Peningkatan kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan melalui perencanaan sumber daya manusia, rekrutmen serta penempatan karyawan yang sesuai dengan pendidikan dan keterampilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan sumber daya manusia, rekrutmen dan penempatan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Bengkulu. Metode pengumpulan data dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 48 karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif, dengan metode regresi linier berganda, uji determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan sumber daya manusia, rekrutmen dan penempatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Bengkulu.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the challenges and opportunities of Indonesian blind masseurs in improving competency through the implementation of the business standards of massage parlor. The research method is a descriptive-qualitative, theoretical approach on competency in human resource management. Primary data sources selected by purposive sampling. The informants involved were representatives of blind massage entrepreneurs. Secondary data sources in this study is PERMENPAR No.20 of 2015 concerning Business Standards of Massage Parlor. Data analysis techniques by means of data triangulation. The results of the study indicate the challenges faced by the blind masseurs namely: 1) requirements of massage business licenses have not been fulfilled; 2) aspects of the organization, management, and human resources have not been maximized. Increasing the competency of the masseur as a traditional health practitioner is an innovation, and it can extend their opportunities to work in the center of public health and hospitals.

Purpose of this study aims to examine the effect supply aspect tourism on travelling interest to Tikus Island in Bengkulu Province. Supply aspect tourism consisting of attraction, accessible, amenities and ancillary. Sampling method in this study is accidental sampling with 240 respondents. Data collection method in this study uses quantitative data which is carried out by distributing questionnaires. Multiple regression analysis applied to test the hypotheses using SPSS application. Findings showed that attraction and accessible have positive effect on travelling interest. Meanwhile, amenities and ancillary do not affect travelling interest. The supply of aspect tourism in Tikus Island can contribute to the Regional Original Income (PAD) of Bengkulu Province, the local government of Bengkulu should be able to pay more attention based on this findings.
The purpose of this study is to determine the average level of customer arrivals and the average service time of customers in the queue. The analytical model used in this study is a multi-channel single-phase queuing theory analysis with a mathematical formula. The queuing process is a process related to the arrival of the customer to a queuing system, then waiting in the queue until the waiter selects the customer according to the service discipline, and finally the customer leaves the queuing system after the service is finished. At Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Bengkulu S. Parman 1 there are 5 tellers provided to serve customers who will make deposits, withdrawals and cash transfers. Queues that occur at the optimal service level can be obtained by the performance of the queuing system with the calculation results, namely, the average number of customers in the queue (nq) 31.88 customers, customers in the total system 33.08 people, the average time in the queue 0, 000767 and the total system time is 0.034097 or 2 minutes. Thus, customers do not take too long to make transactions. With the number of tellers as many as five people, there is a long waiting time for customers (Wq) in the queue, which is 0.02777 hours or 2 minutes and the average number of customers in the queue (Ls) is 2 people..
Artikel ini mengidentifikasi dampak dari dinamika interaksi sosial disosiatif berupa konflik horizontal antarkelompok masyarakat sejak Agustus 2020 hingga April 2021 di Bali. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan teoritik gerakan sosial dan mobilisasi sosial. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian kualitatif ini yaitu observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dampak propaganda dan aksi dari Gema Hindu yaitu:1) ditujukan untuk mendesak PHDI mencabut surat pengayoman untuk sampradaya Hare Krishna ISKCON, Sai Baba dan sampradaya lainnya; 2) berhasil mendapat simpati secara luas dengan adanya dukungan Gubernur, DPRD, Majelis Desa Adat dan PHDI Provinsi Bali dan masyarakat Hindu secara nasional; 3) menghasilkan Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) PHDI Provinsi Bali dan MDA Provinsi Bali; 4) menghasilkan tindakan penegakan hukum secara pre-emtif, preventif dan represif dalam pencegahan penistaan agama dan fundamentalisme serta radikalisasi agama di PHDI dan desa adat sebagai bagian dari partisipasi masyarakat dalam pertahanan NKRI dan ideologi Pancasila.
