To date, the tourism business is developing rapidly and the mountainous territories are not inferior in competition to other tourist territories. For the development of the tourism business, it is necessary to conduct effective management of socio-economic development. The main purpose of the study is to identify and assess the main threats to the socio-economic development of the tourism business in the mountainous territories of Eastern Europe. We have applied the methods of synthesis, analysis, deduction, induction, mathematical methods, methods of expert research. The importance of research on the management of socio-economic development of the mountains in the conditions of increasing the efficiency of the tourism business is proved. Peculiarities of managing the socio-economic development of the mountains in the conditions of increasing the efficiency of the tourism business are considered. As a result of the study, threats were identified that most negatively affect the management system of the socio-economic development of the tourism business in the mountains. The novelty of the study is the formation of coordinate systems in the trust or distrust of the management and executive staff of travel companies in making management decisions.
Ensuring the process of economic development is extremely complex and it is carried out under the influence of a whole range of different contradictory and sometimes mutually exclusive factors. Experience shows that the idea of the historical conditionality of development, progress, social evolution finds its practical application not directly to the individual socio-economic system, but as a general direction, the vector of movement of world civilization. The purpose of the study is to conduct a comprehensive study of growth strategies of "breakthrough" economies and developed countries to identify features of their development.The methodological basis of the study was the works of domestic and foreign scientists, which reveal the essence of the strategy of economic development of different countries. The comparative analysis, historical analysis, and statistical method were used in the study. Results of the study.In the study, growth strategies of "breakthrough" economies and developed countrieswere analyzed and systematized.Characteristic features of strategies for the development of "breakthrough" economies and developed countries were also highlighted.Among the common features of economic development strategies of countries with breakthrough economies are the following: withdrawal of maximum benefits from the openness of the world economy; support for macroeconomic stability; support for high growth rates of savings and investment, public investment in infrastructure; giving markets the opportunity to independently manage the allocation of resources; the presence of an ideological and qualified government. The results obtained have significant practical value and can be used to improve economic development policies and reduce inequalities between countries in the world.The authors conclude thatthe pace of economic growth of the country is most often determined by the pace of its technological progress. Strengthening productive capacity can help developing countries and the least developed countries to achieve sustainable economic development, reduce poverty, reduce inequality, increase exports.
The purpose of the article is to study the impact of effective management of financial resources of agricultural machinery enterprises on the optimization of the use of enterprise resources to increase their competitiveness. Research methodology – in the process of research both general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, concretization, classification) and special ones are used: system-structural and comparative researches, statistical-economic analysis. The scientific novelty lies in the substantiation of the importance of applying the system method to the management of financial resources of enterprises in this industry, which will increase the competitiveness of enterprises in domestic and foreign markets. The article considers the basics of financial resources management of agricultural machinery enterprises, identifies the stages of financial resources management. Difficult economic and political events in recent years have not escaped the field of agricultural engineering. Not only the business conditions of enterprises have changed, but also their number has decreased– the least competitive enterprises could not resist the influence of crisis factors and were forced to cease their activities, but such dynamics significantly limits Ukraine’s production potential and requires change due to active investment of inefficient enterprises. Conclusions. According to the results of the study, it is concluded that agricultural machinery under conditions of stable competition with the possibility of timely adaptation to changing market conditions, using the efficiency of financial resources management, is able to obtain strategic production stability and profitable sales. Rational organization and effective management of financial resources of an agricultural enterprise will have an impact on the financial and economic condition and competitive positions in the domestic and foreign markets of the enterprise during the management. The purpose of the article is to study the features of financing the production of intellectual products of multinational corporations in the context of globalization. Research methodology – system-structural and comparative research (to understand the logic of financing the production of intellectual products of multinational corporations), statistical and economic analysis (in assessing the status and prospects of the role of transnational corporations). The scientific novelty is to substantiate the peculiarities of financial management in multinational companies and to determine the main aspects of international financial management, which will increase the production of intellectual products of multinational corporations and the development of international economic relations. The article identifies the distinctive features of modern multinational companies and technologically sound strategies that contribute to their economic success. The main ways to obtain long- term investments and the peculiarities of the formation of strategic alliances and their agreements are clarified. Various forms of international cooperation are considered. Conclusions. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that the role of transnational corporations is growing, which is determined by their participation in world gross domestic product, increasing the share of international movement of capital, labor and other resources. Their importance in the world economy is evidenced by the scale of foreign operations in all sectors and areas of social production. The main obstacles to the financing of multinational corporations are the disagreement of the interests of companies and governments of the host countries, taking into account economic, political, monetary, financial and legal risks. Ukraine is able to use the model of open innovation networks as a key to entering the global innovation economy in line with current trends.
