Introduction. In the current global crisis, the spread of globalization, unstable economy in the country, the emergence of threats related to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and the introduction of quarantine in the country, it is necessary to analyze their impact on banking institutions in Ukraine and accordingly to the national security of Ukraine. Purpose. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of the banking services market of Ukraine during a pandemic and to develop practical recommendations for its further development. Results. The state of the Ukrainian market of banking services in the conditions of a pandemic is analyzed. The dynamics of operating banks in Ukraine is studied. The TOP-10 banking institutions according to the stability rating and the leaders of the people's rating of banking institutions are presented. It is noted that in modern conditions, the activities of banking institutions are extremely strongly influenced by external factors. The dynamics of gross domestic product volumes is considered. The dynamics of the discount rate of the National Bank of Ukraine is studied. The analysis of indicators of return on assets and capital of the banking system in Ukraine as a whole is carried out. Examples of adaptive solutions of banking institutions in Ukraine during a pandemic are given. It is noted that due to the introduction of quarantine in Ukraine, citizens began to actively and effectively use Internet technology to address their own issues and meet needs, thus accelerating the transition to the digital age. Conclusions. We are convinced that the introduction of adaptive measures of banking institutions in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic for other banks will help to minimize the negative consequences and possible risks associated with such exposure. Thanks to timely decisions on the functioning of banking institutions, re-planning, changing approaches to customer service, banking institutions were able to adapt to the conditions caused by the pandemic, and reduce possible risks, losses and threats to their activities and generally positively affect the economy.

Introduction. In the current conditions of unstable economic situation in the country, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, quarantine restrictions in the lives of citizens and business, it is necessary that the country’s financial system can quickly adapt to changing conditions and minimize possible negative impacts. This is due to the development of effective ways to strengthen the financial security of households and the financial security of the state. The current situation in the world and the country creates both additional opportunities to strengthen the financial security of households and financial security of the state, and new threats, so there is a need to monitor the financial security of households and study its impact on financial security of Ukraine. Purpose. The main purpose of the article is monitoring the state of financial security of households and its impact on the level of financial security of the state in modern non-standard conditions. Results. The state of financial security of households and its impact on the level of financial security of Ukraine was monitored. The dynamics of the number of households in Ukraine is studied. The main factors influencing the level of financial security of households depending on the area of origin are considered and their dynamics during the analyzed period are analyzed. The dynamics of the level of financial security of the state and the index of human development is studied. Conclusions. The hypothesis of the influence on the dependent variable – the level of financial security of Ukraine of independent indicators (human development index and GDP per capita), which affect its formation and strength and characterize the state of financial security of households. It is substantiated that there is a direct connection between independent and dependent variables. It is proved that the developed model according to Fisher’s F-test is adequate. Mathematically, there is a strong relationship between independent and dependent variables, which confirms the feasibility of implementing measures to increase the level of financial security of households in modern conditions and, accordingly, the indicators that shape this level to ensure the financial security of Ukraine.

Annotation. Introduction. In today’s rapidly evolving Internet, new opportunities are emerging for scientific communication among scientists around the world. The dissemination of scientific ideas in society through the media is a daily norm abroad. In Ukraine, the attitude of the research community towards the promotion of scientific research still raises many questions: it is rather wary. For the even development of Ukrainian science, scientists need to cover the results of their work to a wide audience, communicate with press services and journalists and disseminate their ideas in society. With the emergence of new more effective ways and forms of scientific communication through Internet resources and relevant platforms, the creation of new information and scientific technologies, there is a need for state support of scientific activities, communication in Ukraine and ensuring the appropriate level of copyright protection of these scientists, developers etc. Purpose. The main purpose of the study is to monitor the state and trends of scientific communication in Ukraine in modern conditions and to develop recommendations for its further development. Results. The analysis of development of scientific communication in Ukraine is carried out. The definition of the concept of scientific communication is indicated. The process of scientific communication is schematically presented. The most common classification of scientific communication is given. The significance of the created National Research Fund of Ukraine for scientists and science in general is noted. The dynamics of the number of employees involved in the implementation of research and development, who have the degree of Doctor of Science and Doctor of Philosophy. The analysis of the employees number by level of education is involved in the implementation of research and development. Conclusions. We are convinced that the improvement of the support mechanism for Ukrainian science, scientists and scientists by the state will help to minimize the possible risks and dangers associated with copyright infringement and the decline of domestic science in general. Внутрішньофірмова політика оплати праці фахівців з безпеки підприємств: технологія формування Стаття висвітлює оплату праці персоналу з безпеки підприємства з позиції внутрішньофірмової політики та технології її формування. Розкрито такі аспекти. По-перше, у практиці вітчизняних підприємств рівень заробітної плати фахівців з безпеки підприємств установлюється з урахуванням кон'юнктури ринку праці, однак визначальну роль відіграють фінансові можливості організації з урахуванням існуючого нормативно-правового середовища. По-друге, політика, спрямована на збереження досягнутого рівня заробітної плати фахівців з безпеки підприємств, реалізується у випадку несприятливої економічної ситуації в організації та відсутності в найближчій перспективі передумов для її поліпшення. По-третє, існують такі інструменти реалізації політики оплати праці, спрямованої на збільшення рівня заробітної плати фахівців з безпеки підприємств: а) збільшення середньомісячної заробітної плати за рахунок зростання тарифної ставки першого розряду; б) збільшення розміру виплат стимулюючого характеру, що включаються у витрати на виробництво та реалізацію продукції (робіт, послуг); в) збільшення виплати із прибутку, що залишається в розпорядженні підприємства. По-четверте, визначено напрямки вдосконалювання організації заробітної плати: а) за результатами аналізу нормативно-правового забезпечення організації оплати праці уточнюються надані законодавчо можливості по зміні рівня оплати праці; б) на підставі аналізу технічного тарифного нормування, форм і систем оплати праці; в) з урахуванням оптимального обсягу засобів на виплату заробітної плати; г) за результатами соціологічного опитування. Перспектива подальших досліджень полягає у вивченні обліку істотних структурних зрушень у складі продукції (робіт, послуг) організації, пов'язаних зі зміною її питомої трудомісткості, а також у розробці та провадженні кількісних показників якості праці відділів безпеки підприємства.
