The authors of this article adduce facts according to which the development of an online platform and an electronic book for the study of Ukrainian literature by secondary school students is relevant. We described the structure and basic functionality of the process. The features and advantages of e-learning resources have been identified. The quantitative status of the development of e-books in Ukraine has been analyzed. The lack of ebook regarding Ukrainian literature for secondary school is indicated. It is reported that the developed online platform operates in three modes. The e-book of Ukrainian literature contains fiction texts, analysis of fiction texts, presentations, video and audio files for fiction texts, control unit. The results of the students' surveys regarding the use of the online platform in the educational process have been presented.
The article provides a quantitative analysis of online programming courses on such platforms as Alison, Udemy, Edx, Coursera, Udacity, Codecademy as of July 2021. The authors analyzed the number of courses that can be found either in thematic sections or by automatic keyword search. It was found that students can find 6,979 online programming courses on the analyzed platforms with the help of thematic sections. The Udemy platform provides the largest number of programming courses. Popular programming languages which have the largest number of online courses turned out to be Python, JavaScript and Java.
Introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational process has resulted in the emergence of innovative teaching techniques, new software and technologies. One of the effective means of distance learning is mass open online courses (MOOC). The purpose of the article is to analyze the possibilities provided by the Ukrainian online platform of the Open University of Maidan (OUM), and to compare it with other Ukrainian platforms (Prometheus, EdEra) according to certain criteria. The article reveals the main advantages and disadvantages of using MOOC both for self-development and in the educational process at higher education institutions. It has been found that MOOC provide lifelong learning and implement the principles of mass involvement and openness. They also offer free online courses and generate a certificate after their successful completion. We have identified some problematic issues which cover the imperfect system of practical tasks, the need to increase users’ motivation, the language aspect, etc. The OUM online platform is primarily intended to provide civic education for community representatives and other users. We analyzed the thematic areas of the online platform and characterized them. The courses on this platform are mainly focused on the adult audience. They increase personal, communicative and civic efficiency, develop social entrepreneurship and understanding of the global content. Also, they ensure effective interaction with the authorities. During the content analysis we found that the OUM platform has specific features. In particular, it is the ability to form and graphically represent the individual educational trajectory; the platform contains exclusively Ukrainian-language content and provides an opportunity to be informed about the course progress via email. We dwelt on the possibilities of using MOOC by students, teachers and all those who are interested in self-study.
The article is devoted to the quantitative analysis of the courses hosted on Ukrainian mass open online courses (MOOC) platforms. It has been found that MOOC, being an effective mechanism of lifelong learning, provides the development of general and professional competencies; it supports principles of openness and accessibility. We have analyzed the online courses located on such well-known Ukrainian online platforms as Prometheus, EdEra, and the Open University of Maidan. It has been found that Ukrainian online platforms started to provide their services not so long ago; they have been working since 2014. Most of the online courses (55.3% of their total number) can be found on the Prometheus platform. We have also analyzed the dynamics of online course development over the years on each Ukrainian online platform. The average number of advanced online courses on each platform and on all the platforms, in general, has been revealed. The years 2017 and 2019 turned out to be the most productive in the development of courses. The analysis of thematic areas of the developed online courses has been carried out; the identical sections available on each considered platform have been revealed. The largest number of courses is presented among such sections as Education/EIE (External Independent Evaluation) and Law, proving their relevance among users. The largest number of thematic areas is presented on the Prometheus platform. It has been found that Ukrainian MOOCs have a significant difference in the number of courses compared to a number of well-known foreign online platforms.

Розглянуто перелік загальних та фахових компетентностей, що входять до навчального плану, проаналізовано результати навчання. Виявлено, що освітня програма містить 1 інтегральну компетентність, 13 загальних та 16 фахових компетентностей. Виявлено, що освітня програма містить 68 результатів навчання, які свідчать про ступінь сформованості компетентностей у межах обраної спеціальності.
