The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the implementation of learning in formal and non-formal educational institutions not to run properly. One of the non-formal educational institutions affected by the Covid-19 pandemic is the TPQ. The government’s policy to temporarily suspend the implementation of face-to-face learning in all educational institutions has an impact on the implementation of learning at TPQ. The focus of the problem in this study is 1. How is the impact of the covid 19 pandemic on the implementation of TPQ learning in Sanggau Ledo District. 2. What impact did TPQ have in Sanggau Ledo District during the Covid 19 Pandemic. 3. Did TPQ in Sanggau Ledo District play a role in socializing the Covid 19 Pandemic. The study was conducted in Sanggau Ledo District, Bengkayang Regency. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with case study methods, data processing using triangulation and data analysis using Miles and Huberman model analysis techniques. Sources of information in this study were 6 Head of TPQ in Sanggau Ledo District. The information obtained from the results of this study is that the implementation of learning at TPQ is less effective for TPQs who give their students a day off and is still running effectively for TPQs who continue to carry out face-to-face learning. TPQ institutions, students, teachers and parents of TPQ students feel the impact of this condition. TPQ also plays a role in socializing the Covid-19 pandemic, especially to TPQ students.
The problem of developing professional competency among teachers through scientific works is still a major issue in Indonesia. The difficulty in writing academic papers has not yet found a proper solution in every educational institution. The purpose of this activity is to provide assistance in the form of Scientific Writing training to the teachers of State Madrasah Tsanawiyah and State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Singkawang City. The methods used are lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and writing practices. The training was conducted offline at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Hall in Singkawang, with 25 participants from State Madrasah Tsanawiyah and Ibtidaiyah in Singkawang City. The results showed that after the training, 100% of the madrasah teachers had conceptual knowledge of writing scientific papers well. Their writing ability improved by 70% after understanding the concept of academic writing, with a writing completion rate of 85%, and further follow-up is needed in online mentoring sessions. There are seven articles from teachers ready for review and publication, and two articles are ready for publication. Masalah pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru melalui karya ilmiah masih menjadi isu utama di Indonesia. Kesulitan penulisan karya ilmiah belum menemukan solusi yang tepat di setiap lembaga pendidikan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan bantuan berupa pelatihan Karya Tulis Ilmiah kepada para guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri dan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri di Kota Singkawang. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi, dan praktik menulis. Pelatihan dilakukan secara luring di Aula Kementerian Agama Singkawang, dengan peserta 25 orang dari Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri dan Ibtidaiyah Kota Singkawang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah pelatihan, 100% guru madrasah memiliki pengetahuan konseptual menulis karya ilmiah dengan baik. Kemampuan menulis mereka meningkat 70% setelah memahami konsep penulisan akademik, dengan tingkat penyelesaian menulis 85%, dan tindak lanjut lebih lanjut diperlukan dalam sesi pendampingan online. Ada tujuh artikel dari guru yang siap direview dan dipublikasikan, dan dua artikel siap dipublikasikan.
The purpose of this study is to describe the election and appointment of madrasa heads, acceptance of the leadership of female madrasa heads, and the leadership of female madrasa heads in Benkayang Regency. The research locations were four private madrasas led by a woman. This study uses a qualitative approach with a multisite constant comparison method. Data collection through interviews, observation and documentation and surveys. The research was conducted from 2 to 5 February 2022. The data sources for this research were madrasa supervisors, madrasa heads, madrasa teachers and administrative staff where the madrasa head was the key informant. Data analysis shows that female madrasa heads are welcomed because their appointments are in accordance with applicable regulations and their ability to lead madrasas is not inferior to the leadership of male madrasa heads and female madrasa heads in Bengkayang Regency are quite efficient although slow in responding to information and innovating. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pemilihan dan pengangkatan kepala madrasah, penerimaan terhadap kepemimpinan kepala madrasah perempuan, dan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah perempuan di Kabupaten Benkayang. Lokasi penelitian adalah empat madrasah swasta yang dipimpin oleh seorang perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode perbandingan konstanta multisite. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dan survei. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 2 hingga 5 Februari 2022. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah pengawas madrasah, kepala madrasah, guru madrasah dan tenaga administrasi yang mana kepala madrasah merupakan informan kunci. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah perempuan disambut baik karena pengangkatannya sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku dan kemampuannya dalam memimpin madrasah tidak kalah dengan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah laki-laki dan kepala madrasah perempuan di Kabupaten Bengkayangcukup efisien meskipun lambat dalam merespon informasi dan melakukan inovasi.
