This study aims to analyse the readiness of rural tourism in Fatumnasi towards the sustainability aspect. The method of this research was descriptive qualitative based on an exploratory study, which means that the data collected by qualitative and exploration methods and then describe in descriptive. The data was gathered by observation and in-depth interview with the owner of the homestay, the local guide, and the owner of the souvenir shop, and each of those amenities was explained through the sustainable development aspects like; economic aspect, socio-cultural aspect, and environmental aspect. The result shows that the readiness of homestay, local tour guide, and souvenir shop as an amenity in fatumnasi already meet the sustainable development aspect but still need to be maintained so that the local community can get the benefit from the rural tourism activity in Fatumnasi area.
Oehala Waterfall is one of the tourism potentials which has been decided as one of the natural tourist attraction at Timor Tengah Selatan regency. The development is not able to meet the expectation which is only to supply the tourism facilities at Oehala Waterfall location. In the ecotourism context, the development should be oriented to strengthen then the local community role and involvement. However, in the development of Oehala tourist attraction, the local community has not been involved actively because of the weakness of the human resources in tourism aspect. The objective of this research are: 1) Analizing the internal environment condition and Oehala tourist attraction external; and 2) Formulating the community based tourism ecotourism development program at Oehala Waterfall tourist attraction. The result of the research shows that in successing the community based ecotourism development at Oehala tourist attraction, so the strategy and program which should be developed are the product development and the natural tourist attraction and ecotourism culture based, the development of tourism facility, the development of human resources and organization establishment, the development of promotion and marketing, and also the ecotourism development which is eco-friendly.
Virtual Tour is one of the new concepts for the world of tourism and is predicted to be a safe alternative for tourism amid the COVID-19 pandemic. As we know, tourism is a sector that has experienced a significant impact due to the outbreak of Covid-19 in the world today. The implementation of social distancing for people around the world forces us to stay at home and prohibits us from traveling. The Indonesian government through the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy/Kemenparekraf made a breakthrough by holding virtual tour activities 3 times and lifting every tourist destination in Indonesia. One of them is a tourist destination in East Nusa Tenggara Province. The tourist destinations appointed by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in NTT Province are Labuan Bajo, Wae Rebo Tourism Village and Alor Island. This Virtual Tour activity was uploaded on the Youtube platform with the Toutube Channel Wonderfull Indonesia. Seeing the above phenomenon, here the researcher is interested in conducting a study and raising the topic of the Effectiveness of YouTube Social Media Virtual Tours as Tourism Alternatives During the Covid-19 Pandemic Period in East Nusa Tenggara Province. (Case Study: Video Youtube Channel "Wonderfull Indonesia").The method used in this study uses a qualitative method with an entography approach. Where this method this method can be used in photographing the phenomenon of society that is in the realm of cyberspace. The location that will be taken in this research is based on the youtube analysis chosen by the author, namely the Wonderfull Indonesia channel which is located in East Nusa Tenggara Province.The results of this study are discussed based on indicators of effectiveness such as 1. Program success 2. Target success 3. Satisfaction with the program 4. Input and output levels 5. Achievement of overall goals. As a result, the success of the virtual tour on the Wonderful Indonesia Youtube Channel during the COVID-19 pandemic in East Nusa Tenggara, it can be said that it went well and on target so that it produced its own satisfaction for the viewers/netizens. However, there are still some obstacles caused by other social media promotions on the existence of virtual tour videos held by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy through the wonderful Indonesia youtube channel.

This research is conducted in Fulan Fehan which is located in Dirun Village, Lamaknen District, Belu Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. This Fulan Fehan Tourism Destination is designated as one of the event venues or destinations that organizes the annual event in the form of a Festival. The Fulan Fehan Festival is carried out on a mass basis by the people of Belu Regency in general to promote Belu tourism and preserve the unique and interesting culture of the local community. This research is focused on the process of identifying the supporting and inhibiting factors for organizing the Fulan Fehan Festival Event, as well as on the analysis stage of efforts to improve the Fulan Fehan Festival towards the Indonesian MICE Event. The approach in this study uses descriptive qualitative analysis, which analyze, describe, and obtain a clear and objective picture related to the problems studied. While the data collection uses in the form of observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the supporting and inhibiting factors in organizing the Fulan Fehan Festival are the existence of superior cultural tourism attractions, the existence of a supporting agenda for the festival, strategic location of the event, enthusiasm from stakeholders. Furthermore, there are factors that hinder the implementation of this event, namely the emergence of the pandemic covid-19, the lack of amenities, inadequate accessibility conditions, and the weakness of Tourism Human Resources. The efforts that need to be made in increasing the existence of the Fulan Fehan Festival can be viewed from the 3A+1S aspects, namely: improving accessibility, maintaining and preserving cultural tourism attractions, providing tourism amenities or facilities, and increasing human resources through education and training and support from stakeholders.
