Scientific and technological progress has led to the emergence of computer technics and computer technologies. The growth rate of computerization contributes to the fact that more and more people are involved in work, communication and leisure activities through the internet. In particular, special attention should be paid to the use of computer technologies for healthy students and students with disabilities. The purpose of this article is to identify the features of social rehabilitation of students with disabilities. The article considers the possibilities of team esports in the representation of students with disabilities. It is proved that the potential of team esports lies in the fact that students with disabilities begin to develop active strategies and positive thinking, which gives them the strength to fight against difficulties. It is revealed that team esports is an opportunity to communicate and display adaptive skills. It is considered that students with disabilities gain self-confidence due to lively, interesting communication, which increases their chances of psychophysiological rehabilitation. It is determined that team esports has a positive effect on students with disabilities, developing their skills of social adaptation. It is revealed that out of the three forms of aggressive behaviour: physical, verbal, and indirect aggression, after being introduced to team esports, students with disabilities mostly abandoned verbal aggression, decreased resentment, and suspicion based on the belief that others intend to harm them. It is proved that by involving students in team esports, it was possible to correct the level of anxiety of students with disabilities. The high level of school, self-assessment, and interpersonal anxiety was adjusted to the lowest level.

The objective of the research is to study the characteristics of leisure activities of young people in self-isolated conditions during the coronavirus pandemic. As a research method, the authors use an online survey that allowed them to more effectively visualize the features of leisure activities and the peculiarities of their regulation among self-isolated students. The article also considers the leisure strategies of young people in conditions of self-isolation and social fortune. The novelty of the research lies in the fact that the hierarchy of leisure preferences of young people was studied for the first time during the period of self-isolation. It is concluded that the leisure practices of young people are identified by the regular use of the Internet, instead of the use of sports or any other practice. The priority areas of the Internet application are: study and communication, reading books and consulting news. In addition, there is the ability to communicate on social networks, search for video and audio recordings and games on the network. Preferred game genres are shown to be multiplatform simulators and strategies.
This article examines Russo-Chinese investment cooperation in China’s Belt and Road Initiative (originally the Silk Road Economic Belt). At the same time, it also studies bilateral agreements, as well as investment and mechanisms. Another focus is the impact of the BRI in Central Asian countries on Russian interests in the region. Research is based on an analysis of the history of joint Russian and Chinese initiatives for economic development to determine the feasibility of cooperation in the BRI. Meanwhile, the authors discuss the BRI’s impact on the economic and foreign policy of the two partners, as well as the risks and opportunities for Russia. The article is based on content and statistical analysis combined with a historical approach. It concludes that Russia and China are actively developing investment cooperation in the framework of the BRI, including the Silk Road Fund. The principal elements of the partnership involve the economy and processing and transporting energy resources. Its objective is to attain both regional economic stability as well as maximizing economic and political independence.
