Capital adequacy ratio (CAR) is an important indicator of bank safety sustainability. Banks that can guarantee CAR means the bank has the power to resist the financial crisis, protecting the bank itself and funds from depositors. This study aimed to determine the factors that affect the CAR. The sample used in this study is the banking industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2007 until 2018. Independent variables are bank size, leverage, loan loss reserves, net interest margin, loan assets ratio, and liquidity. The dependent variable is CAR. The number of samples is 27 conventional banks by using purposive sampling. By using panel data regression analysis by estimating ordinary General Least Squares (GLS) method. The results of this study indicate that bank size, leverage, loan loss reserve, net interest margin, and loan asset ratio has an effect on CAR significantly while liquidity has no effect on CAR. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference for bank managers and investors in looking at the factors that affect the CAR in the banking industry. Bank yang dapat menjamin CAR berarti bank memiliki kekuatan untuk melawan krisis keuangan, melindungi bank itu sendiri dan dana dari deposan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi CAR. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah industri perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun [2007][2008][2009][2010][2011][2012][2013][2014][2015][2016][2017][2018]. Variabel independen adalah ukuran bank, leverage, cadangan kerugian pinjaman, margin bunga bersih, rasio aset pinjaman, dan likuiditas. Variabel dependen adalah CAR. Jumlah sampel adalah 27 bank konvensional dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan metode pendekatan General Least Square (GLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran bank, leverage, cadangan kerugian pinjaman, marjin bunga bersih, rasio aset pinjaman berpengaruh signifikan terhadap CAR sedangkan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap CAR. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi manajer bank dan investor dalam melihat faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi CAR di industri perbankan.
Salah satu bisnis yang banyak diminati oleh para pelaku bisnis diseluruh Indonesia adalah bisnis kedai kopi yang semakin banyak ditemukan. Namun, tepat di awal tahun 2020, dunia menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 yang berdampak pada semua aspek sosial, budaya, ekonomi dan termasuk bisnis kedai kopi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku bisnis kedai kopi dalam menjalankan usahanya dimasa pandemi Covid-19 dan memanfaatkan peluang dan tantangan tersebut agar bisnis kedai kopi tetap berjalan dan menghasilkan keuntungan. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dan proses analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, dimana data diperoleh dari observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam yang berkaitan dengan peluang dan tantangan usaha kedai kopi. Hasil matriks menunjukkan bahwa kedai kopi di kawasan Kabupaten Bekasi berada pada sel I (Grow and Build). Strategi yang cocok untuk posisi sel ini untuk kedai kopi di Kawasan Kabupaten Bekasi adalah intensif (penetrasi pasar, pengembangan produk, dan pengembangan pasar).
The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. The design of this research used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 147 respondents, the employees of the State Gas Company located in Jakarta. Stratified Sampling Sample was used and data were analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The method used to analyze data were Descriptive Statistic Method and Multiple Regression. From the result of this research, it can be concluded that there was a positive relationship between organizational commitment and transformational leadership, as well as a positive relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction.
<p><em>This research is concerning the influence of job motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The purpose of this study is to see how far the influence of job motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study uses primary data obtained from 150 respondents. The sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The dependent variable in this study is organizational commitment, while the independent variables are job motivation and job satisfaction. This study used the structural equation modeling (SEM) to test job motivation, job satisfaction and organizational relationship models. The results show that job motivation positively influences job satisfaction, but job satisfaction surprisingly does not have positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The aim of this study is to assess the impact of job satisfaction, managerial innovation and organizational motivation on the organizational performance of Riau oil companies in Indonesia in the current digital age. The reliability test was based on Cronbach's Alpha, and a correction factor for the total number of corrected items was used to test the internal consistency of the responses to the questionnaire. The ANOVA test can be used to estimate respondents' perceptions of these factors based on the chosen demographic data. Finally, there is analysis of different regression models to examine the relationship between job satisfaction, innovation management, organizational motivation and organizational performance. The results of the study show that innovation management influences from organizational motivation to organizational performance. The variables of managerial innovation and motivation at work have a positive effect on the variables of organizational performance. This study highlighted the importance of the relationship between job satisfaction, innovation management, organizational motivation and organizational performance in the context of oil companies. This result has important implications for the shipping researchers and professionals. Although the research relationship between job satisfaction, managerial innovation, organizational motivation and organizational performance is conducted in other disciplines, empirical research studies in oil companies are not discussed.
