AbstrakPenelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini dilatar belakangi oleh kenyataan bahwa pembelajaran matematika yang diupayakan guru matematika SMP Negeri 3 Karanganyar belum menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan. Akibatnya hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Karanganyar belum maksimal. Penelitian bertujuan meningkatkan pengaruh metode pembelajaran STAD pada pembelajaran matematika terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII pada materi persamaan linear dua variabel. Hasil penelitian dalam dua siklus adalah sebagai berikut: hasil belajar sebelum dilakukan tindakan adalah 18,75 % siswa tuntas belajar dan 81,25% belum tuntas belajar.Setelah dilakukan tindakan I diperoleh hasil belajar 68,75% siswa tuntas belajar dan 31,25% belum tuntas belajar. Hasil belajar pada siklus kedua tindakan adalah 93,75% siswa tuntas belajar dan 6,25 % siswa tidak tuntas belajar. Artinya pemberian tindakan dengan penerapan metode STAD memberikan dampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah ada pengaruh metode STAD pada pembelajaran matematika terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Karanganyar. AbstractThis classroom action research is based on the fact that mathematics learning by mathematics teacher of SMP Negeri 3 Karanganyar has not shown satisfactory result. As a consequnce the results of mathematics learning in grade VIII students SMP Negeri 3 Karanganyar not maximized. The study was aimed to improve the influence of STAD learning method on the learning of mathematics on the learning outcomes of students of class VIII on two linear equations. The results of the research in two cycles are as follows: learning outcomes before the action is 18.75% students had completed the learning and 81.25% students had not completed learning. After doing the action I was obtained the results of learning 68.75% students complete study and 31.25% did not complete learning. Learning outcomes in the second cycle of action is 93.75% of students succeed the learning and 6.25% of students did not complete learning. This means that the provision of action with the application of STAD method gives an impact on student learning outcomes. The conclusion of the research is thaf the effect of STAD method can be found on the learning of mathematics on the result of the students' learning in grade VIII SMP Negeri 3 Karanganyar.
SThis research aimed to compare the morphometric of worker bees Apis cerana lives at different altitudes which were high altitude (500-<1000 m above sea level) and low altitude (0-100 m above sea level). The experimental animals were 50 Apis cerana collected from each altitudes. A projector microscope (LAS EZ V2.0.0) of 8x magnification was used in body measurement which was conducted in Animal Laboratory University of Bengkulu. Results showed that body weight, length of proboscis, femur length of worker bees of high and low altitude (introduced and local bees) are significantly different (P<0.05). However, the length of tibia, hind metatarsus, width of wings and and the forth abdominal tergit (P>0.05). The highest body weight and hind femur length werel observed in high and low altitudes. Infact, prosbocis length was the highest in low level altitude habitat. In contrasly, the measurement of length of hind femur was the highest in high altitude (kepahiyang) and the the longest proboscis was found in low altitude (Bengkulu city). The results indicate that the differences were due to the adaptation processes to the environment. It can be concluded that the altitude of habitat plays an important role to the morphometric of workers group of Apis cerana. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 50 ekor lebah Apis cerana di setiap lokasi. Pengukuran bagian tubuh lebah madu dilakukan di Laboratorium Peternakan Universitas Bengkulu dengan menggunakan mikroskop projektor (LAS EZ V2.0.0) perbesaran 8 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berat badan (BB), panjang probosis (PP) dan panjang femur tungkai belakang (PFB) lebah madu pekerja di dataran tinggi dan dataran rendah (lebah introduksi dan lebah alami) berbeda nyata (P<0,05), sedangkan panjang tibia, metatarsus tungkai belakang, panjang sayap, lebar sayap dan ukuran tergit ke-4 abdomen secara statistik tidak ada perbedaan (P>0,05). Abstract. Praptosuwiryo TNg. 2017. Spore germination and early gametophyte development of Platycerium wandae (Polypodiaceae) from Papua,. Studies on gametophyte development in ferns are very important, as the data generated is often useful for supporting taxa delimitation in ferns and fern-allies. This data is also very important for understanding the ecology, reproductive biology, evolution and distribution of ferns. The study reported here aimed to develop a deeper understand of morphogenesis in the fern Platycerium wandae Racib. by investigating the process of spore germination and early gametophyte development of the species on natural media. Fresh spores of P. wandae were germinated in a mixed media consisting of minced roots of Cyathea contaminans and charcoaled rice hulls (1: 1) under green house condition. Spores of P. wandae are monolete, ellipsoid, nonchlorophyllous, dark brown, and lacking perine. Spores germinated between 7 to 14 days after sowing (DAS). Spore germination of P. wandae is of the Vittaria-type and the prothallial development is of the Aspidium-type, characterized by early development of unicelullar trichomes (30-40 DAS). Only unisexual gametophytes were observed at 60-80 DAS. New data is provided concerning the morphogenesis of P. wandae from Papua, Indonesia, on natural media. The findings are relevant to reproductive biology, would contribute to establish an efficient ex situ propagation strategies for the conservation of epiphyitic ferns and to facilitate further in situ studies of gametophyte ecology.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan analisis kesalahan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita pada materi himpunan bagi siswa kelas VII SMP N 1 Salatiga. Metode pengambilan subjek yaitu berdasarkan purposive sampling yan terdiri dari ketiga subjek. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa berkemampuan rendah melakukan kesalahan di semua tahap yaitu, kesalahan membaca, kesalahan memahami soal, kesalaham transformasi, dan kesalahan keterampilan. Siswa bekemampuan sedang tidak melakukan kesalahan hanya pada tahap kesalahan membaca. Sedangkan, siswa berkemampuan tinggi hanya melakukan kesalahan transformasi dan kesalahan keterampilan.Abstract: This study aims to describe the analysis of student error in solving the story problem on the set material for students of class VII SMP N 1 Salatiga. The method of taking the subject is based on purposive sampling consisting of three subjects. Based on the results and discussion it can be concluded that the low-ability students make mistakes at all stages of reading errors, misconceptions, transformational errors, and skill mistakes. Student's ability not to make mistakes only at the stage of reading error. Meanwhile, high-ability students only make mistakes of transformation and skill mistakes.
This study aims to compare the production and population of honey bee A. cerana in two different integration systems, integration in tomato plants and in strawberry plants located in Rejang Lebong Regency. The research was conducted by survey method, the respondents were honey bee farmers with the integration system with the number of 9 people, data collected include the production of honey on tomato plants and the production of honey on strawberry plants. Supporting data collected include breeder characteristics and general condition of research location, data collected by interviews, filling of breeder data, and direct observation and literature study. The results showed that the comparison of production and the population of honey bee A.cerana integrated in tomato plants and in strawberry plants, obtained the average production of honey on the integration of tomato plants is 2.722 liters/stup/year, and on the integration of strawberry plants is 3.96 liters/stup/year. The conclusion of the study is the production and productivity of honey bee A.cerana of each bee colony shows no difference because the source of feed is below 1000 m radius, meaning each member of bee colony has equal opportunity to get the same feed with adequate amount.
