The pandemic of Covid-19 caused the Indonesian government to issue regulations about the implementation of e-learning as a substitute for face-to-face learning. Zoom Cloud Meeting application is one of the e-learning media used in order to achieve students understanding in the midst of pandemic. The research was conducted through a qualitative approach with a case study in one of the department which has the largest number of students at Universitas Komputer Indonesia. Through the purposive technique, six research informants were obtained, consisting of quality assurance coordinator, lecturers and students involved in the learning process using Zoom Cloud Meeting application. Results showed that planning contained an overview of learning activities to be held with Zoom Cloud Meeting media as well as preparations made by lecturers and students. Implementation is the use of Zoom Cloud Meeting application as the media of e-learning to deliver learning materials, in the same way as face-to-face learning, consisting of lectures and discussions. Evaluation is related to technical barriers and the development of learning materials that should be adjusted to e-learning method through Zoom Cloud Meeting application. Researchers concluded, the use of Zoom Cloud Meeting application as the media of e-learning in general has successfully achieving students understanding in the midst of pandemic through various features that support the implementation of e-learning, this happens after all parties involved can adapt to the e-learning system. For that, it is necessary to conduct further research about the impact of e-learning in the improvement the learning quality of students. This research was conducted as part of e-learning development, although it cannot completely replace face-to-face learning but at least supports the learning process by utilizing technological advances so that students are more active and independent, because the learning process is no longer centered on lecturers.
Banyak keluhan orang tua yang mengalami keterbatasan dalam melakukan perawatan merawat anak Disabilitas Intelektual(DI), yang mana disabilitas intelektual memerlukan penanganan secara khusus. Keterbatasan orang tua tersebut dikarenakan mereka harus berkerja ataupun keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam melakukan terapi. Pelatihan ini ditujukan kepada orang tua yang memiliki anak Disabilitas Intelektual melalui sebuah Aplikasi Home Visit khususnya di Kota Cimahi. Pelatihan tersebut adalah melakukan pendampingan untuk melakukan pendaftaran pelayanan jasa terapis melalui aplikasi, tanpa harus datang ke lokasi terapi. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode dialog, diskusi bersama, serta pendampingan dalam penggunaan aplikasi. Dikarenakan pandemi Covid 19, kegiatan dibagi menjadi 2 bagian, 1. Secara offline untuk kegiatan dialog dan diskusi bersama tim CTC(Cimahi Terapi Center) seperti terapis, administrasi, serta pemilik CTC, sedangkan untuk kegiatan kedua dilakukan secara online yaitu pelatihan pendampingan aplikasi Home Visit kepada para orang tua. Pembuatan Aplikasi Jasa Terapi ini merupakan kegiatan yang berhasil menginsiasi para orang tua yang memiliki anak Disabilitas Intelektural untuk menggunakan jasa terapis secara online serta membantu pihak CTC dalam menangani permasalahan orang tua yang memiliki anak Disabilitas Intelektual.
Karyawan merupakan salah satu kekayaan utama dalam suatu organisasi. Bagaimanapun canggihnya teknologi yang digunakan, sumber daya manusia tetap memegang peranan yang sangat menentukan. Pada perguruan tinggi, karyawan identik dengan tenaga kependidikan yang ditempatkan di setiap fakultas dan program studi. Dibandingkan dengan tenaga kependidikan lainnya, staf administrasi program studi merupakan yang paling sering berkomunikasi dengan mahasiswa untuk memperoleh informasi terkait dosen, kuliah, dan lain-lain. Setiap program studi setidaknya memiliki satu orang staf administrasi, disesuaikan dengan jumlah mahasiswanya. Komunikasi antara staf administrasi program studi dengan mahasiswa diharapkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan informasi dari mahasiswa, hal ini ditentukan oleh kinerja staf administrasi yang bersangkutan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi program studi mengenai kinerja staf administrasi yang ditempatkan di program studi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi mahasiswanya, terutama pada perguruan tinggi swasta. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Wawancara mendalam, observasi non partisipan, tinjauan pustaka, penelusuran data online, dan dokumentasi, digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja staf administrasi program studi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi mahasiswa ditentukan oleh banyak hal, secara internal dari dalam diri yang bersangkutan, terdiri dari: (1) Kapasitas berprestasi terkait penguasaan job description, keterampilan, dan intelegensi; (2) Kesediaan untuk berprestasi, terkait motivasi. kepuasan, partisipasi (inisatif) dan sikap kerjanya. Secara eksternal ditentukan oleh kesempatan untuk berprestasi, seperti peralatan, rekan kerja, pimpinan, serta mahasiswa itu sendiri. Sehingga penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi mengenai komunikasi organisasi yang berlangsung secara diagonal.
This research conducted to analyze in depth about the communication process that started from the psychological (mental) symptoms that arise during the pandemic, communication partners, ideal communication approaches, and messages that conveyed in order to maintain mental health of students in Indonesia during the Covid-19. Through qualitative approach with case study method, this research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the researched problem. Researchers paid attention and examined an issue of interest, and used a single case as an instrument to describe it in detail. Result of this research showed that students are very at risk for mental health disorders during the pandemic. Symptoms that they experienced are anxiety disorders, stress, burnout, depression, loneliness and relationship problems. Family and friends are the most appropriate communication partners during the pandemic. The pandemic creates a revolution momentum to restore the role of the family for children. Interpersonal communication is still considered as the most ideal approach. The majority communication messages are emotional, spiritual and motivational messages. As a result of this research, it is hoped that the government and universities will increase the awareness of students' mental health because of the lack of counseling related to mental health for students.

This hypothesis was not vanished when people starts using internet facility, such as e-mail, chatting, and browser to communicate. In fact, internet became not only communication media alternative but also creating new patterns in communication.
