Archives in administrative activities have a very important role, one of its functions is as the center of the nation's memory and evidence of legal accountability. However, the implementation of archiving in Indonesia, especially local governments, is currently still less than optimal. In 2017, the organization of archiving in Indonesia received the predicate of 93% in bad condition, for this reason, adequate organizational capacity is needed. Organizational capacity is the ability that an organization has that is useful for solving problems and can achieve the goals set. This research was conducted at the Department of Library and Archives of Bandar Lampung City with the aim of identifying and analyzing these offices in organizing archives. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data analysis techniques derived from observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. The results of this study are described based on the components of organizational capacity consisting of human resources, infrastructure, technology, financial resources, leadership strategies, program and process management, cooperation and relationships with other parties. Organizing the archives of the Bandar Lampung City Library and Archives Service has been carried out since 2008. However, archiving has not been carried out optimally because the capacity of the office is inadequate.
Fenomena bencan alam yang datang silih berganti belakangan ini menyentak pikiran dan membuat kita berpikir kebelakang untuk menghubungkan kejadian-kejadian tersebut dengan proses pendidikan yang telah diterapkan. Eco-school merupakan program besar yang mewadahi keinginan sekolah untuk berperan dalam melestarikan lingkungan. Program eco-school menggabungkan pembelajaran dan tindakan, sehingga menjadi metode yang efektif untuk mengubah perilaku dan membentuk karakter. Undang-undang Nomor 20 tahun 2003 tentang sistem pendidikan Nasional dan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 87 tahun 2017 tentang Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter menegaskan pentingnya melakukan revolusi karakter bangsa. Program Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) ini sejalan dengan agenda Nawacita penguatan karakter bangsa melalui budi pekerti dan pembangunan karakter peserta didik sebagai bagian dari revolusi mental. Dalam Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Nasional (RPJPN) tahun 2005-2025, secara implisit ditegaskan Pemerintah menjadikan pembangunan karakter sebagai salah satu program prioritas pembangunan nasional. Untuk dapat mencapai target maksimal dari penerapan eco-school maka dibutuhkan strategi yang sesuai dan mumpuni dalam mengeksekusi seluruh program tersebut. Mengedepankan proses interaksi komunikasi yang mendalam antara peneliti dengan fenomena yang diteliti, maka penelitian memperoleh formulasi strategi berupa langkah kerja eco-school yakni: a) sosialisasi; b) pendidikan; c) pemberdayaan; d) pembudayaan; e) kerjasama peran stakeholder. Model strategi yang tersebut diharapkan dapat berkontribusi guna membentuk karakter siswa peduli lingkungan yang kemudian secara beriringan mendukung tercapainya tujuan pembangunan berkelajutan (sustainable development) melalui karakter peduli lingkungan.
Literasi learning organization pada pengurus Persaudaraan Muslimah (Salimah) Kota Bandar Lampung bertujuan untuk 1) Meningkatkan partisipasi/ keaktifan pengurus daerah dan anggota Salimah Kota Bandar Lampung. 2) Meningkatkan efektivitas program kerja sehingga dapat berjalan dengan baik. 3) Membentuk sinergitas program antara pengurus cabang dan pengurus daerah. Metode yang dilakukan terdiri dari tiga tahapan: 1) Analisis situasi dilakukan melalui penelusuran penelitian dan kajian tema yang berkaitan. 2) Intervensi Objek: dengan ceramah -tema ceramah: a) Mental model dan personal mastery; b) Shared vision, team learning; dan c) Komunikasi efektif-, focus group discussion, dan pendampingan. 3) Evaluasi dan Refleksi. Secara kuantitatif nilai rata-rata peserta sebelum dilaksanakan kegiatan adalah 70,19 dan mengalami kenaikan menjadi 80,31 setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan. Kenaikan rata-rata sebesar 10,12 poin.
The covid-19 outbreak has changed the structure of people's lifestyles. The obligation of health by wearing a mask is an obligation for everyone in every activity to protect themselves and others from the threat of covid-19 transmission. Changes in people's lifestyles by using masks turned out to cause new problems in the form of environmental threats from the waste of using disposable masks. The lack of understanding and awareness of how to manage the waste of used mask and environmental threats from mismanagement are interesting things to study. The findings in this study will provide basic knowledge about the contextual conditions of community behavior, especially students in using masks and the problems that arise from improper management. Based on these contextual conditions, this research is expected to help develop policies for waste control and management, especially among students and alternative solutions that are innovative in overcoming these problems.
