The paper presents sociological study aimed to analyze the conditions and methodological rationale for the basic directions of optimization of accreditation procedure for dentists. The study included 129 graduates of dental faculties of educational institutions of Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University. The material was collected by questionnaire survey and interviewing. The obtained results show that the introduced system of professionals' accreditation is an innovative educational technology allowing objectively assess the level of theoretical and practical training of dentists. Much of its effectiveness depends on the quality of produced and updated on a timely basis uniform base of assessment tools, the selection of the most prepared members for the accreditation commissions and creation of adequate conditions for its implementation in educational and scientific organizations.
Implementation of environmentally significant activities is often associated with the need to attract significant investment from different sources, both public and private. However, investors should be interested in the profitability of their investments and receiving definite guarantees. To this end, the article describes the method of estimating the cost-effectiveness of the investment attractiveness of the procedure, which is used today in domestic practice (Russia). Then it has been found how to change this procedure to allow estimating the high risk and uncertainty of projects. In particular, the authors suggest using an objective function, which they have developed for the evaluation of investment projects. The main goal of the objective function is not only to improve the production, but also to improve the ecological situation in the region.
The sequence for the development of the multiple case methodology (training technology) for accreditation of health care professionals has been presented. The multidimensionality of cases allows to cover all functions of professional standards. To improve the technique reliability, the multiple-choice tests have been offered. The requirement of local independence of tasks has been implemented. The results of approbation of cases with participation of 114 graduates (6th year) of 5 medical universities have been analysed. The interpretation of the analysis results and their use for assessing the professional readiness of health care professionals have been offered.
