The article discusses the indicators of sustainable development given from the standpoint of the classical concept of sustainable development. The methods used are analyzed to identify criteria for sustainable development. The indicators of sustainable development have been known and developed for a long time. However, their development did not take into account the regional fix, which would allow creating a permanent set of the most representative indicators for a certain territory. Volgograd and Rostov agglomerations are chosen as objects. A complex analysis of the regional indicators of sustainable development is carried out taking into account physiographic, climatic, sectoral features, the economic potential and ecological well-being of Volgograd and Rostov agglomerations. The work assesses the ecological and economic sustainability of the agglomerations under study, which allows to give the comparative analysis of the territory development predictive models. Today, it is still too early to talk about the effectiveness of achieving criteria for sustainable development in urban agglomerations. The accepted methods cannot be considered effective due to the fact that the efforts of all areas of management are needed. In the forecast, we can talk about a slight increase in the stability of Rostov agglomeration due to capital inflows. Taking into account current trends, Volgograd agglomeration can face a gradual decrease in sustainability requiring an immediate intervention.
The study area is the half island Sarepta, located on the territory of Krasnoarmeisky district of Volgograd. The study of the biota of fungi of the territory was held for the first time. The collection and processing of material was carried out according to the method A. S. Bondartsev and P. A. Singer. Identification of samples was carried out by standard methods in the laboratory of Experimental biology of Volgograd state University (VolSU) with the use of domestic and foreign determinants. The collected mushroom species stored in the herbarium of the VolSU. As a result of preliminary mycological studies in the period from September to November 2017 revealed 33 species of xylotrophic fungi. The greatest number of species was recorded in the ash trees and sokolnikah on wood in various stages of decomposition: the dry and dead trunks, branches, stumps. The article presents an annotated list of fungi with the indication of habitat, substrate timing, date of collection at a single discovery, the sample number in the Mycological herbarium of the VolSU and the name of the collector, if the collection was not carried out by the authors. Species names are arranged alphabetically and are aligned with the international electronic database CABI «IndexFungorum» (www.indexfungorum.org) as of February 2018.
Формирование и современное состояние флоры Шакинской дубравы (Кумылженский район, Волгоградская область) В статье рассматривается история формирования и современное состояние Шакинской дубравы, расположенной в северо-западной части Волгоградской области. Это одно из самых южных местонахождений на территории европейской части России древних нагорных лесов с деревьями дуба черешчатого (Quercus robur) в возрасте до 200 и более лет. Изучение флоры дубравы проводилось нами в течение 20 лет с 1997 по 2017 г. На основании гербарных материалов и литературных данных был составлен список произрастающих здесь высших растений. Флористический список включает 763 вида сосудистых растений из 370 родов, 90 семейств и 4 отделов. Из них 18 видов включены в Красную книгу Волгоградской области и 6 видов в Красную книгу Российской Федерации. Шакинская дубрава оказалась чрезвычайно богатой флористически, в том числе краснокнижными видами, из-за чего, несомненно, заслуживает особой охраны и заботы. Шакинская дубрава (ШД) находится в низовьях р. Хопра, в правобережной его части к югу и юго-западу от хутора Шакин Кумылженского района Волгоградской области (рис. 1, 2). Это одно из самых южных местонахождений на территории европейской части России древних нагорных лесов с деревьями дуба черешчатого (Quercus robur) в возрасте до 200 и более лет [5; 8]. Здесь дубрава образует большой выдел длиной 17-20 км и шириной 5-8 км и из Волгоградской уходит далеко в Ростовскую область [24; 26]. Лесистость низовьев Хопра около 12%, что намного больше, чем в среднем по Волгоградской области. Основные лесные массивы представлены в долинах рек, где формируются ленточные леса. Сохранившиеся нагорные и байрачные дубравы имеют большое значение для местных жителей, а также для сохранения редких видов растений.
For the first time, the article provides information about the features of the plant community of the cemeterial territories of Volgograd and the village of Arzgir of Stavropol Territory. The inventory of plants was carried out by the route method. Each route was about 10 km. For the first time, such cemetery territories were studied: the cemetery of the village of Gornaya Polyana and the Kirov cemetery in Volgograd, cemeteries No. 1 and No. 2. in the village of Arzgir of Stavropol Territory. The identification of samples was carried out by standard methods in the Laboratory of Experimental Biology of Volgograd State University (VolSU). The collected species are stored in the Botanical Herbarium of the University. The article presents an annotated list of cemeteria plants, including 44 species, indicating data on habitats and the date of collection. This annotated list will be the basis for conducting monitoring studies in the field of environmental protection, as well as optimizing the regional network of protected areas. A comparative analysis of the flora of the studied territories was carried out, according to which a slight difference was revealed. This difference is explained by the fact that the cemeterial territories of Volgograd is located inside the largest urbanized city, unlike the small village of Arzgir, and the species composition of plants in these two territories depends on the person because most of the species are cultivated. The data obtained as a result of the study will be used to develop questions of systematics, geography and ecology of plants. The revealed diversity of plants in the studied regions expands our knowledge about the ecology and distribution of species, allows us to systematize and generalize the available information, and also makes it possible to predict further botanical finds.
Abstract. Some modern problems of drug addiction are represented in the article in generalized and brief form. There is an attempt to revile the peculiarities of most spread drugs, it is noted the link of certain drugs and criminal behaviour, the peculiarities of the drug developed dependence is underlined, the sсheme of different drug addict groups and personal typology is showed, some social problems are mentioned, contemporary narcotic situation in Russia and it's dynamic for last decades is done, peculiarities in Volgograd region is reviled.
