This research aims to understand the influence of gender and working stress on working performance. There are three independent variables and one dependent variable, namely gender influence, working stress and working environment as the independent variables and working performance as dependent variable. This study object is the employees in Jakarta. The research is conducted towards 161 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach method and slovin method. Data analysis is conducted by using double linier regression and is processed by using SPSS program Version 23. The result of the study shows that the gender and working environment have a positive and significant influence towards employees performance, and working stress has a negative and significant influence towards employees performance.
This theme aimed to minimize the spread of Narcotics users at the student level, in the data of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN), cases of drug use by the drug users up to March 2018 amounted to 6.4 Million. The data is alarming because along with the increase in drug cases (especially among the young people and the children). The spread of drugs is easy because the elementary school children have also started trying to smoke cigarettes. Although the government in the Child Protection Act number 23 of 2002 in article 20, it has been stated that the State, the government, the community, the family, and the parents are obliged and responsible for the implementation of child protection (see more fully in the Child Protection Act). However, the child protection from drugs is still far from expectations. A lot of elementary school and junior high school age of children are also trapped in drugs; the drug addicts are generally between the ages of 11 and 24. At the productive age or student age, the students who take drugs usually begin with their introduction to cigarettes. From this habit, their association continues to increase, especially when the students join with the people who have become the drug addicts. At the beginning they only try to use the drugs, but then they will depend on them.
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Job Insecurity, Organizational Commitment, Psychological Meaningfulness Towards Work Engagement in Social Welfare Institutions (LKS) of Central Aceh District, Takengon and Gayo Lues. The research in done through the distribution of questionnaires, and the population of this research is consisted of the employees in the Central Aceh Regency Social Welfare Institution (LKS), Takengon and Gayo Lues. That was done to 50 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tools 3.0. The results of this study are that organizational culture, Psychological meaningfulness, Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on work engagement, and only Job Insecurity has a significant negative effect on work engagement. Phone Sex (PS) is a sexual activity carried out by listening on a cellular phone. Providing sex education for children is the responsibility of all parties: parents, teachers, the community and the government. This is a community service related to the treatment and educational assistance on prevention of drug abuse for parents and families around children. West Jakarta, with a very full population density in DKI Jakarta, has a potential problem with its environment. We try to map sustainable efforts to prevent drug abuse, focusing on providing education from an early age to children aged under five is one way to shape children's character and personality for the future. In the GEPENTA Program (2002), Indonesian Health Officials stated that the daily growth rate was 0.065% of the total population of 200 million people, or the same as 130,000 people per day. The 2018 World Drugs Reports published by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), said that as many as 275 million people in the world or 5.6% of the world's population (aged 15-64 years) have used drugs. Meanwhile in Indonesia, the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) as the focal point in the field of Prevention and Eradication of Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking (P4GN) has the number of drug abuse in 2017 as many as 3,376,115 people between the ages of 10-59 years. Meanwhile, the number of drug abuse among students in 2018 (from 13 provincial capitals in Indonesia) reached 2.29 million people. Soelton and Nugrahati's research, 2018, concluded that one of the groups of people who are prone to being exposed to drug abuse are those in the 15-35 age range or the millennial generation.
