tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana fenomena perilaku bullying pada siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini terdiri dari sumber primer 20 artikel yang tertuang dalam hasil penelitian. Pencarian literature review sesuai dengan protocol PRISMA ditemukan 12.200 artikel. Tahap kedua artikel yang sudah di screening di temukan 9760 artikel dengan tahun publikasi 2015-2020. Kemudian di tahap terakhir dilakukan studi kelayakan untuk mengeiminasi duplikasi artikel sebanyak 648 dan artikel sehingga di dapatkan sebanyak 20 artikel. Berdasarkan hasil screening ditemukan 20 artikel sesuai dengan protocol PRISMA. Dalam literature review diperoleh bahwa self-efficacy merupakan tingkat kepercayaan seseorang pada kemampuan sendiri untuk menyelesaikan tugas dan mencapai tujuan, telah dibuktikan sebagai faktor pencegahan yang efektif untuk kasus bullying di sekolah. Sebagai keprihatinan global, self-eficacy pada korban bullying dapat memberikan keyakinan bahwa dirinya mampu mengatasi berbagai permasalahan psikologi.
Professional competence which is the ability to communicate with students with broad knowledge, capabilities in the use of information technology and communicative attitudes in teaching. Teacher competence can be developed through several approaches, one of which is through an inductive thinking approach in developing higher-order thinking patterns and critical thinking. This study aims to describe the application of the inductive thinking approach in an effort to develop the competencies of prospective elementary school teachers, especially professional competencies. This research method is a quantitative method using pre-experimental design. The sample in this study used 78 prospective elementary school teacher students. The instrument used is a questionnaire of professional competence of primary school teachers who have been tested for validity and reliability showing high categories. Data analysis with descriptive analysis, then using SPSS applications with comparative analysis. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the professional competence of prospective elementary school teachers through an inductive thinking approach. The conclusion of this study, an effective inductive thinking approach is used to develop the professional competence of prospective elementary teachers. The inductive thinking approach model developed in this study can be implied in elementary school teachers on a wider scale to have more impactfull on professional competence in all elementary school teachers. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dimaksud untuk mengetahui tentang hubungan antara kecemasan dan keterbukaan diri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dalah angket. Teknik Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji korelasi, uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan secara umum bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kecemasan dan keterbukaan diri di Karang Taruna Setiabudi Jakarta dan menghasilkan hubungan yang negatif. Yang artinya semakin tinggi tingkat kecemasan maka semakin rendah tingkat keterbukaan diri remaja, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah tingkat kecemasan maka semakin tinggi tingkat keterbukaan diri.
Quantitative research method courses had always been a scourge for students, especially for employee class students. Employee class students were assumed to be students who shared their concentration for work and study and forgot materials taught after leaving a class. I met this when I taught employee class students for a semester. I found that they had a good responsibility for doing the task, but they did not care about the content they wrote in their assignments. This study generally aimed to identify the ability of employee class students for quantitative research method course and test the quantitative research methodology exam questions. The results of the study could be used as a reference in predicting the final grades of students. The researchers also could find out the pattern of students' answers that were manipulated. This study showed that the five exam questions had high validity and high item reliability, but the students are not consistent in answering the questions. The distribution of items in the five questions was quite good. The students getting high and low scores were balanced with the same percentage, namely 39%.

This value indicates that there is a significant and favorable correlation between the two variables. 54. 76% of the Hedonism Lifestyle is affected by Instagram, with the remaining 25. 99% influenced by other factors not examined in this study
