Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peranan yang begitu penting dalam mendorong tingkat perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia. Keberadaan UMKM mampu memperluas lapangan kerja dan memberikan pelayanan ekonomi yang luas pada masyarakat, dapat berperan dalam proses pemerataan dan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan berperan dalam mewujudkan stabilitas ekonomi. Kehadiran UMKM Syariah sebagai tuntutan dari masyarakat Indonesia yang mayoritas beragama Islam, di mana memerlukan suatu ekonomi yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Maka, pemberdayaan pada UMKM Syariah mutlak harus dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengetahui bagaimana upaya Dinas Koperasi UMKM dan Perindustrian Kota Balikpapan dalam pemberdayaan UMKM Syariah dan mengetahui unsur pendukung dan penghambat dalam melaksanakan pemberdayaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Unit analisa dalam penelitian ini adalah Dinas Koperasi UMKM dan Perindustrian Kota Balikpapan selaku Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) yang bertanggung jawab terkait UMKM dan pelaku UMKM di Kota Balikpapan Hasil dari penelitian ini, peneliti menemukan bahwa upaya Dinas Koperasi UMKM dan Perindustrian Kota Balikpapan dalam pemberdayaan UMKM Syariah masih bersifat umum. Terdiri dari Program Peningkatan Kemampuan Sumber Daya Manusia, Program Bantuan Pemasaran, Program Bantuan Permodalan, Program Peningkatan Penggunaan Teknologi dan Program Kemudahan Perizinan. Adapun unsur pendukung dalam pelaksanaan pemberdayaan yakni kebijakan pemerintah dan sarana prasana, dan unsur penghambat yang dihadapi yakni sumber daya manusia dan modal yang bebas dari riba
Students' understanding of hijaiyah material is the background of this research. This is based on observations and interviews conducted with teachers at the school. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in hijaiyah letters using hijaiyah letter cards in class III students of SD Inpres 1, Sorong Regency. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) with the subjects of third-grade students of SD Inpres 1 Sorong Regency who is Muslim in the even semester of the academic year 2017/2018, amounting to 22 students. This research was conducted in 2 cycles using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models with 4 stages of continuous repetitive research. Retrieval of data taken using teacher teaching observation sheets, student activity sheets, student learning outcomes data. The results obtained after the action are the percentage of completeness of the value from the pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II respectively are 27%, 68%, and 86%. From the results of this study, in general, it can be concluded that an increase in student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects in grade III students of SD Inpres 1 Sorong Regency after the implementation of learning using the hijaiyah letter card media.
This study aims to study the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering the religious attitudes of class XI students at SMA GUPPI Salawati, and the driving and inhibiting factors for Islamic Religious Education Teachers in fostering religious attitudes in class XI students. Special talks were held by Islamic Religious Education teachers at Salawati GUPPI High School Against grade XI students. This research uses qualitative research. qualitative research using descriptivemethods. This research is based on primary data (primary) and secondary data (supporting). The main data (primary) includes observations, interviews, and documentation. While the secondarydata (supporting) is the data obtained from the library. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Religious Education teachers at GUPPI Salawati High School have actively supported andcan prove quite good in conducting religious attitudes towards class XI students. This can be seen from the education provided by Educating Religion to students, Give good examples, Give Motivation to children, Invite students to participate in religious activities, Train students tosupport each other, support each other, support parents, teachers and friends, given advice and direction, supervising students, guiding, discussing, and evaluating. With these roles, there is a change in the attitude of good religion in class XI students of SMA GUPPI Salawati. Then to achieve a goal there must be certain obstacles, impulses or motivations that will hinder and encourage. The driving forces are Facilities, Teachers, Parents, Schools and Environments which are a barrier to the family environment, the surrounding environment is less favorable than lazy friends, and technology is like a cellphone by playing games.
