Based on requirement analysis in Grade IV SDI Bangkakeli Manggarai found the problem happened, teaching materials used by teachers still using KTSP 2006 teaching materials, teachers tend to use teaching materials developed by publishers and not in accordance with the characteristics and cultural environment of students. The solution of the problem is to develop the local culture-based thematic materials in accordance with the culture and environment of the students. The development of thematic materials using the model of Dick and Carey (2009). The steps of this development model are done up to step 9, ie revising the learning materials. Step 10 is eliminated because in this study only prototype product obtained only, in accordance with the purpose of research and development. Based on the results of these trials, these thematic materials are very valid, very interesting, effective and applicable in learning. It can be known from the validation test result from the material experts by 93.84% of the design experts by 94.19% and the linguist by 67.14%. The attractiveness of the product with an average score of 90.41% is included in the criteria is very interesting. Effective products are used with an average of 90% entering in very effective criteria. And product availability is very attractive with an average of 93.00%.
This enquiry intends to designate partaking altitude of grade v students of Bangkakeli public elementary school in doing their homework throughout caovid-19 pandemic, the cause factor of low students’ altitude in finishing homework, and the endeavor of teacher in lifting up student’s altitude in competing homework in the midst of covid-19 pandemic. The used method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subject in this enquiry is grade V teacher, principal, students, and the parents. Data collecting technique used an interview, observation, and documentation. The fallout of this enquiry pointed out that altitude partaking of students in completing homework throughout pandemic considered low. The cause factor of students’ low partaking is internal factor and external factor. The endeavor of teachers in developing students partaking in finishing homework in the midst of covid-19 pandemic is maximizing portfolio learning model, communication maximizing and corporate with the parents of students.
This research intends to elucidate the effect of Covid-19 pandemic in establishing student’s skill dimension and the effort of teacher in forming student’s skill dimension at SDI Lenang Neros. This study uses qualitative approach and case study method. The subjects of the research are teachers and students. Data collection technique used an interview and document study. This research is motivated that by throughout pandemic the teachers were not yet forming the skill dimension of students. The result of this research pointed out that Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on the formation of student skill dimensions at SDI Lenang Neros. The impact of Covid-19 pandemic on the formation of student skill dimensions namely the low ability of writing, reading, drawing, dancing and the ability of measuring. During pandemic the effort of teacher in the formation of student psychomotor not yet maximized. Teacher had not used the platform online learning such Zoom, YouTube, learning video and WA to support the formation of student skill dimensions. The presented subject was only in the form of assignments and theory without practicum activity. Grounded on research findings could be concluded that Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on students’ skill dimension such lacking of motor activity obtained by the students.
PKM ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah rendahnya kreativitas guru-guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Manggarai, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran. Problem kreativitas ini membuat siswa kurang berpartisipasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Implikasinya adalah hasil belajar siswa pun tidak memuaskan. PKM ini bertujuan untuk membantu kreativitas guru agar mampu menghasilkan media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran di sini mengedepankan prinsip murah, mudah diperoleh, dan digunakan guru dan siswa. Tim memberikan pelatihan kepada para guru berupa media sederhana, yakni kartu, untuk digunakan sebagai media dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode PkM berupa ceramah, diskusi dan pelatihan. Kegiatan diskusi dan ceramah berisi penguatan pemahaman konsep berkaitan dengan pengembangan media kartu, sedangkan pelatihan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam menggunakan media kartu. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media kartu memiliki beberapa dampak: (1) partisipasi mitra meningkat, seperti bentuk ekspresi wajah yang riang dan suasana menjadi tidak kaku dan menyenangkan, baik ketika menjawab salah maupun saat menjawab benar; (2) mitra mampu mendesain kartu yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.
