Performance Management in State Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIN) Indonesia are still often ignoring the identification of stakeholders and the primary performance indicator of management measurement goal. The Balanced Score Card (BSC) as a management approach translates the direction of Higher Education developing into an action based on the initiatives identity number and management measurement goal systems. In the context aims to determine the implementation of the Balanced Score Card at PTKIN with four perspectives which are connected as part of the chain driving to achieve the strategic point of Higher Education and performance of higher education results model. This research is qualitative research with the technique of data collection on observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results paper shows that the Balanced Score Card is the performance integrating on management system at UIN Jakarta, UIN Yogyakarta, and UIN North Sumatera through the making of Score Cards with the processing of strategy maps to achieve its strategic point of higher education objectives. The Map Strategy is preparing as a companion model for its BSC implementation management goal of Higher Education. Balanced Score Card (BSC) sebagai sebuah pendekatan manajemen menerjemahkan arah pengembangan Perguruan Tinggi pada aksi yang dilandasi oleh identifikasi inisiatif dan sistem pengukuran. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Balanced Score Card di PTKIN dalam empat perspektif yang dihubungkan sebagai bagian dari rantai pendorong untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan strategis dan hasil capaian kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BSC diintegrasikan dalam sistem manajemen kinerja di UIN Jakarta, UIN Yogyakarta, dan UIN Sumatera Utara melalui pembuatan score cards dan/atau peta strategi dalam mencapai tujuan-tujuan strategis. Interpersonal communication can be defined as the ability to connect between humans as a form of verbal communication. Interpersonal communication can also be used to help build relationships with other people in different situations. Attitudes such as eye contact, body movements and hand gestures are also part of interpersonal communication. Interpersonal communication involves eye-to-eye communication in an appropriate and purposeful manner. The language used in the interpersonal communication process can describe communication patterns, management, personality and actions. Therefore, expertise in the use of language and interpersonal communication can help a person to better understand social situations and act and solve problems in accordance with existing environmental conditions.
This study aims to analyze the implementation of academic supervision of Islamic Religious Education supervisors during the covid-19 pandemic at the Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan District Public Middle School. The approach used is descriptive qualitative—data collection through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique is carried out circularly, starting from data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing is a data analysis technique carried out. The results showed that the implementation of the academic supervision of the Islamic Religious Education supervisor during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan District Public Middle School was carried out online and offline with individual and group techniques. The implementation of academic supervision carried out are activities for fostering Islamic Religious Education (GPAI) teachers, monitoring National Education Standards (SNP), evaluating PAI teacher performance, and carrying out professional guidance and training for PAI teachers. It's just that these activities have not run optimally.
Communication is a very important thing in life, if we are not careful in communicating, it cannot be denied that it will be trigger misunderstandings. Without communication, there will be no interaction between humans. The interaction as a result of this communication is related to the attitude or behavior of each individual which must also be adjusted and/or to adapt to the various cultures of each. This culture will shape, strengthen and change attitudes and behavior both individually and socially in the cultural environment concerned. For that we must communicate well in order to create a good life between us. And also in communicating not only to convey messages, but to change behavior. Do not let what we convey, not in harmony with the behavior of the speaker. So that makes the communicant distrust and no longer want to communicate with us. So the existence of the communication management makes the implementation of the communication run effectivel, so that the messages or result expected from the delivery of the information is as expected. Management and communication presents an effective management and delivery scheme of information messages, so as to create harmony in the communication carried out.
