Muntigunung Tourism Village is currently designated as a tourist village by the Karangasem Regency Government. The reason of Muntigunung Tourism Village as a new tourism village in Karangasem Regency because Muntigunung Tourism Village has natural beauty that is still natural, a culture that is still traditional and expected to minimize the level of poverty and beggar activities carried out by the Muntigunung Tourism Village community. This research analyzes the development strategy of Muntigunung Tourism Village. The data can be described descriptively qualitatively and analyzed using SWOT analysis techniques. The research of this study indicate that the strategy S-O (strengts-opportunities) that is applied aims to use the power possessed by utilizing the opportunities that exist. The S-T Strategy (Strenghts-Threats) that is applied aims to utilize the strength that is possessed to minimize existing threats. W-O (weakness-opportunities) strategy that aims to minimize weaknesses that are owned by exploiting opportunities. W-T (Weakness-Threats) strategies are implemented to minimize weaknesses to avoid threats. Keywords: SWOT, Development Strategy, Tourism Village
This research is conducted in Fulan Fehan which is located in Dirun Village, Lamaknen District, Belu Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. This Fulan Fehan Tourism Destination is designated as one of the event venues or destinations that organizes the annual event in the form of a Festival. The Fulan Fehan Festival is carried out on a mass basis by the people of Belu Regency in general to promote Belu tourism and preserve the unique and interesting culture of the local community. This research is focused on the process of identifying the supporting and inhibiting factors for organizing the Fulan Fehan Festival Event, as well as on the analysis stage of efforts to improve the Fulan Fehan Festival towards the Indonesian MICE Event. The approach in this study uses descriptive qualitative analysis, which analyze, describe, and obtain a clear and objective picture related to the problems studied. While the data collection uses in the form of observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the supporting and inhibiting factors in organizing the Fulan Fehan Festival are the existence of superior cultural tourism attractions, the existence of a supporting agenda for the festival, strategic location of the event, enthusiasm from stakeholders. Furthermore, there are factors that hinder the implementation of this event, namely the emergence of the pandemic covid-19, the lack of amenities, inadequate accessibility conditions, and the weakness of Tourism Human Resources. The efforts that need to be made in increasing the existence of the Fulan Fehan Festival can be viewed from the 3A+1S aspects, namely: improving accessibility, maintaining and preserving cultural tourism attractions, providing tourism amenities or facilities, and increasing human resources through education and training and support from stakeholders.
This Bersehati Weaving Group is located in Biloto Village, South Mollo District, Timor Tengah Selatan Regency. This traditional woven fabric is considered to be one of the products that can support the sustainability of the tourism business. Therefore, women must be more creative and innovative in creating woven fabrics into products that still maintain the identity or identity of the woven fabrics. This research is focused on empowering women craftsmen of traditional woven fabrics in producing woven fabrics based on local wisdom. The approach used to analyze this problem is to use a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Data collected in this study are observation, FGD, literature study and documentation. The results of the study show that the empowerment of women craftsmen of traditional woven fabrics in supporting the sustainability of the tourism business includes human resource development, cultivating community capital, developing productive businesses, and providing appropriate information.
Indonesia merupakan negara tropis sehingga sangat memungkinkan untuk mengembangkan wilayah pertanian yang memiliki penghasilan yang optimal. Eduwisata merupakan wisata yang ditujukan untuk memperoleh pendidikan dan pembelajaran serta pengalaman wisata yang berkesan. Kebun Inspirasi Sutama merupakan perkebunan di tengah kota yang fokus digunakan untuk menanam sayur-sayuran. Kebun ini memliki potensi yang sangat baik untuk dapat digunakan sebagai lokasi eduwisata di tengah kota Denpasar. Pelatihan pengelolaan paket eduwisata yang diberikan instruktur dalam pengembangan lokasi eduwisata Kebun Inspirasi Sutama memperoleh 3 jenis paket wisata yaitu Growing a Chubby Tomato, Make Your Own Vegetable Garden dan Pick As Much As You Planted. Pelatihan ini telah membantu lokasi eduwisata Kebun Inspirasi Sutama menjadi lokasi pariwisat yang berkelanjutan, yang dapat memberikan manfaat ekonomi, tidak merusak lingkungan, dapat bertanggungjawab secara sosial dan tidak bertentangan dengan budaya setempat.
