The STORET method is one of the methods commonly used to determine water quality. This water quality status can indicate the waters are in a polluted condition or in good condition referring to the predetermined water quality standard. This study aims to obtain an overview of the status of water quality in the northern waters of Banda Aceh. Activities in the area such as the transportation route of ships, port activities, tourism, aquaculture and disposal of household waste are source of pollutan in the waters. Water sampling was carried out at 10 points (stations) around the waters of Ulee Lheu, Krueng Aceh and Alue Naga. The parameters used are: ammonia content, sulfide, cyanide, phenol, surfactant, and fatty oil. The results showed that the water quality in Ulee Lheu classify into Class C (score –16), which was medium polluted, with ammonia and phenol content 1.1 mg/L and 0.014 mg/L, respectively. Meanwhile, the estuary of Krueng Aceh and the waters around of Alue Naga are categorized in Class A (score 0), that means both are still in accordance with water quality standards.

ABSTRAKSulisti Afriani dan Neri Susanti: Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis SWOT yang diterapkan pada strategi pemasaran di Rumah Bung Karno dan Rumah Fatmawati Bengkulu. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode kuesioner dengan menyebarkan daftar pertanyaan kepada responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor-faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman), yang kemudian akan dimasukkan ke dalam matriks SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hasil analisis pada tabel tersebut faktor "Peluang" (Opportunity) mempunyai total nilai skor 0,925 sedangkan faktor "Ancaman" (Treaths) mempunyai total nilai skor 1,206. Dari data kedua tabel tersebut maka diketahui bahwa total nilai skor masing-masing faktor dapat dirinci yaitu faktor "Kekuatan (Strength)" mempunyai total nilai skor 1,662 sedangkan faktor kelemahan (Weakness) mempunyai total nilai skor 1,328. Dan faktor "Peluang" (Opportunity) mempunyai total nilai skor 0,925 sedangkan faktor Ancaman" (Treaths) mempunyai total nilai skor 1,206. Maka diketahui nilai "Kekuatan (Strength)" di atas nilai selisih kelemahan (Weakness) sebesar (+) 0,334 dimana nilai ini didapat dari 1,662-1,328, dan nilai dari "Peluang" (Opportunity) di bawah nilai Ancaman" (Treaths) selisih (-) 0,281 dimana nilai ini didapat dari 0,925-1,206. penelitian adalah penelitian deskriktif. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan berupa laporan kualitas penerapan manajemen risiko PT. Bank Bengkulu Tahun 2012. Dengan laporan risiko ini dapat menggambarkan kondisi PT. Bank Bengkulu serta dapat dianalisis tingkat kualitas penerapannya. Untuk analisa kuantitatif menggunakan penilaian risiko inheren, yang merupakan penilaian atas risiko melekat kegiatan bisnis Bank, baik yang dapat dikuantifikasikan ataupun yang tidak, dan berpotensi mempengaruhi posisi keuangan Bank. Adapun analisa kualitatif menggunakan indikator Kualitas Penerapan Manajemen Risiko dengan kriteria dan parameter yang telah ditentukan oleh Bank Indonesia. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan gambaran Penerapan manajemen risiko di PT. Bank Bengkulu secara rata-rata nilainya 2,50 berada pada interval 1,81-2,60 dengan kriteria Satisfactory yaitu Kualitas penerapan manajemen risiko PT. Bank Bengkulu secara komposit memadai, meskipun terdapat kelemahan minor, tetapi kelemahan tersebut perlu mendapatkan perhatian manajemen PT. Bank Bengkulu untuk melakukan perbaikan. ABSTRAK Supratul Azwa dan Sulisti Afriani. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Muamalat Harkat Sukaraja. Sedangkan analisis dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan rasio keuangan.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Muamalat Harkat Sukaraja dari sisi likuiditas (rasio LDR) pada tahun 2013 sebesar 143,82% tidak sehat dan pada tahun 2014 sebesar 99,73% meningkat menjadi sehat. Dari sisi solvabilitas (rasio CAR) sehat, yaitu tahun 2013 sebesar 14,49% dan 2014 sebesar 12,72%. Sedangkan dari sisi rentabilitas kinerja keuangan bank sehat baik rasio ROA maupun BOPO. Rasio ROA tahun 2013 sebesar 4,34% dan tahun 2014 sebesar 2,58%. Nilai rasio BOPO tahun 2013 sebesar 51,43% dan tahun 2014 sebesar 58,29%, karena mampu memanfaatkan aset yang ada untuk memperoleh laba maksimal dan melakukan efisiensi biaya dengan baik.
