Performance Management in State Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIN) Indonesia are still often ignoring the identification of stakeholders and the primary performance indicator of management measurement goal. The Balanced Score Card (BSC) as a management approach translates the direction of Higher Education developing into an action based on the initiatives identity number and management measurement goal systems. In the context aims to determine the implementation of the Balanced Score Card at PTKIN with four perspectives which are connected as part of the chain driving to achieve the strategic point of Higher Education and performance of higher education results model. This research is qualitative research with the technique of data collection on observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results paper shows that the Balanced Score Card is the performance integrating on management system at UIN Jakarta, UIN Yogyakarta, and UIN North Sumatera through the making of Score Cards with the processing of strategy maps to achieve its strategic point of higher education objectives. The Map Strategy is preparing as a companion model for its BSC implementation management goal of Higher Education. Balanced Score Card (BSC) sebagai sebuah pendekatan manajemen menerjemahkan arah pengembangan Perguruan Tinggi pada aksi yang dilandasi oleh identifikasi inisiatif dan sistem pengukuran. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Balanced Score Card di PTKIN dalam empat perspektif yang dihubungkan sebagai bagian dari rantai pendorong untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan strategis dan hasil capaian kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BSC diintegrasikan dalam sistem manajemen kinerja di UIN Jakarta, UIN Yogyakarta, dan UIN Sumatera Utara melalui pembuatan score cards dan/atau peta strategi dalam mencapai tujuan-tujuan strategis. This study aims to describe the Implementation of Guidance and Counseling Service Management in Man 2 Aceh TamiangThis research method is descriptive qualitative using two data collection techniques: interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display, conclusions, and data verification. The results of the study show that the guidance and counseling service program in schools is prepared quite well, even though they develop a service implementation plan using a standard syllabus but the program implemented in the field is quite good. The guidance and counseling service program that has been implemented has referred to the BK 17 plus pattern program and its application is adjusted to the RPL that has been prepared by the guidance and counseling teacher. The implementation of guidance and counseling services at MAN 2 Aceh Tamiang has gone quite well.

This article aims to determine the management of the Islamic boarding school sunnah system in shaping the character of students at the Al-Mukhlishin Modern Islamic Boarding School Tanjung Morawa. This research is qualitative research. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, and documentation study. The sources of data in this study were the leaders of the Islamic boarding school, the head of the madrasa, the ustadz (teacher) in the teaching department, the ustadz in the parenting division, and the students of the Al-Mukhlishin Modern Islamic Boarding School in Tanjung Morawa. The results of the study indicate that the Modern Islamic Boarding School Al-Mukhlishin Tanjung Morawa has implemented management in Islamic boarding school activities in the character of santri, this can be seen from the management functions implemented by these functions, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Already implementing a digitalization system in conveying information about student development, student financial administration, attendance, student and teacher attendance and so on The policies formulated by SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang  related to the implementation of public relations management in improving digitalization-based education services have been formulated properly and accordingly the needs of stakeholders are also realized through various strategic programs. Although overall it has not yet fulfilled the stages of good policy formulation. Public relations management has a role in the dissemination of policies and commitment in implementing the ability to improve the quality of education based on digitalization at SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang , the management planning process in improving digitalization-based education services is considered sufficient. good and cooperative by involving related elements. The role of public relations management in improving the quality of digitalization-based education services still tends to be a reactive formal institution but less progressive so that the organization has not been able to accelerate the process of implementing digitalization-based education quality services at SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang  so that the image of public relations management in improving the quality of education services is still lacking. and due to a lack of commitment from all stakeholders at SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang .
