<span>Leadership is one of the essential factors that can influence community involvement in realizing the character of male and female students in the <em>pesantren</em> (Islamic boarding schools) in Jambi, Indonesia<em>.</em> This study proposed <em>Nyai’s </em></span><span>(female religious leaders in the<em> pesantren</em>) charismatic, economic, and social responsibility leadership models in the context of community empowerment (CE). This quantitative research aimed to determine the contribution of <em>Nyai’s</em> leadership models to CE. The data from the questionnaire were analyzed using path and flowchart analysis. The results showed that the three <em>Nyai</em>’s leadership models in this study influenced and contributed to CE to support the <em>pesantren</em>’<em>s</em> activities and programs. This study recommended adopting the three <em>Nyai’s</em> leadership models in empowering the community in the <em>pesantren</em>.</span>
Hadith scholars have developed a rigorous discipline for studying and examining the validity of writings attributed to the Prophet Muhammad. Significant research has been published on hadith with respect to its narration (sanad) and text or content (matn). What remains underdeveloped is the role of substantive criticism of the validity of hadith. This article examines the discourse of hadith criticism and provide analytical description and a critical approach for how the validity of a hadith can be determined. It argues that substantive criticism is necessary for proper and acceptable understanding of hadith and in turn for determining the validity of hadith. In addition to a methodology for hadith criticism, the article examines how the meaning of hadith is important in the hadith studies. The article’s main argument concerns the significance of contextual understanding of hadith in any critical study of hadith.[Sarjana hadis telah mengembangkan disiplin yang ketat untuk mempelajari dan memeriksa keabsahan tulisan-tulisan yang dikaitkan dengan Nabi Muhammad. Implementation of national education system law number 20 year 2003 apparently brings out new problem. some articles arranging the kinds of education, educational management, and majors (articles number 15, 18, 30) do not give a clear explanation or direction of what, where, and how the legal status of Madrasah Aliyah Keagamaan (MAK). The problematic’ implication of the unclarity of such legal messages is that the madrasah stake-holders not only confused in understanding the status or position of the MAK, but also the status of MAK institution itself becomes very problematic. the article tries to describe the real condition of MAK today including the problems faced by madrasah itself, the real needs and public aspiration toward the existence of MAK, and also the management of tafaqquh fiddin programs of MAK in the future.
Tujuan dari best practice ini adalah untuk untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru sekolah mandiri berubah dalam proses pembelajaran IKM melalui praktik program coaching and counseling di SMP Negeri 4 Purwodadi, Kabupaten Grobogan, pada pada semester I tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Best practise dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 4 Purwodadi, Kabupaten Grobogan, dengan sasaran guru yang mengajar di kelas 7 sebagai pelaksana IKM. Strategi pemecahan masalah adalah melalui pelaksanaan praktik Program coaching and counseling dengan langkah pemecahan masalah sebagai berikut: 1) Persiapan; 2) Pelak-sanaan coaching and counseling dengan tahapan a) Menjalin Hubungan; b) Sasaran Percakapan; c) Membangkitkan Kesadaran; d) Langkah Tindakan; dan e) Menelaah Kembali Pembelajaran; dan langkah ke: 3) evaluasi dan tindaklanjut. Capaian hasil best practise menunjukkan peningkatan kinerja guru berdasarkan nilai rata-rata APKG 1 dan APKG 2 meningkat sebesar 12,28% yaitu 76,39 (Baik) (sebelum praktik) menjadi 88,67 (Baik) pada akhir program, sehingga memberi dampak pada meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas IKM.
The purpose of this study was to know the effect of organizational commitment and organizational communication on the performance employees of BUMDes Parringan Madu in Parringan Village, Jenangan District, Ponorogo Regency. This research is a survey research and is classified as explanatory research. This research was conducted at the Parungan Madu BUMDes, Parringan Village, Jenangan District, Ponorogo Regency. The research population employees totaling 34 people and all of them were used as samples. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results showed that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on the performance employees of BUMDes Parringan Madu with a t value of 7.917 with a p value (0.000) < 0.05. Organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on the performances of employees BUMDes Parringan Madu Parungan Madu BUMDes with a t-value of 2.662 with a p-value (0.012) <0.05. Organizational commitment and organizational communication affect the performance employees of BUMDes Parringan Madu simultaneously with a p value (0.000) <0.05.
