Sirkumsisi merupakan intervensi medis yang diwajibkan oleh sebagian ulama khususnya untuk muslim lakilaki. Di Indonesia sirkumsisi biasanya dilakukan ketika anak berusia 5-12 tahun. Prosedur sirkumsisi dengan cara pemotongan kulit penis, sering kali menjadi hal yang menakutkan bagi anak-anak sehingga mempengaruhi kesehatan jiwa seperti kecemasan. Kecemasan pada anak dapat diatasi dengan berbagai metode, salah satunya adalah dengan intervensi psikoedukasi yang berbasis spiritual. Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intervensi psikoedukasi berbasis spiritual terhadap kecemasan anak presirkumsisi. Desain penelitian adalah quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan dua kelompok, responden sebanyak 32 anak, alat ukur menggunakan kuesioner SCARED. Skor kecemasan sebelum dilakukan intervensi pada kelompok kontrol adalah 63,14 dan kelompok intervensi 65,94 dan skor kecemasan setelah dilakukan intervensi pada kelompok control 66,03 dan kelompok intervensi 57,58. Hasil uji t-independent didapatkan p value 0,0001, maknanya terdapat pengaruh intervensi psikoedukasi berbasis spiritual terhadap kecemasan responden. Kecemasan pada anak yang akan dilakukan tindakan medis jika tidak diatasi dapat menyebabkan masalah psikologis yang berkepanjangan, salah satu untuk mengatasi kecemasan tersebut adalah dengan intervensi psikoedukasi berbasis spiritual, hal tersebut merupakan koping yang adaptif karena responden mampu memahami dan menerima rasa sakitnya dengan mindset secara spiritual. Psikoedukasi berbasis spiritual dapat menurunkan skor kecemasan responden.
The elderly are the population most vulnerable to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. From March 2020 to April 2022, the implementation of psychological distancing is still being applied in Indonesia. Mental health problems appear to be interesting issues to be studied in the elderly. This study examines loneliness and attachment to God on mental health and how mental health conditions are explored using a mixed-method approach. 86 older people filled out loneliness and attachment to God questionnaires. Representatives from our participants were invited to be participants in collecting interview data. The results show that loneliness is a predictor of mental health in the elderly, while attachment to God does not correlate. More specifically, we describe what makes the elderly sad and happy and how the elderly carry out coping strategies to live life in these challenging times. Coping is done by the elderly such as productive activity, religious activity, and communication activity. Loneliness is a serious problem for the elderly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Even attachment to God did not positively affect mental health as we predicted. Coping in the form of activities carried out by the elderly is one of the activities that can divert the loneliness of the elderly.
Usia prasekolah merupakan kelompok rentan terserang penyakit menular karena kebiasaannya memegang sesuatu benda, mengusap ingus dengan tangan. Salah satu penyakit yang menular adalah COVID-19 yang telah menjadi pandemic pada tahun 2020-2022. Salah satu tindakan pencegahan penularan penyakit tersebut adalah melalui cuci tangan. Pada usia prasekolah mempunyai tugas perkembangan meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus dan motorik kasar. Keterampilan ini bisa dilatih menggunakan cara menyusun puzzle dan mewarnai. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan anak-anak dalam melakukan cuci tangan yang benar. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, menyusun puzzle, mewarnai, praktik cuci tangan bersama dan diskusi dengan cara bercerita pengalaman kegiatan yang dilakukan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah anak-anak mampu mengikuti kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir walaupun ada beberapa anak ketika menyusun puzzle masih melihat teman disampingnya. Anak-anak bisa mewarnai, praktik cuci tangan bersama dengan baik dan aktif dalam bercerita ketika menemukan kesulitan-kesulitan pada proses kegiatan. Kesimpulan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sebagian anak-anak usia prasekolah mampu melakukan cuci tangan dengan baik dengan panduan gambar yang diwarnainya. Saran untuk kegiatan selanjutnya adalah kegiatan ini dikemas dengan bentuk perlombaan sehingga mereka mempunyai kemauan untuk bersaing tanpa mencontek dalam pekerjaan mereka.
World Health Organization declared covid-19 as the sixth public health emergency that required global attention. The Covid-19 pandemic caused the risk of complications which was higher in some vulnerable populations including the elderly. Moreover, Covid-19 prevention such as self-isolation and quarantine affected community activities as well as causing psychosocial problems, one of which was anxiety. Some anxiety treatments could be conducted using distraction techniques, deep breathing, and music therapy including murottal Al Qur’an. To figure out the effect of the medium of murottal of Surah Ar-Rad verses 1-28 with video as the media on the elderly anxiety level in rw 02 Batursari village in Covid-19 times. The study used a pre-experimental design with one group pretest and posttest design. Measurement of research variables was carried out before and after giving the medium of the video to the elderly who experienced anxiety. The samples were 41 respondents who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the average age of the respondents was 64 years, with an average value of anxiety level before the medium of 10.14 and after the medium, the average value of the respondent's anxiety level decreased to 3.65 or decreased by 6.49. Based on the Mann-Whitney test, the results obtained a Z value of -7.897 and a significance value of 0.001 (p 0.05) with an effect size of 1.23. Therefore, there was the effect of the medium of murottal of surah Ar-Rad verses 1-28 with video on the elderly anxiety level in RW 02 Batursari village during in Covid-19 times. Stop stigma educational video “they are us” aims to eliminating the stigma in fikes students and shifting the negative stigma be a positive stigma against people with mental disorders. This study aims to determine the stop-stigma educational video entitled “They Are Us” towards students of Health and Science Faculty. This study used a quasi-experimental method with one-group pre-test and post-test designs. The research sample was 166 respondents, using cluster random sampling technique. The instrument used was a stigma questionnaire sheet adapted from research conducted by Sasra (2018) in Padang. The results of this study show the stigma of pre-test (39,40) and post-test (62.28). The result of the Wilcoxon pre-test, post-test of stigma indicate a significance level of 0.000 (P 0.05). In conclusion There is a significant effect of giving the stop-stigma educational video entitled “They Are Us” towards students of Health and Science Faculty.
