1Herein we propose a production scheme for conductive films composed of thin graphite 2 sheets with high crystallinity and polymeric resin. The crystalline graphite sheets were 3 successfully produced from natural graphite powder by solution-phase synthesis of graphite 4 intercalation compounds (GICs), following a wet planetary-ball milling under mild 5 conditions. The shear forces in the milling pot lead to a peeling of graphite flakes. Taking 6 into consideration the interlayer bonding force, the delamination should be preferentially 7 done from the expanded GICs interlayer rather than intrinsic graphite one. Some composite 8 films derived from the phenolic resin and flaky graphite sheets displayed much higher 9 electrical conductivities compared to the film from the feed graphite particles. We also 10 demonstrate the stage structure of synthetic GICs affected the film conductivity. The 11 composite films made from exfoliated products of ground (around stage IV) GICs exhibited 12 high electrical conductivity with a small amount of the graphite sheets. 13 14 15 16
This document describes the result of a key comparison for propane in nitrogen. The nominal amount-of-substance fraction of propane is 1000 μmol/mol. The comparison aimed to assess the measurement capability of participants in gas analysis. Nine NMIs or DIs participated in the comparison.
CERI participated in a key comparison CCQM-K111—propane in nitrogen, and coordinated this key comparison. Therefore, every participants' results of this comparison are linking to the CCQM-K111.
Gravimetric values of the samples were used as key comparison reference values (KCRVs).
Measured values of eight participants were within ± 0.25 % of the KCRVs.
Many participants reported purity or impurity analysis of materials. These results are also able to assess the participants' capability of the analysis.
