduce metabolic syndrome risk , promotional efforts such as health education with audiovisual media, may promote a higher level of physical activity.Objective: To determine the effect of health education with audiovisual media toward physical activity level among the metabolic syndrome risk-population in the working area of Turi Community Health Center (Puskesmas), Sleman.Method: This research was a quasi-experiment with a nonequivalent pre-test and post-test design control group. Participants in this research were 80 people who lived in Turi, which 38 people allocated in the intervention group and 42 people in the control group. An intervention used in this study was audiovisual media while the control group received booklet. This questionnaire used in this study was a questionnaire of physical activity GPAQ. T-test was used to determine the effect of audiovisual to physical activity before and after health education which was measured two weeks after the intervention.Result: Health education with audiovisual media affected the level of physical activity in the treatment group (p= 0,001) and the provision of booklets did not affect the physical activity of the control group (p= 0,326). There were differences in physical activity after the intervention between the groups that were given health education using audiovisuals compared to the provision of booklets (p= 0,001).Conclusion: There is an effect of audiovisual health education toward the level of physical activity on the metabolic syndrome risk-population. ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Perubahan gaya hidup dan perilaku tidak sehat, seperti perubahan pola makan dan berkurangnya aktivitas fisik dapat meningkatkan risiko kejadian sindrom metabolik. Upaya promotif seperti pendidikan kesehatan dengan media audiovisual dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas fisik dalam rangka mengurangi risiko kejadian sindrom metabolik.Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan media audiovisual terhadap tingkat aktivitas fisik pada populasi risiko sindrom metabolik di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Turi Sleman.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experiment dengan teknik non-equivalent pretest posttest design control group. Responden penelitian ini adalah masyarakat wilayah Turi yang berjumlah 80 orang yaitu 38 orang pada kelompok perlakuan dengan intervensi pendidikan kesehatan melalui media audiovisual dan 42 orang di kelompok kontrol dengan intervensi pendidikan melalui media booklet. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner aktivitas fisik GPAQ. Analisis data menggunakan paired sample t-test untuk mengetahui pengaruh audiovisual terhadap aktivitas fisik sebelum dan sesudah pendidikan kesehatan yang diberi jarak selama dua minggu.Hasil: Pendidikan kesehatan dengan media audiovisual berpengaruh (p=0,001) terhadap aktivitas fisik pada kelompok perlakuan dan pemberian booklet tidak berpengaruh pada aktivitas fisik kelompok kontrol (p=0,326). Terdapat perbedaan aktivitas fisik setelah dilakukan tindakan antara kelompok yang diberikan pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan audiovisual dibandingkan pemberian booklet (p=0,001)Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan audiovisual terhadap tingkat aktivitas fisik pada populasi berisiko sindrom metabolik.
