The ongoing pandemic has resulted in various parties being affected both economically and socially. This makes social issues become very sensitive. For companies, efforts that can be made to help deal with the pandemic while improving performance are CSR (corporate social responsibility). Some literature proves the positive influence of CSR on company reputation, organizational commitment, and purchase intention. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the relationship between perceived CSR to company reputation, organizational commitment, and purchase intention. The type of this study is quantitative research with primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires on 310 employees in the Indonesian cement industry. The data analysis in this study is carried out using a structural equation modeling with SmartPLS software. The results of the analysis show that perceived CSR has a significant influence on corporate reputation, organizational commitment, and purchase intention. The findings also prove that there is a significant influence of corporate reputation and organizational commitment on purchase intention. This research also provides some strategic suggestions for companies in the cement industry to improve their reputation, commitment, and purchase intention of their consumers. This study contributes to broader exploration of a research model related to the positive impact of CSR on the company's internal aspects, namely organizational commitment and purchase intention, and external aspect, namely the corporate reputation. The optimal implementation of waqf is believed by some literature as a solution to various socio-economic problems of the community. However, the public's interest in waqf is lacking. This study aims to analyze the factors that can increase interest in waqf for the community. The population in this study was the people of Cirebon Regency, Indonesia, and 205 respondents were taken from the population. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires with a scale of 1-6. The data collected in this study were analyzed using the structural equation model method with Smart-PLS. The analysis results show that religiosity and attitude affect people's waqf intentions, but perceived behavioral control and subjective norms have no effect. On the other hand, this study found that awareness can affect religiosity and perceived behavioral control. Meanwhile, trust is also proven to have an effect on subjective norms and attitudes.
<p>The usage of porphyrin as a light-harvesting chromophore is considered as one of the keys to obtaining low-cost and high-efficiency dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC). In this paper, a novel porphyrin, 5,10,15-tris(nitrophenyl)-20-(p-(11-bromo)dodecoxyphenyl))porphyrin, having a long alkyl chain and three nitro groups was synthesized. The nitro groups serve as anchoring groups to TiO2 surfaces and long alkyl chain prevents unwanted dye aggregation. The porphyrin was synthesized by condensation of <em>p</em>-(12-Bromododecoxy)benzaldehyde and pyrrole in propionic acid according to an adaptation of the general Rothemund method <a href="https://doi.org/10.1021/ja01265a096">[1]</a>. <em>p</em>-(12-Bromododecoxy)benzaldehyde was synthesized by nucleophilic substitution reaction between 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 1,12-dibromododecane in acetone. The reaction products were analyzed by 1H-NMR and mass spectroscopy. The absorption and fluorescence spectra of the porphyrin were also recorded. As results, the absorption spectrum of the porphyrin consists of a strong Soret and four weak Q-band. Compared to 5,10,15-tris(nitrophenyl)-20-(p-(11-bromo)dodecoxyphenyl))porphyrin spectrum, there is no wavelength shifting because of the incorporation of the alkyl chain. The fluorescence spectrum of the porphyrin shows two characteristic emission bands and the intensity ratio of those emission bands is always constant when irradiated by different excitation wavelength related to Soret and Q-band.</p>
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
