Besides being a Qur’an teacher, the leader of village (Kiai) become community leaders; almost all aspects of people's lives were deferred to the kiai, ranging from religious, educational, social, political, and so on, including the village kiai becoming the traditional leaders of the Kompolan. village kiai use the characteristics of charismatic-collective leadership and transformative leadership. While the capital used is cultural, symbolic modality, which then gives birth to economic capital. Under his leadership, Kompolan was able to contribute to creating an atmosphere of togetherness and unity among individuals in society, developing and strengthening religious knowledge, contributing to empowerment in the economic sector of society, creating a space of actualization for the community. Selain menjadi guru ngaji, kiai kampung juga menjadi pemimpin masyarakat; hampir dalam semua aspek kehidupan masyarakat ditangguhkan kepada kiai, mulai dari persoalan keagamaan, pendidikan, sosial, politik, dan seterusnya, termasuk kiai kampung menjadi pemimpin tradisi kompolan. kiai kampung menggunakan karakter kepemimpinan karismatik-kolektif dan kepemimpinan transformatif. Sedangkan modal yang digunakan adalah modalitas kultural, simbolik, yang kemudian melahirkan modal ekonomi. Di bawah kepemimpinannya, kompolan mampu memberikan kotribusi dalam menciptakan suasana kebersamaan dan kebersatuan antar individu di masyarakat, pengembangan dan pemantapan ilmu keagamaan, memberikan sumbangsih pemberdayaan di bidang ekonomi masyarakat, menciptakan ruang aktualisasi bagi masyarakat. Tujuan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan edukasi bagi guru-guru yang tergabung dalam organisasi Pergunu Kecamatan Lenteng. Terdapat tiga kegiatan utama dalam pengabdian ini yaitu sosialisasi aplikasi dan pentingnya menggunakan aplikasi tersebut dalam media pembelajaran, pelatihan mengoperasikan aplikasi media pembelajaran, serta pelatihan membuat konten pembelajaran dalam bentuk power point, video, dan gambar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode PAR, yaitu memberikan pendampingan hingga tuntas dan membuahkan hasil yang terukur. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah terciptanya pengetahuan masyarakat dan guru tentang keberadaan aplikasi online serta memiliki pengetahuan bagaimana cara mengoprasikannya serta membuat konten pembelajaran online.
Kompolan merupakan salah satu tradisi yang saat ini terus mengalami perkembangan dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Perkembangan ini bisa dilihat dari semakin banyak jumlah kompolan, semakin beragam, dan makin tampak kontribusinya pada kehidupan masyarakat, khususnya di Kecamatan Lenteng. Di Kecamatan Lenteng, kegiatan kompolan memiliki karakteristik tersendiri yang berbeda dengan kompolan di daerah lain. Bedanya terletak pada model pengelolaan dan peranannya di masyarakat. Dari segi jenisnya, kompolan di Lenteng cukup beragam: Tahlilan, Darusan, Yasinan, Sholawatan, Muslimatan, Pengajian, RT (Rukun Tetangga), Guruh (Guru), Remas (Remaja Masjid), Sapeh (Sapi), Hadrah, Bungkot (Bonsai), Keluarga (kekerabatan), Samman, Gambus, Bellesen.
The purpose of this activity is to provide guidance and assistance in improving the quality of the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Banbaru Village, Gili Genting Sumenep District. Guidance is needed to improve the quality of education Islamic Boarding School, considering that Islamic Boarding School are required to be educational institutions capable of producing quality students, both from an intellectual, religious and moral perspective, as well as being able to manage the potential that exists in the Gili Raja islands. Meanwhile, the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School in the Gili Raja Islands, Banbaru Village, Gili Genting, is considered to have not been maximal in producing quality students. This is because management is managed very simply and traditionally, there is a lack of human resources for education and education personnel, a curriculum that is not well organized, and there is no skills education for students. Therefore, to improve the quality of the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School, it is necessary to provide assistance and guidance by providing seminars on the urgency of education Islamic Boarding School in the contemporary era, training in curriculum preparation and training in management Islamic Boarding School, strengthening human resources (HR) for educators and education personnel, and providing entrepreneurial training. The hope of this mentoring and coaching service is that Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School has insight into Islamic Boarding School reform, has a curriculum that is oriented towards meeting the demands and needs of the community, has good management, increases human resources for educators and education personnel, and implants an entrepreneurial spirit for teachers and students or protege.
