Phedofilia merupakan bentuk tindak pelanggaran terhadap hak anak yang tergolong keji dan jahat. Anak sebagai korban Phedofilia sangat dirugikan, sebab hak-hak korban kurang mendapatkan perhatian. Oleh sebab itu korban membutuhkan perhatian dan perlindungan hukum secara maksimal. Untuk mewujudkan perlindungan hak anak sebagai korban Phedofilia diperlukan suatu upaya yang rasional, yaitu dengan kebijakan perlindungan hukum khususnya di Polrestabes semarang. Perlindungan terhadap hak-hak anak diatur dalam beberapa peraturan perundang-undangan khususnya Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 Tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Bentuk-bentuk perlindungan terhadap anak korban yaitu mendapatkan rehabilitasi medis, Psikososial, restitusi, konseling dan segala bentuk perlindungan dan pendampingan pada setiap tingkat pemeriksaan mulai dari penyidikan, penuntutan sampai dengan pemeriksaan di sidang pengadilan. Pelaksanaan Pemenuhan Hak-Hak Anak Sebagai Korban Phedofilia dalam Tahap Penyidikan Pada Unit PPA (Pelayanan Perempuan dan Anak) Polrestabes Semarang dilaksanakan berdasarkan SOP dan Undang-Undang, yaitu berupa: sharing, orangtua korban didampingi dalam pembuatan laporan, korban didampingi oleh orangtua ketika melakukan pemeriksaan, mendapatkan bantuan pelayanan medis, mendapatkan bantuan konseling dan psikiater, korban dijauhkan dari tersangka, identitas korban dirahasiakan/ tidak dipublikasikan. Perlindungan hak anak korban Phedofilia pada masa yang akan datang dikaji dari studi komparasi negara Malaysia dan Singapura serta studi Pembaharuan KUHP 2015 dan Undang-Undang (Rancangan Undang-Undang Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual Tahun 2016).
This study aims to find out the guidelines used by the panel of judges in dealing with criminal acts of corruption, especially acts that are subject to offenses under Article 2 and Article 3 of the Corruption Law based on PERMA Number 1 of 2020. Juridically, the PERMA is binding on Pekanbaru District Court Judges in making their decisions. . However, the facts on the ground show that there is still a disparity in sentencing by judges at the Pekanbaru District Court in passing their decisions on corruption crimes which are subject to articles 2 and 3 of the Corruption Law. The research method in this writing is a normative research method that is descriptive analysis using primary legal sources, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials then analyzed qualitatively using logical thinking in drawing conclusions which are carried out deductively. The results of the research show that the application of Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Punishment of Articles 2 and Article 3 of the Law on the Eradication of Corruption Crimes in the Pekanbaru District Court has been properly implemented. This means that in determining the severity of the crime the Pekanbaru District Court judge considers sequentially the stages, including the following: categories of state financial losses or the country's economy; error rate, impact and profit; range of criminal convictions; aggravating and mitigating circumstances; criminal conviction; and other provisions related to criminal imposition
Village funds in Riau Province are often targeted for corruption. The large amount of misappropriation of village funds has caused losses to State finances and has caused unrest in every community. Facts in the field show the high number of corruption cases of village funds in Riau Province, one of which is in Kampar Regency. This study aims to manage the crime problem and the efforts of the Bangkinang District Attorney's Office in the criminal act of village fund corruption. This research uses empirical legal research, namely research that provides legal authority in society. Technique of data by means of observation, interviews, and literature review. The results of the study concluded that the problems of the state prosecutor's office in the corruption crime of village funds include; First, there are different perceptions of law enforcers in calculating state financial losses. Second, the difficulty of presenting documents. Third, the convict does not have the property to pay money for state financial losses.
A common problem faced by partners is that they do not understand the Crime of Spreading Hoax Based on Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions. They do not yet understand in detail what sanctions are given to spreaders of fake news (hoax) based on the ITE Law. The method of implementing activities is legal counseling. The delivery of material is carried out by lecturers who are members of the team that propose community service activities. In addition, this activity needs to involve the local Village Head as the activity facilitator. The result of this community service activity is an increase in public understanding of the Crime of Hoax Spreading Based on Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions
Kebakaran hutan dan lahan telah mengakibatkan dampak yang luas, serius, dan bersifat langsung terhadap kesehatan masyarakat, perekonomian, terganggunya aktivitas manusia, keseimbangan ekologi, dan kerusakan lingkungan hidup. Untuk itu, upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian kebakaran hutan mutlak harus dilaksanakan secara serius, bersama-sama (kolaboratif ), bersinergi oleh seluruh komponen masyarakat termasuk dunia usaha. Hal inilah yang mendasari pentingnya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat Kelurahan Lembah Sari Kota Pekanbaru terkait larangan membakar hutan dan lahan sesuai dengan peraturan-peraturan yang ada diantara nya adalah Undang Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolahan Lingkungan Hidup. Saat ini banyak masyarakat Kelurahan Lembah Sari belum mengetahui larangan dan sanksi yang didapatkan apabila membakar hutan dan atau lahan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk Sosialisasi larangan membakar hutan dan lahan kepada masyarakat di Kelurahan Lembah Sari Kota Pekanbaru.. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara ceramah dan tanya jawab secara langsung dan evaluasi dengan penyebaran quesioner sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan dilaksanakan. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan oleh tim pelaksana yang terdiri dari 1 (satu) orang ketua, dan 2 (dua) orang anggota. Tim pelaksana ini adalah para dosen Fakultas Hukum Universitas Lancang Kuning yang berkompeten dalam penguasaan materi mengenai larangan membakar hutan dan lahan. This is what underlies the importance of socializing to the community of Lembah Sari Village, Pekanbaru City regarding the prohibition of burning forest and land in accordance with existing regulations, including Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. Currently, many people of Lembah Sari Village do not know the prohibitions and sanctions that will be obtained when burning forests and or land. Therefore, it is necessary to do community service in the form of socialization on the prohibition of burning forest and land to the community in Lembah Sari Village, Pekanbaru City. This service is carried out by an implementing team consisting of 1 (one) chairman and 2 (two) members. The implementation team is lecturers from the Faculty of Law, Lancang Kuning University who are competent in mastering materials regarding the prohibition of burning forests and land.
