TOGA tanaman herbal yang memiliki khasiat sebagai obat yang banyak sekali memiliki manfaat bagi kehidupan, termasuk untuk mengatasi masalah kesehatan secara tradisional. Manfaat TOGA tidak hanya dirasakan oleh kalangan dewasa, tetapi dapat berguna bagi anak-anak. Dewasa ini, sebagian besar anak-anak tidak mengetahui jenis-jenis tanaman obat. Oleh karena itu, pengenalan akan TOGA pada usia dini sangat diperlukan untuk menumbuhkan kecintaan dan minat anak-anak akan tanaman obat yang berkhasiat bagi kesehatan. Dari Program Edukasi “TOLUNI” (Tanaman Obat Keluarga Usia Dini) ini menjadi salah satu wahana pembelajaran yang tepat untuk memperkenalkan berbagai macam mengenai TOGA kepada siswa/i sekolah dasar. Dari program edukasi TOLUNI inipula dapat mendorong sekolah-sekolah yang minim pekarangan agar tetap dapat memiliki banyak tanaman kaya khasiat, sehingga dapat dijadikan wahana pembelajaran bagi para siswa. Program Edukasi “TOLUNI” dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 015 Kota Samarinda. Sosialisasi edukasi TOGA disampaikan kepada siswa kelas 5 dengan rentang usia 10 – 11 tahun dengan diberikan materi mengenai jenis-jenis TOGA, kemudian para siswa diajak untuk menghias wadah TOGA serta menanam TOGA yang diberi pupuk kompos. Para siswa diajarkan membuat produk tradisional rumahan yaitu jamu sederhana. Selanjutnya dilakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan setelah dilakukan sosialisasi. Dari 15 tanaman TOGA, diperoleh hasil 8 TOGA yang bertahan tumbuh dengan baik.
PROGRAM OF THE LITTLE SANITARIAN IN SAMARINDA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 011 AS AN EDUCATION FACILITY FOR CLEAN AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE PATTERNS FOR THE COMMUNITY. Health is a human right and an investment for a productive life. Therefore healthy conditions must always be sought. One effort that can be done by the community is to clean and healthy living behavior. Based on the Health Profile of East Kalimantan, 2015 obtained data of PHBS Household Coverage in Samarinda City by 43%. This shows there is still a lack of understanding of the community about PHBS, especially people living around the Karang Mumus River. Based on this, one urgent program is carried out to improve public understanding of PHBS as a program little sanitarian. This program involves elementary school-age children because at that age; it is a golden age to instill clean and healthy living behavior values so that it has the potential as a change agent to promote PHBS. This program was implemented in Elementary School 011 Samarinda through the provision of clean and healthy living behavior materials and practices to 90 students in class 3 and 4. The selection of Little sanitarian cadres was made through the selection of real understanding that had been given. The results of this activity were selected six cadres of little sanitarian, namely 1 class 3 and 5 class 4. This activity is expected to continue with the guidance of Little Sanitarian cadres and cooperation with related parties to hold the movement of Little Sanitarian.
The agricultural sector is currently experiencing various problems such as the decreasing number of farm workers, the lack of interest of the young generation in the agricultural sector, and fewer agricultural jobs. Therefore, concrete efforts and policies are needed to overcome it. One of the efforts and policies undertaken by the government is to provide entrepreneurship education to the younger generation through the “Penumbuhan Wirausahawan Muda Pertanian (PWMP)” [Growth of Young Agricultural Entrepreneurs] Program. Entrepreneur development requires a strategy to facilitate success. The purpose of this research is to formulate a development strategy for young agricultural entrepreneurs. Data sources are PWMP participants in the provinces of Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Jambi, South Sumatra, and Bengkulu. The data analysis method used is the SWOT analysis. The results of the research resulted in the formulation of strategies in the development of young agricultural entrepreneurs, namely by implementing aggressive strategies; 1) increasing the ease of access to capital assistance and financial stimuli by involving the banking sector; 2) creating several agro-tourism areas; 3) increasing the ease of access to information on business opportunities and business promotion; and 4) improving facilities for promotional events and awarding entrepreneurial achievements.
Corticosteroids are hormones that naturally produced by the human body through the adrenal gland. Cortisone hormones play a role in regulating blood sugar, protein, fat, the body's defense system and bone formation. Corticosteroid drugs are commonly used for anti-inflammatory, pruritic, dermatological, rheumatologic, pulmonary, hematological, ophthalmological, immunological, and gastrointestinal, called glucocorticoids. Long-term therapy with corticosteroids can cause severe side effects if given in high doses. The aim of this study was identification of the level of knowledge and attitude in corticosteroid use, especially in pharmacy students. This type of research was cross-sectional which aims to see the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable in Samarinda. This research was conducted in 2019 by conducting a questionnaire survey test using Google Form. Data analysis in the form of bivariate analysis using the Mann-Whitney test with SPSS Statistic 23 software program. Respondents who participated in this research amounted to 118 people with ages ranging from 17 to 25 years. In this research shows that pharmacy students have a fairly good knowledge of corticosteroids with the majority of the percentage of correct answers ≥72%. The results of the analysis obtained p value 0.008 (p <0.005) and obtained r value 2.7. There is a significant influence between knowledge of corticosteroids on their attitude using corticosteroids and showing good knowledge has the potential of 2.7 times to have a good attitude.
