Teachers as curriculum implementers face various obstacles in its implementation. This study reports on teachers' views on the implementation of curriculum policies 2013 (K-13), the obstacles encountered, and efforts to overcoming and managing obstacles. The number of participants is ten teachers who have implemented K-13. Data were collected through the group, individual interviews and questionnaires. Data were analysed using a percentage model, Likert scale measurement. The study results: the teacher's view of the implementation of the K-13 policy was classified as bad. Most of the teachers have difficulty implementing K-13. The obstacles faced are that the teacher has difficulty determining learning media, applying project-based learning methods, lack of infrastructure, and learning assessment difficulties. Recommendations for future improvements: need continuous training, adequate infrastructure, activate subject teacher deliberations, monitoring and evaluation. This research focuses on the responsibility of PPKn teachers in carrying out their obligations as a professional, guru PPKn is considered to have a very heavy responsibility to the entire community to grow, shape, maintain morals and exist in accordance with Pancasila in the body of the nation's generation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the efforts of VAT Teachers in forming Good Citizen in MAN 1 Samarinda students, whocan form students whoexcel, excel, and at the same time become good citizens. This research uses a type of qualitative deriftive research. Primary data sources from guru and MAN 1 Samarinda students. Data collection techniques use observations, interviews, and documentation. Secondary data sources are obtained from schools with soft files or hard files. Data analysis techniques use miles and huberman models i.e. data collection, data reduction and conclusion withdrawal. The validity of data uses triangulation of data sources. The results of research on upaya conducted by PPKn teachers to attract students, by providing assignments to display skills in the classroom and extra activities of development ofskills outside the classroom. Ppkn MAN 1 Samarinda teachers have made maximum efforts to attract students to PPKn lessons by providing extra learning activities outside the classroom with a variety of activity options but there are still some students who are unable or reluctant to participate in these activities so that the formation of Good Citizen MAN 1 Samarinda becomes hampered. The purpose of this research is to describe the role of Social Welfare Department in the Development and Empowerment of Social Welfare Problems on Street Children in Integrated Social Institution of Samarinda City and to identify the inhibiting factors of the Role of Social Welfare Department in the Development and Empowerment of People with Social Welfare Problem on Street Children. The type of research used is descriptive which aims to explain about the role of Social Welfare Department in Social Welfare Problem on Street Children in Samarinda City. Types and sources of data used are primary data, purposive sampling technique and secondary data, and data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documents. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Results and discussion shows that there are still many street children who escape from the target of Social Welfare Department, as well as the deterrent effect caused not yet felt, this is because there are still activities done street children on the streets. Inhibiting factors The role of the Social Welfare Department in the Development and Empowerment of PMKS in Street Children in Samarinda is Poverty, the absence of shelters for street children, people with social life and insufficient funding sources.
This article describes and analyzes the role of Al Walidaturrahmah Orphanage in Samarinda in implementing a just and civilized humanity principle. Also, it tries to find out and analyze the forms of coaching and patterns of character development given to the children at AlWalidaturrahmah Orphanage in Samarinda. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, using primary data, namely the head and the manager of the orphanage. Secondary data sources were obtained through relevant photos and documents of Al-Walidaturrahmah Orphanage. Data collection techniques were done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were collected, reduced, and displayed before conclusions were taken. The study found out that the efforts of AlWalidaturrahmah orphanage in implementing the principles to foster children were quite good. Foster children feel treated fairly and well by the parties. The efforts to develop the institutional foundation for AlWalidaturrahmah orphanage are good enough and by the provisions, because it has been carried out well, and the Al-Walidaturrahmah orphanage children carry out appropriate activities to face their future in society later. The pattern of fostering character education at the Al-Walidaturrahmah orphanage can be said to have been carried out well because the AlWalidaturrahmah orphanage children carry out activities by the second precept and have the character to face their future in society.
