ABSTRAKTito Irwanto, Tri Febrina Melinda; Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Provinsi Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pegawai Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan Provinsi Bengkulu berjumlah 100 pegawai menggunakan simpel random sampling. Metode Analisis yang digunakan dengan Analisis Regresi Berganda, Analisis Korelasi, Uji T, Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R 2 ). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa disiplin dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. This type of research used in this research is quantitative. The collection of data by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Health Bengkulu province amounted to 100 employees using simple random sampling. The analysis method used by Multiple Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, T Test, F Test and TestThe coefficient of determination (R 2 ). The analysis showed that the discipline and motivation positive influence on employee performance.
This research examines the analysis of marketing strategies carried out online after the COVID-19 pandemic. The research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Various sources were processed in this study such as books, research results, journals, and research articles. This research explains that the challenges and opportunities for business marketing that rely on digital applications during a pandemic are felt to be very diverse and complex. Post-covid-19 shopping behavior has changed based on the relationship between technology & culture. The pattern of spending on basic needs and shopping has changed due to the ease of using the internet for shopping and the existence of online services. Digital-based marketing for a profitable and sustainable business is proven to face many challenges and opportunities. The problem is that not all business people and customers understand and can apply technology, while the opportunity is that digital technology applications can innovate business marketing efforts efficiently, effectively, and productively. In addition, the role of digital marketing on the financial performance of several organizations and the implicit digital transformation model has been identified as the most important aspects related to the current COVID-19 situation.
This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of affective reactions of tourists on attitudes and their impact on tourist visit intentions. Therefore, this research approach is in accordance with its purpose using a descriptive research and verificative research approach. The research method or technique used in this study is a survey, which is a field research conducted on several sample members of a certain population to find out the perception of some of the population towards the object of study so that actual data or information is obtained. The data collected is in the form of primary data with research instruments in the form of questionnaires. with a total of 93 respondents. Statistical tests and data processing were carried out using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). On the relationship of Arousal with Pleasure, the value of t counting the arousal variable is 9.925. Because the calculated t value is greater than 1.96, Ha is accepted meaning that Arousal has a significant influence with a positive direction on Pleasure. On the relationship of Attitude to Intention, the value of t counting the variable Attitude is 7.215. Because the calculated t value is greater than 1.96, Ha is accepted, meaning that Attitude has a significant influence with a positive direction on Intention. On the relationship of Dominance with Arousal, the value of t counting the dominance variable is 14,700. Because the calculated t value is greater than 1.96, Ha is accepted meaning that Dominance exerts a significant influence in a positive direction towards Arousal. On Dominance's relationship with Pleasure, The calculated t value of the Dominance variable is 5,086. Because the calculated t value is greater than 1.96, Ha is accepted meaning that Dominance exerts a significant influence in a positive direction on Pleasure. On the relationship of Pleasure to Attitude, the value of t counting the variable Pleasure is 7.301. Because the calculated t value is greater than 1.96, Ha is accepted, meaning that Pleasure has a significant influence with a positive direction on Attitude. For R square pleasure, it has a greater influence compared to other variables with a value of 0.645 or 64.5%.
This study aims to examine the role of information technology and working capital with the competitiveness of UMKM in Bengkulu City. This study uses a quantitative methodology to solve the problem. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The number of samples is 50 UMKM in the city of Bengkulu. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21. Hypothesis testing using t test. The results of this study indicate that information technology has a significant positive effect on competitiveness and working capital has a significant effect on competitiveness of UMKM in Bengkulu city.
The purpose of this study is to investigate discusses the life style of Gamer Online used Garena voucher in Bengkulu city. The research was conducted by using questionnaires. The quistionnaires were distributed to the 300 respondent who used Garena voucher. In the data analisys, approach used qualitative descriptive. This study used purposive sampling as method. Based on the mean analysis of the VLAM is four dimensions of live style on respondent, the obtained results that are categorized as having a very high value categories. They, must to do inovation of voucher Garena design but, them should keep other aspect such as, social marketing. Therefore, the better implemented by shops, it will provide a better impact toward outlet purchase Garena Voucher of Bengkulu city.
