PENDAHULUANUsahatani adalah suatu kegiatan mengusahakan dan mengkoordinir faktor-faktor produksi berupa lahan, tenaga kerja, dan modal sehingga memberikan manfaat sebaik-baiknya. Usahatani merupakan cara-cara menentukan, mengorganisasikan, dan mengkoordinasi penggunaan factorfaktor produksi seefektif dan seefisien mungkin sehingga usaha tersebut memberikan pendapatan semaksimal mungkin (Suratiyah, 2008).Usaha di sektor petanian dibedakan menjadi 5 sub sektor yaitu sub sektor tanaman bahan pangan, perkebunan, kehutanan, perikanan, dan peternakan. Salah satu komoditas yang dihasilkan oleh sub sektor tanaman bahan makanan adalah padi yang merupakan sumber pangan pokok sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia termasuk masyarakat Kabupaten Karanganyar. Di Kabupaten Karanganyar, padi merupakan tanaman pangan utama yang ditanam oleh petani.Dari tahun ke tahun, luas panen, produksi dan produktivitas padi di Kabupaten Karanganyar cenderung meningkat. Perkembangan luas areal panen, produksi dan produktivitas padi di Kabupaten Karanganyar tahun 2005-2010 disajikan pada Tabel 1.Peningkatan luas areal panen dan produksi padi menunjukkan bahwa usahatani padi masih diminati oleh petani di Kabupaten Karanganyar. Industry sector exerts a negative effect on the environment. Industrial waste is often disposed to the rivers. The industry contributes to the accumulation of heavy metals in the environment. In farming sector, the accumulation of heavy metals can result in water pollution and be washed into the ground. Therefore, the farming product can be contaminated with heavy metals and they can be harmful to human health. The objective of this research was to reduce the Pb heavy metal content in paddy soil. This research was taken place in the Pb contaminated paddy soil using a randomized complete block design with three factors and three replicates. This research employed combination of inorganic fertilizer, ramie and Agrobacterium sp. I 3 or compost as a chelator to improve Pb uptake. The results showed that combination of the three treatments increased Pb uptake. The combination of chemical fertilizers, ramie with compost increased the Pb uptake of 11.93 μg/g or 45.9%. The combination of chemical fertilizers, ramie with Agrobacterium sp. I 3 resulted in the highest Pb uptake of 12.85 μg/g or 49.8%. The combination also decreased the soil Pb level by 7.8 μg/g or 23.5% of the control.
Vegetables are horticultural crops that have a high market absorption. Modern market that is considered to have many advantages does not necessarily reduce consumers’ shopping interest at traditional markets. Traditional markets appear to have different characteristics and visitor segments from modern markets. This study aims to determine the level of consumers’ satisfaction of vegetables towards the marketing mix in the traditional markets in Sukoharjo. Data were processed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. The study was conducted from January to March 2019 with 80 consumers of vegetables as the respondents taken using quota sampling technique. CSI analysis was used to measure the level of customers’ satisfaction by calculating the rates of indicator performance attached to the items/services given by the consumers. Based on the CSI values, the result of the study conclude that consumers were satisfied with the services provided in traditional markets, which put priority on using family system to create convenient atmosphere of transactions.
ABSTRAKNanas madu merupakan salah satu tanaman hortikultura yang diminati masyarakat karena rasa buah yang lebih manis dibandingan dengan nanas pada umumnya. Produksi nanas madu mengalami fluktuasi yang disebabkan oleh berbagai macam faktor yang tentunya mempengaruhi pendapatan petani nanas madu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya usahatani nanas madu, mengetahui besarnya pendapatan usahatani nanas madu, mengetahui faktor-faktor sosial ekonomi yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan usahatani nanas madu. Hasil analisis usahatani menunjukka bahwa besarnya rata-rata biaya yang dikeluarkan petani nanas madu di Kecamatan Belik, Kabupaten Pemalang sebesar Rp19.823.157/Ha/MT dan besarnya rata-rata pendapatan yang diterima petani nanas madu di Kecamatan Belik, Kabupaten Pemalang sebesar Rp79.425.738,01/Ha/MT. Rata-rata masa tanam nanas madu 10 sampai 12 bulan dengan rata-rata luas lahan 0,94 Ha. Faktor-faktor sosial ekonomi luas lahan dan pengalaman usahatani berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan petani dalam usahatani nanas madu di Kecamatan Belik, Kabupaten Pemalang, sedangkan biaya tenaga kerja, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, tingkat pendidikan, biaya pupuk secara individu tidak
