Abstract. The changing business environment has influenced new innovation development, which is currently described as the upcoming 4 industrial revolution. The development of Internet of Things, Big Data concepts increased the productivity of various businesses and influenced the appearance of new business models. A more advanced concept of technologies in recent years has been analysed in the context of advanced production. The appearance of cyber-physical systems and possible implementation in various other industries than production is even more stimulating the realization of the ideal Industry 4.0 concept. Therefore, it is important to identify how exactly cyber-physical systems is stimulating Industry 4.0 and to provide insights for future research. The authors of this paper provide the motivation for Industry 4.0, describes the concept of cyberphysical systems and their new implications. In the end the authors provides new and future business models. This publication is contributing to the understandment of the new competitiveness environment strategies. The authors amplifies the necessity to continue research focusing on cyberphysical systems implementation in supply chain management context, because supply chain management has only a limited amount of implications and research regarding the cyber-physical systems.Keywords: Cyber-physical systems, Industry 4. Просунута концепція технологій в останні роки була проаналізована в контексті передового виробництва. Поява кібер-фізичних систем та можлива реалізація в інших ніж виробництво секторах економіки ще більше стимулює реалізацію ідеалу концепції індустрії 4.0. Тому важливо точно визначити, наскільки кібер-фізичні системи стимулюють Індустрію 4.0 і та дають уявлення про майбутні дослідження. Автори цієї статті пропонують мотивацію для індустрії 4.0, описують концепцію кібер-фізичних систем та їх нові наслідки. В результаті автори представляють нові та майбутні бізнес-моделі. Ця публікація сприяє розумінню нових стратегій середовища конкурентоспроможності. The modern world global challenges were formed in chaotic environment. The fundamental principles of government synergistic development have been described to the financial crises diagnostic and forming the ways to increase. The synergistic development of modern finance is shown as development monetarism and new money theory. Theoretical and methodological synergistic components of the transformation accounting in area of integrated reporting improvement have been grounded. The matrix key component of the integrated reporting, which includes 9 elements and determines the structure of such statements has been formed. 7 basic criteria which evaluate the effectiveness of integrated reporting have been proposed.
The aim of the article is to present condition of innovativeness for Poland as Moderate innovator and Ukraine as modest inovator. The essence and role of innovation was observed for contemporary world economy. The data assessment has been provided in the over last 7 years, it means in period from the year 2010 to 2017. Innovation of the Polish and Ukrainian economies was analyzed on the basis of 27 particular indicators. The method of comparative analysis was used to pursue the adopted aim. Performance for Ukraine and Poland was analyzed and controlled relative to European Union 2017 and 2010. The latest and the most reliable assessment tool, i.e. Innovation Scoreboard 2018, a regular document prepared upon the request of Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry, European Commission was used to conduct the analysis. The analysis of the dynamics was carried out and the main trends were revealed for innovation in composite indicators. Despite the fact the EU is the obvious leader, Poland which in fact is the part of it, in certain indexes approached EU's performance. In those indexes as innovation-friendly environment, employment impacts and firm investments Poland being a part of the EU became almost equal to it. Ukraine is the best in Human resource index among all of them but has the worst intellectual assets index. The most significant rise was in the EU in innovation-friendly environment index. Assessment and recommendations for raising innovativeness were formed for the analyzed economies. As a result, reasons of significant difference between Ukraine and Poland were identified. Ukraine is in the 'Modest Innovators' group with the worst indicator. In contrast to Ukraine, Poland is one of the 'Moderate innovators' with almost twice as big as Ukrainian index. The complex approach to use innovation as driving force for economies must include: increase of the level and efficiency of education at schools and universities; research and development of modern technologies; increase of conditions of running economic activity, adequate building of capital for innovation as well as regular increase of expenditures on R&D move to the strategy of creation of own knowledge, creation of competitive advantage based on the latest innovative achievements thus launching original, own solutions and fresh knowledge on the global market.

Methodological tools for assessing the investment attractiveness of the economy have been classified. To create a database to select the most important methods of assessment of the investment climate should undertake a comparative analysis on the target group of potential investors, the depth of research, the frequency of assessment of the investment climate, purpose assessment of the investment climate. International ratings are effective tools that help reduction information asymmetry, and a large number of methods of ranking permit the investor to receive information on all aspects of the investment attractiveness of the state. Rankings are shaping the image of the state, and ignoring the results of the ratings can lead to financial isolation of the state. Information on the methodology of the ratings in most cases is transparent, so the domestic state institutions have the ability to affect the future results of the ratings in the case of related reforms. However, there is no unified model of investment climate evaluation of the national economy, which directly affects the state of the investment climate of Ukraine's economy and the volume of foreign capital in the state. Rating evaluation of the investment climate for the Ukrainian economy has been offered. Contribution/ Originality:This study uses new estimation methodology of investment climate in the national economy, which based on analysis and classification of approaches and tools that are used to investment climate, investment attractiveness, business environment rating evaluate, and are directed to information sparseness reduction, target orientation of investment climate management.
