The aim of this study is examining the learning of Integrated Sciences through PCK based guided inquiry on prospective science teacher students. This research method was descriptive qualitative involving 33 science teacher students who taking Integrated Science 1 Subject in academic year 2016/2017. The research instrument used was the observation sheet to know the implementation PCK based guided inquiry. The results showed that the implementation of the activities of lecturer and science teacher students during the learning process using PCK based guided inquiry was very good conducted.
This research was motivated by the instrument test of the Science Competition for Junior High School which is still conventional and not based on HOTS. The purpose of this study was to obtain and describe data on the validity of the instrument test of the Science Competition for Junior High School based on ICT with the Quizizz application that has been developed. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) which modifies the development model of Thiagaradjan et al. ( 1974) became the define, design, and develop stages so that a prototype was produced. This study produced a prototype in the form of 60 HOTS-type multipe choice question which were developed based on ICT with the Quizizz application. The result of this study indicate that the prototype has a level of validity of 86,7% (very valid) in the material aspect, 89,5% (very valid) in the construction aspect, and 90% (very valid) in the language and presentation aspect. So what when viewed as a whole aspect, the prototype developed has a validity level of 89% with very valid criteria and can be used to measure students higher-order thinking skills.
Pengembangan media pembelajaran low carbon poly (locapoly) berbasis science eduainment pada tema jejak si karbon bertujuan untuk menyajikan suatu hasil pengembangan dan mendeskripsikan tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran yang telah dibuat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan Reseacrh and Development (R & D) yang memodifikasi model pengembangan dari Thiagarajan et al. (1974) menjadi tahap pendefinisian (define), tahap perancangan (design), dan tahap pengembangan (develop). Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar instrument wawancara dan lembar instrument angket uji kelayakan yang dilakukan oleh ahli. Data dianalisis secara deskriptip kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa media pembelajaran mendapatkan hasil 93,8% (sangat layak) pada aspek kelayakan isi, 98,4% (sangat layak) pada aspek penyajian, 94,3% (sangat valid) pada aspek kegrafikan dan 99,7% pada aspek kebahasaan. Sehingga jika ditinjau secara keseluruhan aspek 96,5% dengan kriteria sangat layak.
