This study aims to examine the service quality of Islamic bank in the BPRS Syariah Jabal Nur Surabaya. By using 6 dimensions of Carter method including Compliance, Assurance, Reliability, Tangibles, Empathy, and Responsiveness, this study found that Tangible is the only dimension that influences positively to the customer satisfaction. While the other dimensions fail to increase to the customer satisfaction. To measure the customer satisfaction, this study compared the perception of the customer with the expectation of the customer.This study then suggests that the sequence of quality of service needs to be improved is Compliance, Assurance, Responsiveness, Empathy, and Reliability.
This study aims to analyze the effect of supply chain management sustainability and organizational learning ability on company performance which is also measured by intervening variables of product design innovation and competitive advantage and moderated by environmental uncertainty. This study used a sample of 383 companies from a population of 5,495 in East Java Province, Indonesia. This study also uses a quantitative approach with more emphasis on social aspects with a deductive model. Some of the findings in this study are that there is no significant effect on company performance and organizational learning ability if mediated by product design innovation, even though this is very important for the company's progress in the future and proves that many companies in this province. have not fully implemented design innovation as a measure of the quality of the goods produced. And the second is that all the components of the variables analyzed produce significant values for all dependent variables so that the adjustment to the impact of the pandemic gets a good response from the industry that is working.
Purpose: This study aim to examine the influence of job security on employee engagement, examine the influence of job security on employee intention to leave through employee engagement, examine the influence of job attractiveness on employee engagement, examine the influence of job attractiveness on employee intention to leave and examine and analyze the influence of job attractiveness on employee intention to leave through employee engagement at MSMEs in Sasirangan, South Kalimantan. Theoretical Framework: The factors that encourage the intention to leave employees such as job security. The term job security in this study is called job security. Job security is a person's expectations about continuity in a work situation that relates to employees' feelings of losing their job or losing desired job features such as lack of promotion opportunities, current working conditions, as well as long-term career opportunities. Design/Methodology/Approach: This research adopts the philosophy of positivism in its methodology. Therefore, a quantitative survey methodology was chosen. The research design uses explanatory research, which is to examine the effect related to the effect of job security and job attractiveness on the intention to quit employees through employee work involvement. The method used in this research is the path analysis method with SEM modeling using Smart PLS. The research population, namely, employees who work in the sasirangan fabric industry registered with the Department of Industry and Trade of the City of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia totaled 39 industries with 273 workers. The determination of the sample using the Slovin formula with an error of 5%. So the study sample involved 162 workers with a random sample from a total population of 273 workers. Findings: The research findings provide evidence that job security has a positive effect on employee leave intentions as well as the mediating role of employee job involvement. Positive perceptions of employees about job security have a positive impact on engaging with their work in the organization. Further findings that job attractiveness has a positive effect on employees' intention to leave, as well as the mediating role of employee job involvement. Research, Practical & Social implications: Businesses must continue to struggle with global dynamics to remain competitive and grow in the long term by emphasizing the importance of companies managing and retaining employees. The results of research on job security and job attractiveness have a positive effect on employees' intention to leave as well as the mediating role of employee job involvement. Originality/Value: Findings of this research has contribution to MSMEs in Indonesia, especially in South Kalimantan. Management team of MSMEs could develop their business or maintain the existence by using suggestion that given in this study.
This research talk about the influence of lifestyle, personal selling and reference group on consumer purchase decision and so its impact on customer satisfaction. The objective of research is in order to analyze significances a_{ structural equation modefling that is built based on theory and conseptualization of that phenomenon. The research is explanatory research that effort to test hypothesis statistically and explain it descriptively and inferentialy. Instrument of the research is questionnaire and collected by personally administered and post mail. Research population is the customer who accept the premium . The sample 183 person taken .from target population by area random sampling l,ifestyle indicated in 9 items, personal selling in I I items, reference group in 3 items, consumer purchase decision in 2 items and customer satisfaction in JO items.The result of the research is the lifestyle, pesonal selling, reference group have an sign ficant effect toward the costumer satisfaction through consumer decision making as an intervening variable.
This study was structured as an attempt to test several concepts regarding the variables that affect customer loyalty. Significant support was obtained in testing hypothesis 1 up to 10 which strengthen the concept of corporate brand, Islamic corporate social responsibility, corporate reputation, spiritual experience and customer loyalty. The sample is taken as many as 144 respondents using purposive sampling. Data was collected using a survey method through questionnaires filled out by customers. Then the data obtained were analyzed using sem amos version 26. Hypothesis testing in this study resulted in the company's brand having no significant effect on corporate reputation. Icsr has no significant effect on the company's reputation. Ethics program affects corporate reputation. Corporate branding significantly negative effect on spiritual experience. ICSR has no significant effect on spiritual experience. The company's brand has a negative and significant effect on customer loyalty. Icsr affects customer loyalty. Ethics program affects customer loyalty. Corporate reputation has a significant effect on customer loyalty.
