The article is devoted to the consideration of youth and youth policy as factors of terrorism in the 21st century. The authors have identified factors that increase the effectiveness of recruiters of terrorist organizations in attracting young people, as well as formulated and justified the principles of improving the effectiveness of youth policy in the framework of anti-terrorist activities of the authorities. According to the authors, an important factor in the radicalization of young people is the low level of education in the country. The authors draw attention to the fact that the low level of education does not create opportunities for the development of young people. This, in turn, leads to a radicalization of the relationship between the authorities and students. If graduates are unable to find jobs that meet their expectations, then the risk of radicalization of young people increases. A good education not only allows the state to train qualified specialists, which effectively affects the social and economic development of society. Specialists in demand do not belong to social groups prone to violent and radical actions in relation to other citizens, both within the country and abroad. Therefore, it is necessary, on the one hand, to develop educational programs that allow college and university graduates to be in demand in the labor market, constantly improve their skills, and increase the level of knowledge. On the other hand, it is necessary to develop students' skills, such as critical thinking, creativity, respect for the institutions of society, and skills in solving social and professional problems.
The object of this study is the issue of introducing innovations into the process of preparing students of a higher education institution in the subject “Life Safety”. The authors set a goal to open and characterize the fundamental issues associated with the introduction of innovations in the educational process of a university in a particular subject based on a comprehensive systematic analysis of the process of preparing students in universities, as well as basic regulatory legal documents in the field of education and basic professional educational programs and curricula. Moreover, the authors rely not only on approaches and conclusions based on solidarity, but also alternative theoretical ones. The results obtained during the study made it possible to determine ways to solve the issues associated with the correlation of innovative approaches with the subject “Life Safety”. The novelty of the study and its results are determined by the original approach to identifying the characteristic features of innovations in the educational process and studying the systemic links between innovative forms, methods of the educational process and the content of the subject.
The article analyzes the anomalous phenomena of nature, which are largely associated with the growing destructive, sometimes criminal in relation to nature, activity of "man" in the interests of irrepressible personal enrichment, through predatory extraction of all types of natural resources. Attention is drawn to the need to assess the activities of hundreds of thousands of facilities around the world that generate discharges into reservoirs and emissions into the atmosphere of various harmful inclusions in their production processes. Examples of recognized world leaders in the field of filtration technologies with vast experience, high scientific and technical potential of engineering staff and management are given. The design and technological features of existing modern filters are considered in detail. The requirements for the properties of filters of new generations and their cleaning capabilities are formulated. The distinctive aerodynamic properties of gases and dispersed inclusions used in FAD-G filters are considered in detail, the aerodynamics of gas media in them is considered and the results of research and testing of these models are analyzed. In conclusion, the signs and properties of new generations of FAD-G are analyzed, the world novelty of the invention and possible applications in our country are noted. АннотацияАктуальность. Культура безопасности жизнедеятельности как компонент содержания основного общего образования должна адекватно решать приоритетные задачи обеспечения личной и национальной стабильности и безопасности. В связи с этим избранная тема представляется крайне актуальной, важной и злободневной, т. к. именно компетентное поведение каждого человека позволит обеспечить безопасность всего мирового сообщества. Цель - выделить, конкретизировать, теоретически обосновать процесс формирования культуры безопасности жизнедеятельности. Методы исследования. В исследовании использованы следующие методы: анализ и обобщение научно-методической литературы, гипотетический метод, методы реконструкции целого по его частям, историко-педагогический анализ и синтез, прогнозирование, педагогическое наблюдение, анализ педагогической документации, работ обучающихся и педагогов. Научная новизна и/или теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Результаты исследования вносят вклад в изучение принципов конструирования базовых положений процесса формирования культуры безопасности жизнедеятельности подростков в современных условиях, а также отдельных аспектов обучения в области безопасности. Обоснован потенциал культуры безопасности как ценностной, содержательной и деятельностной основы образования в области безопасности жизнедеятельности. Положения о воспитании культуры безопасности жизнедеятельности расширяют научные знания о содержании основного общего образования. Результаты. На основании комплексного изучения педагогической литературы, анализа образовательных программ и нормативных документов выявлены методологические, теоретические и идеологические предпосылки построения процесса формирования базовых механизмов приобщения обучающихся 5-7 классов к культуре безопасности жизнедеятельности. Выводы. Принципы, формирующие культуру безопасности жизнедеятельности обучающихся (например, защита духовных основ российского социума, приоритетность индивидуального уровня культуры безопасности жизнедеятельности, учёт национально-культурных особенностей российской нации, приоритетность мотивационных основ безопасного поведения), способны стать условиями для обеспечения безопасного образа жизни, т. к. они содействуют выстраиванию разумных алгоритмов взаимоотношений обучающихся с окружающим миром, ориентируют на ответственный выбор деятельности и самореализации подростка. 1 Ключевые слова: основное общее образование, культура безопасности жизнедеятельности, учебные программы, алгоритмы поведения, формирование навыка, личная и общественная безопасность, обучающиеся, воспитательный процесс, педагогический опыт
