Introduction. The vaginal ecosystem is rich in bacteria, the simplest, fungi as well as viruses that are now introduced by the concept of virome. The lack of knowledge of the role of the virome, especially its impact on reproductive and sexual health, aims to study scientific literature on this issue. The purpose of this review is to provide up-to-date data on vaginal virome, its relationship with vaginal microbiota and outcomes of pregnancy, and its impact on reproductive and sexual health.Material and methods. An information search was carried out using Internet resources (PubMed, Web of Science, eLibrary.ru); literature sources for period 2016–2021 were analyzed.Results. The analysis of the scientific data demonstrated the importance of studying the vaginal virome, its role in the development of gynecological and obstetric pathologies the relationship of vaginal viruses with microbiota and immune system of the host organism. And any imbalance of this relationship can contribute to adverse reproductive outcomes, including the infertility.Conclusion. The growing interest in the investigation of vaginal virome requires standardization of laboratory protocols and technologies, including the identification of RNA viruses. However, there are methodological and analytical restrictions on the vaginal virome research. It is suggested that vaginal virome is the missing link between the bacteria of the female genital tract with protective properties of the mucous membranes and adverse reproductive outcomes. In this regard, future studies that assess vaginal virome in the balance between disease and health are very promising.
Introduction. Chronic endometritis complicates infertility management that sets the task of searching new approaches of treatment. Special attention is paid to the use of enzymatic drugs that improve repair processes. Аim. Тo evaluate the effect of the bovgialuronidasa azoxymer on the restoration of the morphofunctional state of the endometrium and receptor apparatus in infertile women with chronic endometritis. Materials and methods. Forty-seven reproductive age women who applied for infertility with chronic endometritis were examined. The general, somatic, and gynecological history assessment has been carried out. Complaints included the pain syndrome (100 %), discharge from the genital tract (100 %), and the pain during palpation and uterine traction (89.4 %). Paipel-biopsy was carried out with subsequent morphological and cultural study of the endometrium. The immunohistochemical analysis was carried out, and endometrial receptivity was studied. The middle M-echo was detected. Statistical processing was carried out using the Microsoft Exel application package (2010), STATISTICA 13.3 (USA, Tibco). Results. Diagnostic measures including cultural and morphological examination of the endometrium allows to verify chronic endometritis. The use of this protocol allows half of infertile women with chronic endometritis to achieve pregnancy. The use of bovgialuronidasa azoxymer increases rate of pregnancy on 23.9 %. Conclusion. Treatment under this protocol allows half of the patients with infertility due to chronic endometritis, including autoimmune one, to achieve pregnancy.
The article examines the state of motivation and the level of satisfaction of employees (on the example of working students and teachers of higher education institutions) in the pandemic and presents the most significant instruments for their strengthening. In particular, the authors, based on the results of a sociological study, define that in the context of the pandemic, the values of employees have changed, which causes the need to strengthen the motivation instruments that provide safe working conditions, help reduce the «toxicity of the environment» and provide a decent level of remuneration. Researching the level of satisfaction and motivation of employees, the following risks of motivation and decrease in employee satisfaction from work for the company are systematized and distinguished: operational, brand (image), productivity, and also well-being. By introducing the concept of «motivational portfolio», by which the authors understand the set of instruments, measures that provide internal and external motivation of employees; the following recommendations are formed to strengthen the efficiency of motivation and increase the level of staff satisfaction: 1) harmonious combination of material and intangible components of motivation; 2) taking into account the value profile of employees; 3) combining and coordinating the goals (tasks) of the employee and the company; 4) strengthening the social component of motivation (improving the social package, involving intangible motives, such as working hours management, labor organization, ensuring decent safe working conditions, recognizing the results of work and its value for society).
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
