The article deals with the consequences of overall transfer to the implementation of educational programs with the application of e-learning and remote educational technologies in the conditions of the world coronavirus pandemic. The first advantages and disadvantages of such learning, that the school and the higher educational pedagogical society had to face, are analyzed. It is noted that there are objective difficulties, rather difficult to be overcame by the pedagogues in the existing situation, e.g., absence of technical means both in pedagogues and students, lack of skill to use digital tools, etc., which requires the search for new educational formats, means, and methods from the pedagogical society. In addition, the authors of this paper represented the position of the federal authorities and their recommendations on transfer to e-learning. The authors come to the conclusion that remote education technologies cannot be the only prerequisite of its quality formation.
The article presents the results of historical and pedagogical analysis of the educational system of the Primorsky special school. The purpose of this work is to analyze the experience of the formation and development of the adaptation system of juvenile delinquents in a special school. In the late 1960s and the first half of the 1970s, this experience was completely new in the educational system, since there were no such types of educational institutions in Soviet practice, so there was a need to find new methods to achieve educational, educational and rehabilitation tasks in work with difficult teens. This article analyzes the emerging techniques and methods of educational and social and adaptation activities of adolescents in a special school in the 70s of the twentieth century. Results. The experience of the formation of the educational system of the Primorsky special school is described, the mechanisms of the successful functioning of special schools are shown, the specifics of the relationship between teachers, educators and pupils are highlighted.
The program of advanced empirical research described in the article reflects relevant linguistic and IT methods for monitoring the language situation in a selected aspect (political, social, lingvocultural), as well as for studying language changes, taking into account the development of the current sociopolitical situation in the world. The presented results, the program of advanced empirical monitoring itself, the principles of organizing the mental structure have a certain theoretical significance, since they can be used in scientific research of this and relevant format, taking into account the adaptation of their principles. The resources obtained in identical studies in diachrony will allow to determine the dynamics of semantic modifications in the future and outline the prospects for scientific forecasting. In the applied aspect, it is possible to introduce the results of research and development into the educational process in the form of an information resource and didactic virtual development, which will contribute to solving the problem of intercultural competence. The base developed in the project aims to provide the most complete and objective data on linguistic changes and indicate unchangeable units in lingvoculture, which will become a verbal monument of the state of the language system for the period under consideration.
