B-102Abstrak-Separasi boundary layer merupakan fenomena penting yang mempengaruhi performansi airfoil. Salah satu upaya untuk menunda atau menghilangkan separasi aliran adalah meningkatkan momentum fluida untuk melawan adverse pressure dan tegangan geser permukaan. Hal ini mengakibatkan separasi aliran akan tertunda lebih ke belakang. Upaya tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan penambahan turbulent generator pada upper surface airfoil. Vortex generator (VG) merupakan salah satu jenis turbulent generator yang dapat mempercepat transisi dari laminar boundary layer menjadi turbulent boundary layer. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jarak penempatan dan ketinggian VG terhadap perkembangan turbulent boundary layer sehingga dapat meningkatkan performansi airfoil. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan eksperimen dan numerik pada Re = 1.41x10 5 dengan angle of attack 16°. Benda uji yang digunakan adalah airfoil NASA LS-0417 dengan dan tanpa VG. Variasi jarak penempatan dan ketinggian VG yaitu x/c = 0.1; 0.2; 0.3; 0.4 (h) = 1 mm; 3 mm; 5 mm. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah variasi vortex generator paling optimal adalah vortex generator dengan x/c = 0.3 dan h = 1 mm dimana Nilai CL/CD mengalami kenaikan sebesar 14.337%.
Penelitian ini berisi tentang prediksi atau forecasting data iklim di Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) tahun 2011, yakni jumlah hari terjadinya hujan dengan menggunakan metode Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL). Data yang digunakan yaitu data iklim di Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) dari tahun 2006 -2010, dengan menggunakan beberapa parameter error seperti Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) dan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Berdasarkan hasil simulasi data iklim di Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) tersebut, diperoleh prediksi jumlah hari terjadinya curah hujan pada tahun 2011 sebesar 226 hari dengan nilai MAD 20,8069, MSE 3,5569, RMSE 1,88597, dan MAPE 11,9297 . Dan prediksi jumlah hari terjadinya hujan pada tahun 2011 sebanyak 225,928 hari atau jika di bulatkan menjadi 226 hari dengan nilai parameter error MAD sebesar 20,8069, sehingga dapat disimpulkan pada tahun 2011 terjadi peningkatan jumlah hari terjadinya hujan di Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB).
Akreditasi sekolah merupakan proses penilaian secara komprehensif terhadap kelayakan satuan pendidikan berdasarkan standar nasional pendidikan yang hasilnya diwujudkan dalam bentuk pengakuan dan peringkat kelayakan yang dikeluarkan oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Sekolah/Madrasah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan akreditasi sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MTs Pembangunan UIN Jakarta dengan menggunakan mekanisme akreditasi sekolah dan komponen akreditasi. Adapun pedekatan dan metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan data hasil wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis kualitatif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan teknik keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi data dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan akreditasi sekolah di MTs Pembangunan UIN Jakarta sesuai dengan mekanisme yang telah ditentukan. Hasil Akreditasi yang diperoleh MTs Pembangunan UIN Jakarta dengan nilai akhir 97 berpredikat A (Unggul). Adapun tindak lanjut berupa program peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan komponen standar nasional pendidikan
The need toward availability of online and electronic textbooks (e-books) in language teaching and learning in digital age and 21st century is very considerable. To design and develop an electronic book, teachers should consider all students’ needs. This study aimed to investigate and explore students’ English learning needs, wants, and difficulties of primary education on developing English interactive multimodal e-book integrated with the skills of 21st century including communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity. The case study research design was used to deeply investigate and describe the students’ needs on development of English e-book. To collect data on the students’ necessities, difficulties, and wants for a primary English course design and skills, the researchers used interview and questionnaire. . The researcher interviewed one teacher and three students. For questionnaire, there were three main aspects asked: students’ necessity, wants, and difficulties totally consisting of sixteen questions. Documentation of the teaching and learning activities photos was collected and the data were analysed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results included (1) the students’ English skill was considered poor; they had little vocabulary mastery and low motivation toward learning English materials (2) the needs toward the 21st century skills to be included in e-book were very necessary to promote communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills; (3) inserting various multimodal materials in each task of e-book was needed to increase students’ references, reading comprehension, and digital literacy, and (4) inclusion of various online activities like synchronous and asynchronous mode was highly demanded.
The learning model itself has many types, designs and forms that can be selected according to the situation, conditions, time and place of implementation of the implementation of the learning model. In fact, the use of the learning model itself tends to be an option for a teacher when teaching and learning activities take place so that the delivery of material can be more optimal, moreover the learning is held in a class that is large enough and requires facilities so that the delivery of material can be carried out properly. The psychomotor domain of most of the students in both the control and experimental classes was the same. That is, the ability to apply the message from the material presented will not necessarily succeed if it only relies on intelligence alone if it is not accompanied by better direction, apart from the intervention of the teacher in the field of study concerned so that students are better at working on practical questions better. Thus, the ability of students is not only measured by the extent to which they are able to know, understand, and absorb new sources of information from messages conveyed on the subject matter given alone. However, the benchmark of how and to what extent students will be able to apply to a problem at hand must certainly be considered again, especially in teaching and learning activities through e-learning.
